Carmen Motenegro: Ehhh.. decent job mani looks ok.. for the price not so much. $20 no cuticle oil, a drop of lotion, no hand massage with it and no hot towel. Not necessary for a decent mani but necessary with these prices. Average mani in this area $12-$15 dollars. And no it was not busy i went to the chair right away my mani took 10 minutes because no my hands weren’t a hot mess.Service:Manicure

Astronaut Barbie: The staff was rude. I felt very uncomfortable shopping. I was followed around the store and since I was being followed I asked for help with pricing and products. The person following me couldn’t answer my questions… also a lot of their products are not the higher quality brands.

The store is unorganized and there are boxes everywhere, you can barely walk around. I asked the manager why post something you don’t have in store and he had no answer for me at all.No one greeted me and the whole staff is not helpful, very rude , and don’t even know the brands they carry.Complete waste of time. Trust me don’t even bother coming here. Your better off ordering online.

leo lu: I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I am an owner of two nail salons and I shop a lot from here. Everything was great until one day I bought one jar of powder by mistake,so I came back today, hoping for an exchange. Then I’ve been told “all sales are final, no returns or exchanges”, even with the original receipt and the product was sealed. I explained the situation and neither the employees nor the owner cares at all. I felt like being treated like a stranger and all these years loyalty are worthless. I don’t see how this zero flexibility return policy gonna help. Looks like they don’t appreciate our long term business at all. The greedy owner see no further than the end of his nose. I dropped everything I already picked today and leave the store. I suggest whoever want try this store, don’t make any mistakes as the zero flexibility on their sales, and very unfair, horrible return policy. I was very disappointed today and I would never spend another coin here, so do you.我一直是这家店的忠实客户，我自己有两家甲店，这么多年来一直在这里进货。一直以来都没有问题直到前几天我在这里买了一罐粉胶，我买错了货（我的店里还有存货）。所以我今天回来解释了这个状况，希望能换一瓶其他的产品。产品是全新的没有拆封，我也带来了购买收据。结果老板说所有的产品一经售出概不退换。我尝试和老板沟通结果也是机械性的答复。这里的老板和工作人员完全不在乎客人的感受，这令我非常沮丧，好像作为一个老客户这么多年来的光顾对他们来说毫无意义。东西不值钱但是这老板的格局也太小了，只顾得上眼前的利益，鼠目寸光。本来我今天也要买很多东西的，我放下已经选好的货物转身就走了，非常令人失望。一点变通能力都没有的店，绝对不会再在这里花一分钱了。建议所有要来进货的老板们核对好你要买的东西，他们一点情面也不讲。
