T_m my: Well stocked, and plenty of variety, although does not have all models. Easy to find products, well staffed and friendly service. Queues not too long, however the build / make your own lego people was overcrowded for a very long time.

Thomas Daly: An awesome Lego lover experience! Tons of Lego exhibits, and retail. You can make a personalized figure too! I must visit for families. Side note, there are no public restrooms in-store, but that is most of NYC businesses.
Anton: Great store, but I had to return some items I got online because it was easier to ship them and take them with me on the plane, but the person who helped me do the returns was not too nice and gave me attitude for returning two big items. Didn't even say welcome or show any kindness.

Joey FLORIDA: Awesome store!! Two stories. They control capacity at the door for a nicer experience and fire code. More assembled LEGO models than the store in Orlando, like a taxi cab that you can get into, Ghostbusters building with Slimer, etc. Some unique NYC only kits. The 'design your own minifig' experience doesn't require an appointment like the one in Orlando. Some clothes for sale. Definitely worth a visit for any LEGO fan.

Unprofessional customer services for a store that serves parents and children!!

Micah Mills: A fun and good place to go and look at one of the creations that they made for display. 👍🙂 I have never been to this place before and mostly, it's for kids who want to get creative.💡 I looked inside this store and they were so many different kinds of buildings and vehicles🏡🚙✈️🚁🚚🚌 that were built from Lego. There were even from some movies I know like Lord of the rings, Star wars and Jurassic Park. Everything in the store is based off Lego. So if your friend likes stuff like these or anyone else,come to the mall and see what you'll like.🙂👍

Blue Flames: It’s 4 o’clock and lady in front of the counter asks my family “Didn’t you just pass by?” As if this was a Nio Natzi camp where your not free where to to go! I just looked at her like she was crazy. Mind you this was the first time coming here so I don’t know what she’s talking about. Then I saw her kicking another customer out the door and it’s only 4:30. To the owner please fire her. You close at 8pm I saw in front of the store. She has glasses and is overweight. The other girl beside her was nice and tried to wave hi but it’s too late the damage is done. I will never shop at this store after this.
Nancy Ningkun Li: The place is dark and a little dingy. Very small. Bathroom very gross too. Not a lot of play area. The class offered was really dull and the instructor was just busy building his own set. You're also not allowed to take your own builds home. Will not visit again

Altek: Lots of potential but a good amount of the exhibits didn't function properly. A bunch of buttons did nothing and the ones that did work were pretty uneventful in the beginning section. I wouldn't mind normally but for the price I would at least expect every button to work. I would say it's worth about half of what they charge considering it's a relatively small place. My son is 1.5yrs old so he didn't have any expectations thankfully and still really enjoyed all the colors, lights and sounds.

Melani P.: Costumer service is not good here when my husband asked for help to get Legos down for my son the girl said to my husband there was nothing up there and I clearly so a lot of Legos on the containers at top. There was 3 people working there and my husband just looked at me and shake his head. Definitely going to other Lego store next time.
