Craig was so engaging and helped me find the perfect bed, but more than that he worked a miracle to get me same day delivery on the bed! The delivery guys weren't able to set it up due to it being an express delivery, so Craig himself came to my apartment and set it up - first time I have received such top notch service from a business.

Every single mattress we tried was comfortable. It was like varying degrees of YES. Also, Craig is simply a delight and provided an individualized and intimate shopping experience, unique in this day and age. No BS, all quality. He wasn’t trying to sell us on anything and let the products speak for themselves. What a refreshing experience. Every night we sleep on our mattress and are thankful we went to Craig’s!

Mario from NY: Choosing the right mattress is one of the most important steps to getting a restful night’s sleep. Choosing where to buy your bed is even MORE IMPORTANT. In 2014 I needed a bed. After visiting the big box stores, I found Craig's Beds online. I took a chance, made an appointment and I am so glad I did. Craig is not a salesman, he actually has knowledge about mattresses and how they are made and what would work best for you. He is not a salesman and I mean that in a good way, he encourages you to lay down on each bed and try them out with out pressuring you into one bed or another. He informs you and lets you make your own decision.Fast forward to 2020-21, our bed developed a davit larger than 1.5 inches in depth. I emailed Craig and even in the middle of the pandemic, he replied and was able to resolve the issue. The personal touch, his customer service, the fact that the owner of the business will personally return your phone calls in this day in age is UN-HEARD OFF.I have and will continue to recommend Craig's Beds. Craig's Beds will be the only place I will ever buy a bed from the future.

Not being able to see or feel the mattress beforehand was very stressful for me, but Craig was very knowledgable and took the time during our multiple phone calls to talk me through my decision and the ordering process. He made me feel comfortable enough to trust his judgement on this large purchase. Even when there was some miscommunication with the 3rd party courier and my delivery window unexpectedly got changed, Craig was willing to go to my new apartment himself and meet the delivery truck to accept the mattress and then set it up for me once I was able to get there. Needless to say-- I highly recommend Craig's Beds.

Janet Holwell: Fazi helped us with our selection of a new mattress and platform. She was very knowledgeable and spent time with us explaining pros and cons of various mattresses. There was no high pressure to buy but lots of good information. We were also pleased with the delivery of our Helix Twilight Luxe mattress and Puffy platform. The white glove service team professionally and neatly set up the new bed and removed our old mattress and box spring. They also checked all functions of the platform prior to leaving. I would highly recommend this business to anyone shopping for mattresses.

But, we had the best experience ever at Sleepare in Reading today. The young woman who helped had in depth knowledge about each of the products that we thought would meet our needs. She guided us through her questions about sleep and actually examined our posture as we tried each one. I feel that we have purchased the best mattress for our needs and that we wouldn’t feel this excited without Sleepare. Take the time to do your research and then go to Sleepare and try them out.

The sale associate who assisted me was Valerio and he was extremely helpful and insightful with all the questions I had. He was very understanding about my concerns and gave me great advise when deciding on what mattress to purchase. I was able to personally lay on all the mattress I was interested in and the ones that Valerio suggested based on my preference. He made sure that our shoes were covered and gave us pillows with disposable coverings which gave me a peace of mind that the mattress were safe to lay down. Aside from the great service when deciding what mattress to purchase, the fact that they order the mattress to deliver it to your place was extremely helpful for me. I already had a bad experience trying to order a mattress online

Ultimately it comes down to you yourself going back and forth trying to get a feel for the comfort of each mattress, so I ended up spending a couple of hours before making a decision. Note that there aren't really any reasonable options here below $1k so if you just want a cheaper bouncy spring mattress, it'd be better to shop on Amazon or elsewhere.

She was very thorough in helping me identify what kind of mattress I needed for my sleep style and why I wasn't getting restful sleep on my old mattress. meg elder: almost missed the place as entrance was so blocked by trucks and workers loading up we thought we were in wrong place. A guy threw mattresses on the floor for us to try and told us to call to arrange sale and delivery as there was no one there to talk to about that process. Took days of calling on the phone, leaving messages and emails with no response, before I finally reached someone who told me to call back next day. Then took 2 more days to reach someone again! I ordered and paid for mattress that was to be delivered and was told window was 6-9 pm or 6-9am only! I chose 6-9pm and delivery guy called at 7 to say it would be between 9-10pm! He finally arrived at 10pm—one guy—who brought it to apartment but did not set up frame so my daughter had to sleep on mattress on the floor as it was so late and didn’t have time to put it all together. I hope mattress is good after all that but I am doubtful and worried. Do not recommend this place at all.

It was the perfect balance of firm with an added pillow top.Recently, I purchased the exact same mattress but this time a different size. This time around it does not have the same comfort. I feel like it’s too firm even with the pillow top. I’m satisfied with the quality but not fully satisfied with the comfort.

It's probably the most firm pillow I've ever used. After a week or two, the wool inside got compacted and it's still the size of a new cheap pillow. I loved it so much, I ordered a new memory foam mattress topper!
