Jason greeted us promptly, took his time, showed us different units and answered all of our questions and concerns. The knowledge he shared with us honestly made us feel we shouldn't be shopping anywhere else for a hot tub. Post sale experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the service to the delivery staff, everyone was great and you really get the feeling that they love what they do. Having looked at a few different places and manufacturers, you can absolutely see a big difference in build quality of the units that Prisco offers. I wasn't initially going to spend the amount I did, but after seeing these differences, I'm glad we went the route we did as the tub is feature rich and I can see this unit will be with us a long time.

He even took the time to jump on a call with me at 9:30 PM - on a Friday night - to talk me through the first-time chemical set up. The delivery crew was experienced, professional, efficient and informative, and had no problem maneuvering our relatively large spa through a tight space along the side of our house. Lastly, the customer service team has been a pleasure to work with during the limited number of engagements so far.We would confidently recommend Prisco to our family and friends knowing they would have a great experience.
