Mark H: We were supposed to check in today. It’s is now 12:30am and our room still isn’t ready to check in. We have been told many times in the last 3 hours that our room will be ready in 15 minutes. Also told that our rooms were occupied due to Delta Airlines having a flight delayed which their staff gets to occupy the rooms. We have children that are sleeping in the lobby. This is unreal for a company to do this.
Linda L: . Okay view.Good location in a pretty central area of Manhattan. Service was nice.Accidentally misplaced my card twice and got them replaced with no issue.Walkability: Near enough to an MTA station and fairly walkable to MoMA, Times Square, and other tourist destinations.

Elizabeth Erikson: Positive - The staff was nice.Negative - We stayed for three nights and had no AC for the first two, which was unbearable since the weather was 95+. It was sticky and gross in there - so stale. The building engineer was in our room multiple times and by the final night we finally had cold air coming in.
Kristian Givens: This was an awesome place to stay in NYC. My girlfriend and I were offered an early check in which we of course accepted. Staff was very friendly and amazing. Location was very close to subway which we used a lot to get around and all of the main attractions. A lot of people will complain storage was very small, however people who have never been to NYC need to understand how small many rooms here are and that you should be spending most of your time exploring anyway! I would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here!
