Valerie Alverio: I booked an appointment and was on time but had trouble finding the place. GPS map said it’s located in Walgreens on the first floor but to no avail. I had a 10am appointment today 3/21/22. She picked up with an attitude and accused me of lying stating that she sent a text message with the appt date time and address of the place which I never received. I could not believe that she accused me of lying about not knowing where this establishment is. We continued to exchange words because she was not taking any accountability for her unprofessionalism. I have never in my life experienced such a distasteful and disgruntle person that wants your business but accuses you of lying, uses profanity and doesn’t take accountability. She said she doesn’t give a **** about what is going on in my life and I am still grieving from losing family members due to Covid-19. I am going to make it my business to report her and tell everyone I know to never go there. She is volatile, classless, makes accusations, lies and is disconnected emotionally to continue to lash out on me but yet wants my business.

I honestly was very scared because its permanent make up on my face and i know if something went wrong it might not be fixable but Carmen was super sweet and reassuring. Melissa Richiee: I had a Signature Brow Service treatment with Carmen and everything was impeccable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The salon was totally spotless, well organized, & well lit. Carmen listened patiently to all of my concerns about my “difficult” skin and assured me she would do her best to work through it all. She didn’t argue with me at all when I asked her to use dark, bold pigment even though it would contrast my blonde hair. She blew my expectations out of the water. The artist I was using previously left me with scar tissue, green pigment, and blood would practically spurt during the appointment. She’d tell me it was all because I had troublesome skin… Carmen was able to lift the green out after taking the time to meticulously map my crooked, bad eyebrows, and expertly managed the scar tissue left by my previous work. The whole procedure was gentle and painless, I didn’t bleed at all. She talked me through everything she did and never got annoyed with my nervous small talk, she even shared recommendations for a delicious food place in the area. She asked me repeatedly through the appointment if I was doing alright and if there was any pain. I have one eyebrow that raises like the Rock back in the day, Carmen worked extra hard to make the other brow match my aggressively raised single eyebrow. They’re both perfectly symmetrical and the shape is gorgeous. She made sure to explain the after care very thoroughly several times and ensured that I understand what will be required during the healing process. I couldn’t be happier with her work, she’s truly a magician and I recommend this salon as well as Carmen’s services for anyone who’s looking for a professional, trustworthy PMU artist/salon.Service:Microshading

I keep going back because Her work is exceptionally good. I go to Sheina for Microblading. I started with the Tattoo before Microblading began. Each and every time I’ve been to her Spa I leave very satisfied, her work is art. I love my eyebrows, I had no brows do to over plucking. Sheina and her staff are very friendly and courteous. Her prices are great too. I recommend Sheina Spa to all women who want to have microblading done. I wouldn’t trust having them done with anyone else, especially with all the botched jobs out there. Your face is precious and you can’t trust just any one with it. Do your homework go on Instagram and see her work for yourself.

Carolyn Murphy: This review is for EverTrue and their policies, not my specialist specifically.In February I served as a eyebrow microblading training model for Irene, who was visiting New York from the Chicago location for training. Irene was great- friendly, took her time, explained the process, and did a good job.To be transparent, I paid a discounted rate to be a training model and was assured that Michelle would supervise the whole process, which wasn't the case though she did check in during the middle of the appt and once more before I left.Irene returned to NYC and did my touch up appointment 8 weeks later. Michelle was not present for any of the appt.I followed instructions and let my brows heal for a month following the touch up appt, but wasn't satisfied with the results which weren't very noticeable and didn't fill in where I needed more hair. The tails of my brows are still sparse, and really needed another session which I had been told I was entitled to until my brows were at a point that I was happy with.I contacted the salon and they offered me to come in on June 20th mid day, when Irene was traveling back to NYC. It was very short notice and I couldn't go in the middle of the work day, but the salon would not let me come at an alternative time or to see another specialist for the same pricing.Instead, they said I could pay $295 to see another specialist, which I am not willing to do after agreeing to an earlier, lesser price. I wouldn't have agreed to a specialist from another city if I knew I could only be seen by that one person. Again, not a knock on Irene.Long story short - don't agree to be a training model. The process was not what was explained to me up front, and although they promised they would fix my brows until I was satisfied with the service, now they want an extra fee. Not worth it when you're dealing with permanent makeup. Lesson learned.Service:Eyebrows
Quinn Rhi: This review is for the eyeliner service provided. I've had my brows done here, and have been happy with them. The "permanent" eyeliner I got done here was not good. The lines are not even on both sides. For one side, the line is not connected and is discontinuous. This was with a senior specialist too. For my touch up session, I brought this up and the specialist I worked with said she would take care of it -- to no avail. The experience was annoying enough that I do not think I will pursue semi-permanent eyeliner again. Did not bother to try and fix with them because I did not want to have the eyeliner last longer than it already has.Granted, I was in and out of the city when I was getting these done.. Cynthia Torres: LOVE MY SKIN!! I had the Carbon Laser Facial done by Carol and my skin never looked younger and brighter!! I have dull, hyper-pigmented skin and tried different facials but the results never lasted past one day. The Carbon Laser Facial had me GLOWING for weeks!! danielle robson: This lady is amazing! We discussed what i wanted for easily an hour, we did templates and Carol had so much patience whilst i picked and adjusted until they were just right. I am over the moon with my eyebrows. It has been around 6 weeks since my 2nd touch up and they look incredible. Initially they do look heavier and she gave me plenty of warning that i should expect them to change whilst healing. All i can say is give it a solid 6-8 week healing period and you will be ecstatic with the results. Truly an artist at her profession, i know where i will be going in the future for all my permanent makeup needs.

And if you do please pay with a CC so if you are not happy and they don’t give you good costumer service then you’ll be able to dispute the charge!!
