Staypineapple, An Artful Hotel, Midtown New York: what do users think?

Evan Valle: Wonderful hotel just a few blocks from Penn Station and Times Square. The rooms are so chic and the bed was beyond comfortable. Hotel staff were so accommodating and willing to help make our experience even better after there was unrelated guest issue down the hall. Staypineapple will be the only place we stay at every time where in NYC!

Laura Maloni: Would stay here a million times over. The staff was incredible and so personable! I was so happy to see that pineapple outside at the end of a long day! I knew I was home. Would stay again!!!!Rooms: Clean, cute, and with purpose! Great use of space and decor!Walkability: Quick walk to penn station or port authority bus terminal! Easy access to midtown, hells kitchen, madison square garden, times square. its in the heart of it all!

Erin Kossivi: So many cute little details like pineapple infused water, one free beverage coupon for each guest, and pineapple cookies in the lobby. The beds are very comfortable and rooms were impeccable. It is walkable to many areas in Manhattan. The staff were very helpful. They stored our luggage both before we checked in and after we checked out. We would absolutely stay here again!Rooms: Extremely clean, comfortable bedsSafety: Locked for use with room key only at 7pmNoteworthy details: Pineapple infused water and cookies in the lobby; coupons for one free beverage per guest

Z Mac: The hotel was clean and cute and comfortable. The location is great, close to restaurants and the Amtrak train station and subways. The 2 stars is not about the hotel, but the environment surrounding it. The city needs to help the mentally ill, the junkies, and homeless. Walking to and from the hotel, you have to be aware. It’s truly sad and the situation must be hurting the Midtown area. I love New York and I will continue to visit, but I’m staying far from midtown.

Danette Rodriguez: We had a great experience at Stay Pineapple. Hotel is very clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff is amazing!! We were treated very well. They went above and beyond. In a very convenient location. Loved the pineapple touches. We enjoyed it very much. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Rooms: Small but doable.Nearby activities: Times Square, Hudson Yards, Madison Square Garden, Train stations, Herald Square.Safety: Completely safe.Walkability: Completely walkable.Food & drinks: Food is everywhere you turn.

Judy Goddard: Wonderful, super clean, quiet. Walking distance to breakfast places or coffee places. Great pizza place on corner. Great spot for walking to time square_12 min or any other sites to see. I am 70yrs old so walking 5 km every day to see sites was easy from this hotel. Coffee in morning and afternoon. Excellent friendly and professional staff.Rooms: Small, but clean and had everything you would need,as your out touring all day and fall into bed exhausted. Beds/pillows so soft comfy. Best I've had in a hotel. Quiet

Ann-Christin Weber: , aber viel Müll und zwielichtige Gestalten in der Umgebung.

Daniel Tan: Staypineapple in Manhattan offers a stylish experience with an unbeatable location. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. However, it’s worth noting that the room size was relatively small for the price. Despite that, the contemporary design and convenient location make Staypineapple a solid choice for exploring Manhattan’s attractions.

Winlla Watson: Rooms: Clean and great valueNearby activities: Accessible to time square, Madison square garden, madame tussauds and much moreSafety: Great security measuresWalkability: FantasticFood & drinks: Lots of eateries close by

Chase Bunting: Was a great location to get in and out of Manhattan to Newark airport fast. Empire State Building and Times Square within 15 minutes walking distance. Only wish we would have asked for different lighter sheets cuz the room didn’t get cold enough for what we had, so we sweat a little midway through the night. Best to sleep with earplugs too because the soundproof windows can only do so much. Our king size bed was comfy and the upgraded glamour room was spacious enough to not feel cramped. Loved the bathroom, just wish it had a fan. We took Dash the puppy and a mug home as souvenirs.

The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection: what do users think?

Yo Ho (smartass): $3 per bag if you want to leave your bag there after checkout. Never happened in my whole life.

Meloue92 (Meloue92): Très bel hôtel, chambres propres et super bien situé sur Manhattan!

Meneka Wijesiriwardena: . Ambassador member reservations don’t even have bottled water in the rooms. For the price you can find something better.. the lobby is nice and the security staff. The front desk was very rude, and unapologetic. On-site manager was also unhelpful to my colleagues and I. Check out took forever as everyone had issues with the lack of transparency with the resort fee. They make it sound like the credit is complimentary from your stay during check in

Ryan Smith: I am really in love with this hotel. The rooms could use a few more square feet, but really they are more than you need. The style and aesthetic are refreshing, nostalgic, well aged, and comfortable. This is one of my favorite places to stay simply from the vibe of it. On top of it the staff is great, the rooms are quiet. I will looking here first on my next trip.

