I’ve been calling for an Hour both numbers in which one of them is being answered and disconnected immediately after, while hearing a full blown conversation going on. The other number at least has a voicemail however, no one is answering. Don’t book with them it’ll ruin any event or plans you may have. Save yourself the hassle.

I was really happy that they had all their prices listed in detail on the website but they sent me a WhatsApp saying the price would be more than double what the website said. As a tourist I was a bit uncomfortable and after trying to understand why it was so much more, I was worried it might be a scam and asked them to cancel my reservation.They responded by saying:“Go find a fight with your husband or boyfriend. Stay in your country.”I can honestly this was completely out of the blue (I have screenshots). I understand that they were offended that I got nervous but as I am from the UK and in England it’s not normal practice to have such huge discrepancies in price, I was a bit skeptical. Not sure why it made sense to respond about starting a fight with a husband or boyfriend? So confused.I would definitely avoid because huge red flags here.**edit following their response**Even more concerning is that they’re lying in their response. 1. I clearly asked to withdraw my request for a reservation to which they responded they didn’t want to serve me anyway. 2. Never once did I say the US is horrible, I used to live in California and actually love it (although I did comment that the tipping culture in the US is a mess!) 3. Never once did I mention anything about sabotaging their business or leaving a bad review - at all! In fact they actually said that in America if you don’t like the service of somewhere, you should leave a bad review. It is soooo concerning at how outright they are lying. Avoid this dodgy company!!

My family of 26 needed transportation from two different airports to the cruise terminal in Manhattan, after calling multiple companies, we spoke with David and he made us feel at ease. He met us in baggage claim and made sure that all was handled properly and we were taken care of. For our return flight, we had later flights and wanted to go sight seeing in New York prior to being dropped off at the airport, the only issue was that four people in our group needed to be dropped off at Newark and the others were going to LaGuardia. We spoke with David again and he had the bus pick us up at the cruise terminal and he brought a limo so that we can put the luggage for the four leaving from Newark in the limo for later pick up in Manhattan. This allowed our group to stay together during the sight seeing on the bus. After sight seeing, David met us Rockefeller Center with the limo and I was able to quickly get the four into limo and off to Newark. The bus was also there waiting for the rest of us and we made it to LaGuardia with no issues. David and his company made the transportation stress free and that is difficult to do with 26 people in your group! Thank you so very much David!

It's hard to believe they keep raising the bar, but they do. The last time I hired them, their driver navigated some tough Midtown traffic and got me to an incredibly important meeting five minutes before I had to give a deal-breaking presentation. He had flowers ready but was inattentive, unprofessional, and didn’t provide any services. We got our own luggage, carried it to the car, and had to walk to the car. Luggage was thrown in the back of the car. Pankaj driving was aggressive. We had an unfortunate experience that took 2 hours to get to the hotel due to traffic and accident. He provided no updates, talked on the phone the whole time, and didn’t engage at all. Very disappointed for our first trip to NYC.

lilith werner: As you know if you are looking for a car service in NYC, there are a billion options and it can be hard to truly find out what the cost is for point-to-point service. I really appreciated the fact that the online booking service for Luxor is VERY transparent about each charge. They show you the breakdown of car, tax, gratuity, toll, covid, etc. Luxor might be a couple of dollars more than other less car services but I enjoyed having peace of mind with knowing everything up front. Our driver, Norihisa Mori, arrived early, masked and gloved, and did a great job navigating the exiting crowds of the Brooklyn Mirage. Highly recommend if you prefer online booking, transparency in cost and professional drivers.

While I found the price a bit pricey, it was great service in very clean vehicles and it was an all inclusive price unlike some of the other car services and was worth the price. Very nice, new, clean Lincoln vehicles, loaded with ice, water and soft drinks for us. They also did a great job getting in and out of Times Square quickly and efficiently.
