shifteh rohani: I have really bad experience , I bought 3 connectors for my cousin as his request and paid by credit card , after a week got an email that they asked me question if I need more pieces , at that moment I had no idea why my cousin order connectors and answered them , again after a week got another email that they asks me about the order , I respond them "Please call me " , no call , no email !! no getting or update about order and shipping !!!! I was ready to answer you why we ordered 3 connectors However if you add your product for sell in your website and got money , YOU DON"T HAVE RIGHT TO QUSTION CUSTOMER
fred chao: Love the mission statement for this company. Sustainable wood sourcing, formaldehyde-free glue....They have great customer service. The furniture is significantly sturdier and easier to assemble than Ikea stuff. There is no way my furniture is going to fall apart on me while moving it, like so many Ikea desks have in the past.Custom-designing for your space offers tremendous flexibility and reusability. Hit them up and have them help you design something, you won't regret it.

Anthony Koithra: Modos and Matt in particular was AWESOME to work with. They supplied us with a large set of pieces to furnish our incubator's lounge area and were super collaborative throughout the process, working very flexibly to deliver exactly what we needed in a short timeframe. Matt also designed, sourced and implemented a beautiful all-round mirror installation in our lobby which is just stunning. We love Modos and recommend whole-heartedly!

ahsan khalid: . The buying experience was streamlined and they have great customer service! I shipped all the way out to California and I received my furniture in ~4-5 weeks. There was an unknown small scratch on the furniture upon delivery/opening. They were very easy to deal with and provided reasonable compensation. Definitely recommend the white glove delivery for out of state as they will take the furniture into your desired room and open up the boxes so you can inspect the furniture. Assembly was not bad at all and I only had my wife help me although moving the furniture might require some more strength as it is heavy.

We bought the dining table and the color dont match with what shown online. They refused to help and charged high fee so we couldn't return it. NEVER do business with this company. Not sure if all positive reviews are real. Stay away to save you time, energy and moneyUpdated: the response below from this place tells you that they never took a look at my case. I never said the color dont match with my existing chairs. Its not the color of the product they advertise. I find their price is pretty much the same with big furniture stores but ppl… plz buy from big stores as its easier to exchange, return and do business with than this guy. It was delivered on time to MA, unpacked, assembled and all the packaging was removed. The delivery guys were courteous and professional. The furniture is high quality and free of any defects. Jason Guttman: It was an all around excellent experience. Canal furniture truly delivers. The bedroom set that I bought was even more beautiful that I expected. Order confirmation and shipping was all completed and set up within a couple of days. The furniture was delivered a couple of days later via white glove delivery. The guy was a total professional, assembled everything and cleaned up and removed all the boxes and packaging. I am so happy with the experience that I just placed another order for a couch!
