malika lankoande: A nice selection. However for the size of the store it seems like their shoes selection is less nice than the location next to Jay street or the one in Kings Plaza. They do have more lingerie and make up/perfume than other Macy's.
Dawn Girard: Beautiful store to see, very busy especially during the Holidays.
Wolf Gugler: Very nice flagship store, all seven floors of it. The escalators are in great condition, store is impeccably merchandised with plenty of staff.

Orlagh D: EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there. Due to the euro exchange, there wasn't any value for money unfortunately however you do get you discount at the till of you have your passport so there's some perks too. Huge store, lovely staff.

Crystal Dawn: It was an alright place but I guess I expected more. We paid alot to go to the top which was a nice view but there wasn't much inside the building to see. I think the tickets should be half what they charge. You cannot use the bathroom until you buy a ticket and even then you go through a couple check points before you finally see a bathroom.

arjav patel: Had heard a lot about this place and finally gotten a chance to try.Not a lot of place to sit and eat but if you’re lucky then you might find a table. I went an hour before they close and the bagel still tasted fresh. I ordered a jalapeño everything with jalapeño cream cheese bagel and sesame bagel with Garlic cream cheese.It was one of the best bagels i’ve ever had.

william s: Go in the morning cause it’s gonna fill you up for the entire day! Got the smoked salmon w plain cream cheese toasted on a poppy seed bagel. It must have been 2.5” thick. And they didn’t give you volume to cover up a lack of quality. It was good. Really good.

The girl organizing clothes in the sales section was rude and prideful as if she could not spare me her time- she does not care about customer service. Of course many employees here are nice and I am not speaking for UO’s customer service as a whole but this experience was definitely unpleasant.

Lady Ace: I like going to the store as they have unique and fun items. I tend to stop by for the beauty items as they used to have stuff not readily available in other stores.The lines can get long because they usually only have two cashiers on staff. I almost never see anyone on the floor but I usually don't need help. If you are looking for fun and kitschy items, then this is a good place to stop by!
Lauren Lyford: I went into this location today because someone told me there was a vintage backstreet boys tshirt on clearance and this location had a rack of them. I asked the male that was working in the men’s clearance section and he responded very rudely saying “i don’t know” as if that wasn’t his job. Then I go upstairs to ask a different employee a separate question. I say excuse me and then i accidentally dropped my airpod and by the time i stood up she was gone. I finally found her and then she told me that i needed to ask the people at the front. I don’t know if it’s because i’m not rail thin like their ideal customer. But this staff is horribly rude and unwelcoming. Maybe they should find new jobs if they hate their lives there so much.

Ellie Kim: If you are Asian, I recommend not going to this restaurant.It wasn't crowded because it was early for dinner, and the other two guests were all eating at a table for four, and we were shown to a small table right in front of the fireplace. The seat was so secluded that you could reach the fireplace if you stretched out your arm, and there was a piano with a menu right next to it, so you couldn't concentrate on the meal because the staff kept coming and going. We made a reservation in advance, and there were many empty seats, but I wonder why we were the only ones given that kind of seat.I ordered a porterhouse steak for 2 people, but it was too tough even though I ordered it medium rare.
Wynn Chen: Got lamb and t-bone, mushroom, lobster bisque, love all of them. Not too pricy as a steak house.Personally love the vibe as well. Old school and cozy. Definitely recommend for special day.Make sure to reserve beforehand, otherwise it may not have a table until late night.
Kevin Sam: . Mains were the keens mutton sampling, T-bone steak, dover sole. We had sides of green beans, spinach and French fries. Service was excellent. The server offered to have everything portioned out for us to try. They also filet out the dover sole for you at the table as part of the service if you wish. They cut up the sampler mutton for us as well as changed our plates and refilled our water glasses frequently. Server also came to check up on us once in a while so that was also good.At one point, it tried explaining erroneously to my wife that a T-bone was part filet mignon and rib-eye. A nearby server clearing our table politely corrected me and told me it was part filet mignon and part sirloin. So thank you for the lesson. :

Laura Sullivan: . We waited 30min to check into our room which then made us late for our next event because we had to wait until almost 4pm for the room. The walls of the hotel rooms are also paper thin, so be prepared to every single thing your neighbours are doing from morning till night. Finally, because I didn't bring any of this up while staying there, I am not able to receive any compensation or refunds. I wasn't asked upon check out how our stay was, and honestly as that point we were done and just wanted to go home. The only positive was that everything is so close to you that walking around was made easy, but that can be said for many other hotels in the area. So, do yourself a favour and save the hundreds of dollars you will waste staying here and try a different hotel.Rooms: Beds are very very thin, and sheets are dirty.
