James Barlow: Absolutely fantastic experience.I d looked everywhere on every website for coats like these . Found the Hip Hop Closet on line and I was blown away with what they had. We were traveling from Manchester to New York for a trip and emailed The shop to see how to buy one. Keisha responded quickly letting me know that it’s an appt only shop. We arranged a time and travelled to Brooklyn with my wife . Wow was we glad we did, the friendly non pushy service from Kyiesha is incredible. She was so helpful and her coats are amazing. Completely exceeded my expectations the quality of the coats is fantastic and the price was amazing. Spent the rest of the time In -10 freezing weather snug warm like a million dollars being asked all round Manhattan where the coat was from. Since returning home to the UK all our mates want to go over to Brooklyn to buy the coats. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone you won’t be disappointed. Plus as a bonus it’s a dead interesting shop in The Brooklyn Navy Yard

Iris Bryant: I ordered a very nice high quality Ladies Old School Sheepskin coat I started having doubts but it turned out to be just fine the coat was packed very well and came with a garment protector the moment I took the coat out the box and opened the garment it was love at first sight just like the picture on the website it fits perfectly but thank you Kelly you Rock I will order again in the near future.

Rochelle Yuan: I required assistance in the sales section at this location at 12:15pm. The girl organizing clothes in the sales section was rude and prideful as if she could not spare me her time- she does not care about customer service. Of course many employees here are nice and I am not speaking for UO’s customer service as a whole but this experience was definitely unpleasant.

If you know exactly where everything is go but if you wanna ask someone, don’t ask the short blonde tan guy that everyone is going to. he’s super rude. i’m assuming he’s the manger because i asked a girl and she asked him and he looked at me and my friend and rolled his eyes.

Lady Ace: I like going to the store as they have unique and fun items. I tend to stop by for the beauty items as they used to have stuff not readily available in other stores.The lines can get long because they usually only have two cashiers on staff. I almost never see anyone on the floor but I usually don't need help. If you are looking for fun and kitschy items, then this is a good place to stop by!
Lauren Lyford: I went into this location today because someone told me there was a vintage backstreet boys tshirt on clearance and this location had a rack of them. I asked the male that was working in the men’s clearance section and he responded very rudely saying “i don’t know” as if that wasn’t his job. Then I go upstairs to ask a different employee a separate question. I say excuse me and then i accidentally dropped my airpod and by the time i stood up she was gone. I finally found her and then she told me that i needed to ask the people at the front. I don’t know if it’s because i’m not rail thin like their ideal customer. But this staff is horribly rude and unwelcoming. Maybe they should find new jobs if they hate their lives there so much.
