Have consistently been given good advice, and never feels salesy. Installation and service has also been fast, on time, and exceedingly professional.

Avoid at all cost.Yes they are convenient because they’re close. If you must purchase - get the serial number and check with manufacturer on the date it was manufactured and whether it is refurbished.Do not trust - verify.

Every time we have had a great experience with him. My very picky husband in particular loves Jose! He found a penny that fell out of pocket lodged in a remote part of the washing machine that we would never have known to even look for! He told us to use less soap and not overload the dishwasher, he also secured it properly and I can't remember now what happened with the fridge but it was fixed quickly and we were delighted and relieved after he left. Daniel Chung: I called to get a quote range so that I knew what I was getting myself into. The representative told me it ranges based on the work that needs to be done, and that he would have to see my vacuum first before giving me a final quote. That is to be expected, and the final quote was within his initial range he gave over the phone. While it took longer than originally quoted, the vacuum came back as good as new. It’s a super old Dyson from 2004, so I imagine he needed to wait for parts.

Cindy Siu: Initially called to get a new washer / dryer as it was an old unit and didn't think a repair would make sense. One of the units we wanted was not available and would take a month and a half to order. When asked if we can purchase the other unit elsewhere, they said that it needed to be one of their suppliers. Then inquired if it was possible to fix the current units and after describing the issue, they mentioned that it was likely possible.We already knew the ducts needed to be cleaned out and that there was an issue with the heater for the dryer and that the washer was leaking due to a deformed moldy gasket. We provided the model of the units ahead of time so they can order a new gasket.When the handy man came, he said that the heating element was fine and it was likely an issue with the ducts not being cleaned out. And then looked at the washer and said it wasn't worth fixing since the barrel was loose. Then we were charged $225 service charge. When we asked if they can do the duct cleaning, they said no they aren't insured to do that. I then asked if the $225 covered the installation for the new units and they said no. Then I asked if I should call Brian to schedule and installation and he said no they have all the information and they will reach out to me. It's been a few weeks and still haven't heard from them.We called a separate company to clean the ducts and the dryer was still not working so the consultation that the dryer would be fine after cleaning the ducts was incorrect. Not sure why we paid $275 for a 10-15 minute consultation for information we already knew/semi-incorrect and nothing was actually fixed or followed-up on.Decided to cut our losses and ended up calling PC Richards and they got the installation and all the insurance required for a new installation pretty quickly and were very responsive with no hidden charges. Would've thought Precision Appliance Services was a scam if it weren't for all the other good reviews here. Guess we were just unlucky.UPDATE 1/14/23: John followed-up and provided a refund. I do appreciate the call to try and make things right with the refund and would recommend if anyone is having issues, to speak to John directly to try and resolve.Since there was a lot of miscommunication in this process, my recommendation to other customers is to start an email thread so there is documentation on communications and expectations between both parties. Bullet point out specifically what you're looking for even if it was communicated over the phone and send it for confirmation if Precision can or cannot do a certain thing asked, and after any conversation so that expectations on both sides are set. I would also have the technician on the thread as well if possible if there was mention of another follow-up after a visit. Ask for pricing as well prior to any visits/consultations. If there is a complaint, to follow up with John who is the manager vs a customer service rep.I hope this is helpful and insightful of services for anyone else that is looking to replace/fix their washer/dryer units.Service:Washer/dryer repair
