S: It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I was lucky to find then on the internet. Their site is beautifully done, with high quality pictures and explanations and pieces that are very beautiful and in perfect conditions. They responded to all my emails within a couple of hours, they listened to all my requests and were very professional, attentive and respectful. I love my ring which arrived yesterday and I would like to send a particular thank you to Benjamin who made it all happen, thank you so much my friend!
Greg Lazarczyk: My experience with Estate Diamond Jewelry was great! Their website is highly informative and educational. It was extremely easy to find several amazing antique and vintage engagement rings. I looked at a number of other sites but found that I kept returning to Estate Diamond Jewelry. Their pictures and information were the best and their pricing was competitive.What I was most pleased with was the level of customer service once I contacted them. I emailed them over the holidays and got a response that they were closed but someone would get back to me after the holidays. Benjamin called me on Friday after the holidays even though they were not officially open until the following Monday. Over the course of the next few weeks, we stayed in contact via their website, emails, and over the phone. His response was always quick and courteous.Once I had chosen my fiancée’s ring, Benjamin assured me that it could be resized to my requirements and that it would look perfect. He let me know that it would ship the following week. The next week Benjamin called to tell me the ring was ready, and it would ship overnight that day. I ask him if he could take pictures of the ring “on hand” with a few examples of wedding bands that would go well with the 1900 engagement ring. To my amazement he sent me three pictures and still got the ring shipped out to the same day! I even had him change my ship to address to my work since no one was going to be home. No problem, the ring arrived well packed, beautiful, and sized correctly.Benjamin & Estate Diamond Jewelry are the best of both worlds. You get old school customer service and ethics while your able to shop their store anywhere via the internet. I cannot recommend them enough.

Geisha Girl: I called Cartier Manhasset and spoke with a women who discouraged me from getting my watch cleaned n serviced.. i asked her how long would the service take once shipped out. She told me 15-16 weeks 😳.. was nicely mean lol. Called Cartier Hudson yards and spoke with Liliana who welcomed me to come in and gave me a 4 week window. That’s where I will go from here on. The 1 star was for Manhasset location.

One thing about her is that she will go above and beyond. She made the special order process easy & was there for us every step of the way. She is truly amazing. She will take care of you & never make you feel like a burden. Everyone at this Cartier location is so nice and welcoming. I honestly never had a bad experience. Joy Li: I really have no words for it. We sent our wending bands for engraving services in Jan 2023 and it’s been over two months, and I still haven’t heard anything back from them. I tried to called couple times and left three times voice mails. No one has contacted me back and tell me what’s the status of my wedding bands. I will never expect it took such long time.. and it’s not what the sales person told me at first. Very horrible experience.

Tony Kim: I went a couple years ago and I was trading in my jewelry to get new ones. My grills I got from weren’t SI diamonds. They were moissanite and the earrings I bought. The gold wasn’t fully 14k gold. It was 12k. I really liked the store but I was so upset when I found out cause I paid a decent amount.

Brian Moran: I’ve gotten my jewelry here for years and it was once a great experience. But after my visit on 2/8 this place has completely changed and lost a customer. We weren’t greeted and were treated like as if we didn’t know anything about jewelry and seemed like they were trynna take advantage of me and my girlfriend. The lady assisting us was RUDE the entire time. We were given a price tag of over 900 bucks for a less than 10g 14k gold bracelet. We asked to see the weight she refused and was given an estimate. We shared our opinion yet we weren’t able to negotiate yet only given more rudeness. After not being satisfied she rudely walked away and failed to assist us with looking at other options. Honestly really disappointed to see a once good jewelry store do downhill with my personal experience. People know the price of gold, people know that labor charge is included. People know that a profit has to be made. But to be completely dishonest and fail to at least negotiate was a big failure on the companies part. I went to the store right next to them “SANG SANG JEWELRY” and was greeted nicely. Treated with Respect and cared about the items I was seeking to buy. We left happy with a solid 14k gold bracelet 14grams for a bit over 600 which is great deal friendly service and no rudeness . So anyone reading this suggest taking your service to them.

You see a wall full of celebrities who have shopped there when you first walk in, and they have a huge selection of jewelry to choose from. The associate who helped me was amazing- she was extremely accommodating and was patient while I took my time deciding on what to buy. My family was helped by other associates and they said they had a pleasant experience as well. We all walked out extremely satisfied with our purchases.
