Gut fanden wir das man eine Karte bekommt. Wo man bestimmte Sachen dann selber finden muss und Abhaken soll.Wie zb wo ist das Stromkabel. Wassertank.Pumpe ect. Wenn man was nicht findet kann man immer noch Nachfagen. Die Station selber ist klein. Hier kann ich den Uber empfehlen besser wie ein Taxi. Wohnmobil genau Prรผfen und auf Schรคden achten. Wird bei der Rรผckgabe noch genauer nachgeschaut. Auch das Dach Kontrolieren. Wurde auch bei der Rรผckgabe nachgeschaut. Damit kann man sich viel รrger ersparen.
EllEmDee 2000: Friendly but unorganized. We waited hours for them to fix the issues with the overcharges. But they were really great people. The RV was gorgeous! The driver was a dud. But I had fun.

Stefan Michels: Nahezu neues WoMo ohne Aufpreis erhalten, incl 2 slide-out's, leider etwas oberflรคchliche รbergabe, ein Kratzer/Delle wurde von uns nicht bemerkt und wurde uns nachher mit 248 Dollar in Rechnung gestellt... Es fehlten etliche Sachen die wir allerdings mit Abstimmung mit Apollo neu gekauft haben und erstattet bekamen.

Mohammed zayed: We took a large rv from NJ to NC for a wedding and then from there we went to Tampa, yes the rv makes noise when you go past 65 mph, but I feel like that's given with all the appliances and stuff. The customer service was top-notch when we first went to look at it, booked it, and picked it up, dropped off. Had a wonderful experience at this location. I'll definitely use them next time I rent an rv.

Sen Lee: Was going to rent an RV but had to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen emergency.The process to setup RV rental was easy and the cost was not as expensive as a minivan rental. I would highly recommend renting a camper for long haul road trips and this company was awesome to work with. Also provided excellent customer service.

aaron bacon: Freaking Awesome Team! after the horrible/ the worst customer service and lack of reliable communication throughout the trip from California to New York, these guys made up for it. Infinitely better than the team in Los Angeles and 1000 times better than the team that tried to organize a new tyre in Nashville. 10/10 would only use cruise America again with these guys as my point of call.
Eric Beauchea: Would not do this again. I'm in avid camper but never used an RV. Overall, it COULD have been fun. Trekked from NJ up through ME. The RV was the main issue. Horrendous death wobble at 68 MPH which makes for a long drive. The fuel filler neck fell out on the way home and was secured by a wood screw which ultimately tells me how these are maintained. Pay special attention to ACTUAL pickup and dropoff times. It's nearly 2 days off of your trip due to a late pickup and early drop off. The 30' RV we rented has no USB / BT / etc which had us listening to FM for the 12 hour drive. The Dometic A/C is powerful but soaked the interior of the camper from humidity. Not sure if this is normal or not but reporting it happened. For the price, going up through New England, it would have made more sense to get hotels along the way and have unlimited time to do what we want. We felt rushed the entire trip but couldn't move fast because of the condition of the RV.

Jonathan Schรคfer (Jonny): Wouldn't do it again for this price. -Bicycles should be included in the all inclusive package to cycle around and not have to use the RV the whole time.-why does it have to be such a big engine in the US? Why not a smaller engine with less ccm and cylinders and a diesel engine like we have in Europe? Much nicer driving and fuel efficiency.-EZ Pass would've been much easier for toll roads- one stove wasn't working, the other didn't get enough heat so we weren't able to cook which wasn't the best- why does the AC have only 2 settings? Even on low settings it's still noisy and not really on low setting- some gear for connecting your phone to the RV would've been nice. We had to buy AUX and other cables to charge and connect the phone. Also a bracket for the phone while using Google maps would've been good- lady at the desk was nice, the instructions explained were a bit too quick so we had to look it up again
