Maria Escobar: Called them for a specialty bulb and the person the help me over the phone right away told me they have it. When I arrived they have my bulbs ready and all three salesperson are very nice. Small but organized retail store and accommodating salespersons. Most of all they are all welcoming.
John T: Unfortunately I met the owner, david. Used to work for his father. He was arrogant n condescending back then and I see he still is. I’m surprised they’re still in business but not surprised this is all they have. They haven’t expanded. Inferior is a good word which describes his personality and career. Total loser.

We brought in a switch that wasn't working and they told us the battery was just corroded and spent 10 minutes scraping off the rust free of charge! I took it back home and it worked perfectly! They were also very knowledgeable about our issues with track lights.

Dylan Gordan: I would never go to Just Bulbs again. They gave me the wrong bulbs and then wouldn't accept the return initially. Once I convinced the owner to accept the return, he threw the bulbs on the ground and then proceeded to charge me AGAIN for the order as opposed to processing a refund. I had to submit a claim to Chase to force the owner to finally give me back my original payment and the second double charge. Never again.

Andrea Vassalli: This is the best bulb store in New York! I went in asking to buy a bulb for 60$ and I was ready to pay that amount. After I described what I had intended to use it for, they suggested I got a different bulb for 6$. Needless to say, they were right. At Just Bulbs they go a long way to sell you the right bulb for your needs regardless of their profit! I cannot recommend them enough.
Jessica Elrod: Work for an interior design firm, David at Just Bulbs has been an excellent source for us. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is very quick at delivering the products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Plus his store front is really cool.