John G: Loved my stay. Once I got checked in the next two nights were great. The location is very accessible and the hotel has a lot of life without feeling crowded.Rooms: Large rooms. Mine had a kitchenette.

khadidja khadir: , style

Daniel Farrow: . The hotel is a nice blend of historic flavor with contemporary architecture. A friend recommended the hotel and I was extremely pleased. One more thing to note, despite being in the downtown commercial district, they do a great job of keeping space for unloading/loading when arriving or departing from the hotel, which is great. I recommend the parking garage across the street for parking, which is not super cheap, but it's convenient and not overpriced. Most of the on street parking is commercial ONLY from 7am-6pm M-F, so if you are there during the week, I highly recommend the parking lot. NYC parking tickets cost are no joke, minimum $115, and can be higher depending on the ticket. It's well worth the $40 for parking per day across the street.Very last note, if you want some champagne, they have a Moet vending machine! For sure, a solid A+ 🙏Rooms: Very large for the price!Nearby activities: Get out early for food, alot closes early in this area.Safety: Very safe feeling.Walkability: A healthy walk to Time Square and Rockefeller Center but for sure well located within the shopping district.Food & drinks: Great!!

Sanctuary Hotel New York: what do users think?

aldo riboldazzi: The worst experience I had in a hotel. Very bad attention, I felt total contempt. With 30° heat they left me without a refrigerator or a bar fridge. They did not fix it, nor did they change it, despite my repeated claims. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. Very weak breakfast, only bakery products, nothing fresh or light. The hotel is yes, very dark. Small rooms with integrated bathroom separated by a curtain. No wardrobe. TV not smart, old. The window overlooks a very dirty internal wall. We asked for the change and they also ignored us. We decided to skip everything and enjoy our vacation. We had to ask several times to leave a soap. Very bad experience, obviously I will never return and I recommend not coming. Greetings

chog valebia: Solo traveler. Stayed during the weekend of Pride March in New York.•Location- absolutely the best. Just a stone throw away from timesquare, few meters away from the Red Staircase. Walkable to 5th Ave and Rockefeller.•Room- yes it’s small. Typical NYC room. I stayed on IHG hotels in NYC before , same small size.•Service- very friendly from Lobby, to the luggage assistance.•value for money- very good for its price. Considering the location.• breakfast- Decent and basic breakfast. With lots of bread choices, coffee, juices, egg. Self service.

John F Mccarthy: Excellent location.Little bit noisy until 11pm if you have a room looking on to the street but the hotel itself is v quiet.Staff are great, v professional and helpful.Buffet breakfast is a disappointment, though. Not nutritious so find yourself a decent cafe or bakery somewhere!Would stay there again, though.Cheers, JFM

James Page: Rooms are small, but you're only there to sleep and shower. Service was excellent with very friendly and helpful employees. Location is spitting distance from Times Square. Stayed here years ago before the name change and it is a completely different hotel now, for the better. Skip the breakfast. There are better options at a nearby diner.

Simon Johnson: Good location, but our room was absolutely tiny and with no natural light. The breakfast was the worst we've ever experienced with a limited choice and tons of plastic waste. When was the last time you stayed in a 4 star hotel and used plastic plates, cutlery and glasses? All the plastic rubbish was diligently swept up and crammed into a bin, we just couldn't get our head round that in the 2020's. The staff were friendly and helpful, but we can't recommend this hotel I'm afraid.

Josh Luigs: Worst hotel for the price. Small dark rooms without windows and a small see through curtain separating the room from the shower and toilet. Breakfast is disrespectful to say the least, everything plastic and quality in the negatives definitely do not recommendNoteworthy details: Bad/unfriendly staff and rooms

Mariana Viana: Loved the gym!

Michelle king: Stayed at The Maxwell for my daughters 8th birthday. I was emailed before arrival asked if I needed anything before I even got there. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughters room was perfect for her birthday. Everyone was extremely kind and informative always asked if you needed anything. And the location of this hotel was perfect!!!We would definitely stay at this location time and time again. 5 Stars!

Blax Steven Cage Ellison: They're overpriced but the customer service is surprisingly great

Ronald Kaufman: Look at that deck

marco: .

Camila Carrasco Galleguillos (Soylacami): Central and comfortable. The attention more or less and the food menu little variety.
