Victoria Ritz: Park Whiz is selling a product they can not deliver on. I booked and prepaid a monthly parking space through the app and when I arrived at the garage was turned away and told they were no longer accepting. It took over a week for Park Whiz to reimburse me for the prepaid booking, the last manager I spoke to named Ebony was rude, and there is still no solution for me to park my car. This was a huge headache and I strongly urge others not to use Park Whiz.

CUBA1: Reserved a spot two days prior and was denied entry. I had to pay $60 dollars to park at a different location. I have emailed Parwhiz with statements and screenshots and they have refused to refund my money. Horrible app and disgusting customer service.

Roman A: Total scam, you show up at any garage and they find a reason to charge you extra and John, who works with ParWhiz and refuses to give any other info, tells you that you should’ve read the fine print.

Anne-Marie Uebbing: I had anticipated a smooth Broadway parking experience reserving my spot a week in advance.I drove 2 hours to park in advance of a Broadway ticketed event 3 weeks ago on a Saturday arriving one hour before the show time.I never got to get anywhere near the parking lot as the street was barricaded and no drivers were permitted to enter. I could not park my car!I was never informed that there would be no access due to a massive Tartan Parade.Horrific experience!

Holly Reyes: DO NOT USE PARKWHIZ! I only used it because ticketmaster suggested using it. I made reservations at this parking garage , when I got there it said my QR code wasn't valid and I had to pay even more money. I did email them but by the looks of the other reviews, I won't be getting a refund.

Sagarneel Dubey: I had booked a parking garage at 1111 Pennsylvania Ave NW Garage, Washington DC through Parkwhiz on 3/26/23. However, when I arrived at the said parking. I found that the entire block was cordoned off by police because of some special event that was happening at the same time. I could not access the parking and so.had to park at a different place, paying extra. When I called up Parkwhiz, I was put on hold indefinitely. So I had to email about how to get the refund d, but no response from them even after more than a week, despite repeated reminders. The customer service is terrible and I wouldn't recommend Parkwhiz to anyone.
kennie blanck: I made a reservation for 12:00pm, when I arrived the garage told me they had been full since 10:00am. The man told me to cancel reservation and they will give me my money back. Now, it is a week later and I’m still being interrogated by there customer service. They are asking me for pictures of receipts, pictures of the “garage full” sign, etc…. Do not use this company! They sell you spots that are not available and then refuse to give you your money back.
Frank Liotti: I've been using Park Whiz for years, especially the last one, as my partner was a transplant and cancer patient at the hospital. Needless to say, I have spend a small fortune in parking, each time using park whiz. Numerous times per week, some reservations costing upwards of 50.00; that adds up. Last week, we had an oncology appointment. The garage address was 219 East 31st. At that approximate address, there was a sign which said "park," and an arrow pointing down, at a WALL. After driving around the block a few times, and looking for the correct address amidst numerous garages, I saw scaffolding and a hidden driveway next to a garage labeled 214 East 31st; my reservation was for 219. I parked, and missed the appointment with my significant other. A completely hidden garage, and the wrong address.Park Whiz did not give me a refund. They kept saying "Thanks for your feedback!" I mean, the. money I've spent with them makes me SICK. Creeps.I have switched over to Spot Hero.

They refunded me but it was an awful situation, and I had a lot of trouble finding an alternative place to park.I think the system is terrible. This is not rocket science -- selling only enough spots that a lot has. And not pointing fingers when your business has failed to deliver to a customer.
Kyle Da Fam: I purchased a parking spot through Park whiz last night. Went to an event in Manhattan. Once I got to the parking lot it was completely full. The parking attended told me Park whiz always sells more spots than are actually available. No refund was given or offered. I will never use Park whiz again.

I called ParkWhiz before paying and they told me to pay and they will reimburse me but of course they found a reason not to do it. They made it sound like I am at fault because I got there early. Such a rip!!

Jesse Reddragon: I only park here to charge my BMW i3 typically once a week which cost $19.95, they have 5 EV Connect charging stations and only 3 work at all times which means they only have 3, some people just park their EV in the charging spots and don't use the charging stations at all, when this happens I just find a spot on the end of any level and use the outlets on the end to charge. Today I was told I cannot use the outlets to charge my vehicle if I do it again my car will be booted. If they don't get all the charging stations working at all times I will not be parking here anymore since I only park here to charge my i3.
