Dan Dempsey: I’ve been using McCoy on and off for years. I first came to them when somebody knifed my convertible top on my 2008 Solara. I met the the owner Johnny who put my mind at ease, and did a fantastic job replacing it. He also did work on another convertible of mine that also got knifed, and once again, he did not let me down.So when I got my new 2023 Bronco and wanted to have the convertible top put on it, McCoy was the first I thought of. Sadly, I came to find out that Johnny the owner passed away, but that his nephew Shawn took over. Well, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree with Shawn. Shawn, was just as nice as Johnny and straightforward and gave me upfront pricing. Just like his uncle, they did a fantastic job. I can’t recommend McCoy enough.
Jonathan Yee: I went to McCoys to get my motorcycle pillion/rear seat reupholstered after squirrels had eaten a hole in the leather along with some of the foam. Afruz Zok: I came to this guy to repair my car seats, the first I went he told me to come back next week. I waited a week and he said he didn’t have the material. I called him a week later and he said the material came and I should bring my car in 1 week. I waited another week I brought the car in and he said he didn’t have enough workers and that he’ll call me when they come in. Every time I come in I always make an appointment. I still haven’t got a call, I spent almost a month waiting for something that is never gonna happen. If you can’t do the job just admit it, and don’t waste my time. He isn’t a professional don’t waste your time.

Khalid Harrach: I went to vinny's place , to cover the back seat and the floor with vinyl,the car is brand new im turning it into a new York city yellow cab.after the car was done i could see the floor was ripped because he forced the frame seat on to the vinyl the seat cover was all wrinkled and never finished stitching it ,it was a desaster.i asked him to correct his mistakes and all i got from him was a bad attitude .i don't recommend this place to anybody.

vincent lopez: Stay away from this place!!! Terrible service! I waited days on end. I was given my car back with missing screws and damages. They took off one door unnecessarily and didn't put it back on right. It was a fiasco. The owner Jim is checked out. The workers do what they want. Read the review from Easy E. The owner completely denies everything. I was terribly upset. I had to bring to my regular mechanic to fix all the issues. This is not an upholstery shop. It's a chop shop. If you want holes in your car, damages, scratches, missing screws for you to buy and screw back in yourself, then this is your place. Read the review from Felicia B. Jim has two sides to him. gulggi: We used Jim to get a medical chair upholsterered. All the other places we contacted either made the process very difficult, quoted a very high price, or were not very flexible. We needed the cushion upholsterered with pick up and delivery within 24hrs and they delivered on the promise. It was easy to stay in touch with him and although we had some scheduling hiccups initially the final result was great. Highly recommend him.Service:Upholstery repair
pmattm35: Found shop online went there to see james had a car leather seat I needed to be rebuilt .. bought him my original seat and seat l want to rebuild.. they did awful job .. workmanship was horrible and he put vinyl on seat when l bought him leather seat.. would not recommend going there at all.. then he went up on price.. lm living with the seat but NOT HAPPY!!Service:Seat rebuilds

Jose Poblete: Did a a drive-by for an estimate and James quoted me a fair price to repair tears on the driver seat of my 97 Lincoln Town Car. Drop it in the morning the following week and a few hours later it was done. The work is fantastic. The folks at Phoenix are a pro at their craft. 👍
Henry Burg: these guys do subpar INFERIOR work , put vinyl on my jaguar dash when I paid for leather , black single stitching when the car had light grey double stitching and wouldn't take accountability for their poor workmanship. I had to bring to anbother facility to redo and get the right dash upholstery. Really unfortunate

Anthony Demola: Umberto was a pleasure to work with. He is a master at what he does , We customized two motorcycle seats with diamond stitch embroidery , gel insert where tailbone rests and extra foam for comfort and pop effect of diamond stitch. He is very good at what he does and has hundreds of leather and vinyl fabrics to choose from. The seat was done in 2 days as well. don’t even look for anyone else , if you need your seat upholstered go see Umberto. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Then I brought him my tourpac and he redid the back pad for it and also made the inlay for the tour pac as well to match everything. Awesome job.
