Joseph Santos: Worst place to go if you have a child with special needs. My son is 6 years old and is too big to be in the small play house, so he wanted to play in the big fun house. In the front, it states that there's a height requirement of 4"10'inches. My child's mother is only 5"4', not much of a difference. My son needs to be with or be around someone at all times. I begged the manager if she could have a special entry to the big fun house because my son has special needs and can't be left alone. They allowed us special entry previous times. However, the manager stated that she would no longer allow entry and stated it is only for kids and that if my son wanted entry, he'd have to go in alone. Otherwise, he would have to play in the small play house that he is too big for. We opted out to leave because of this, and of course, my son cried the entire way out, begging to go into the big fun house.

Melvin Sims: Funtopia USA is the indoor version of the legendary Coney Island Playland minus the hot scorching sun burning down my back. Your staff treated my family like we were Royalty. Great food and fun was had by all. The only thing that was missing was a Roller Coaster ride. Otherwise, this place was great! Keep up the good work. ❤👍👍👍

Mom Cris of The PM Family: Came in on morning of Mother’s day and there’s really few people perhaps 3 families including us so there’s no wait time. We’ve been going here for years and we love what they did with the Jungle Gym, they now run it every hour with 45 minutes of playtime and 15 minutes to clean the gym. Good thing with this is that the gym isn’t too crowded as it used to be when everyone can just go in at any given time without any time limit. Entrance is $10 per person both kids and adults, they’ll give a reloadable card which has credits that can be applied towards the gym and of any of the other games inside. They also sell food and drinks. Staff are nice. Highly recommend! Always a fun place for the family! 😊

Olly Shevchuk: My daughter was invited to her friends birthday party here. What I love is that the kids were always entertained by the staff and because there so many of them they were always looked after so the parents didn’t have to worry about them even running out or being unsafe. The only downside was the downstairs dining area was super dark, loud, and bright. Too many stimulants but again at the same time the kids were completely busy with activities while the parents got to eat and interact, while checking up on the kids through the screens.

The staff were fantastic every step of the process, from booking the party to making everything perfect on the day of the event!!! David and Salma in particular were super helpful and attentive to me, Emma and our guests throughout the event. David was wonderful with the kids and Salma kept me posted on every detail - guest arrivals etc!! Every employee went above and beyond and was so sweet with the kods! I am super grateful and would recommend Max to any parent. I am a busy mom and they took care of every detail. The kids and parents were never bored, there were tons of activities but everything was very organized. The parents lounge was a hit! I got tons of compliments from the other parents on the event and Emma was super happy which was most important! I have no complaints. THANKS max! Erika and Brian McHugh

Alicia Hunte: Max Adventures was cool, I took my toddler there for a birthday party. The only downside is space. It's very small there and the slide is only for children 4 and up. My suggestion is to maybe bring more activities for the children because there is only a jump house, 2 small cars, and a little ball pit area for children under 3 to play with. But overall my toddler had fun and the staff was nice.

Alicia Luboch: We decided to celebrate our daughters 1st birthday at Hudsons House of Play. We have quite a few friends that have young ones ranging from 10 months - 7 years old. Each of them had a great time!! The area where the kids play is a great space and allows kids to fully use their imagination. They ran around from place to play exploring all the different areas. They had a great time!As for the team, I could not recommend them enough. From the initial correspondence , to speaking with Karen, bouncing ideas off, to the execution of the decor by Jenny, Adrianna and team. It was better than I had envisioned.I would recommend to keeping your guest list to no more than 40-45 including kids. Unless you’re in the play area the eating space and other area can get a bit tight. At the same time, I did enjoy intimacy of it only being limited to our friends and family.

Elizabeth Copti: We Came here today to spend an hour with my 4 1/2 year-old and my 3 1/2 year old.Fortunately it was empty because it’s a very small place. Needless to say after just 20 minutes, it was not enough toys and supplies to keep them occupied, because they were no Pirates for the pirateship, no cars for the transformers, no plans for the aircraft carrier and only two little teeny tiny dolls. Sadly, very limited play.For one hour $38 this is not great. Since it has been two rainy days and Grandma wanted to treat them, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend running there.Go to “imagine that” go to “Funtime junction” and for the same amount of money, your children will enjoy every moment of it.
Chelsea Tung: My daughter had fun enjoy playing like she always do. I’m giving three stars because, first of all, most of electric toys are out of batteries, or malfunction. Second of all, toys are so disorganized. Toys are all over the place. Finally saw a staff coming in but she only put out new toys in a random place and left. If they don’t organize but at least put new toys at a right place … toys are sticky. Third of all, the place is tiny. I don’t mind a small place but after overall experience I won’t recommend it. There are other indoor playground to go, probably will only come back when there’s no other choice.And they have a little place for snacks but didn’t order anything since they don’t have a kitchen, only sell juice and packages of snacks. Fresh fruit could be good.Staffs are polite but I don’t see them care about the place.There’s a small room for kids to take classes, will like to try out some classes in the future. It looks fun and sensory play is great for development.

N B: I had booked this place back in October for my daughter's 1st birthday. It's a cute little place for babies and toddlers. The staff was great, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The decorating was great - We did a Beauty and the Beast theme. I totally recommend for anyone with little ones who love pretend play.
Shivonne Hutson: We celebrated our son’s 4th birthday and could not be more pleased! The owner Karen and her entire team were super easy to coordinate with, friendly and accommodating. I opted to supply my own theme, brought everything in and they executed my vision perfectly! The balloon garland was amazing - far better than I ever imagined! Kimberlie and Jenny were the staff members who worked my party and they were simply wonderful…from the decor, to the party assistance. We received so many compliments from guests about how everything turned out. They did everything, allowing this mama to finally relax and just enjoy the party. And most important, my son and all of his friends had a blast. If you are looking for a cute space where little ones can play and enjoy the place freely, you will not be disappointed.

L L: Visited this past weekend for a birthday party. Nice and creative, small stores setup like a village. Located on Riverwalk, which has a beautiful view of the New York skyline. Place is a bit small though. Toys batteries were all out. Parking is difficult. If you are able to find a parking spot nearby, there is a 2 hour limit.

I’ve had an Alice in Wonderland themed birthday party idea swimming around in my head for a long time now, but with two toddlers and a life too full, I couldn’t see myself possibly getting it done successfully. As soon as I found this little spot and spoke to Karen I knew I had hit the jackpot! Not only would the kids absolutely love playing in this safe and intimate environment, but I will also have the entire venue for myself and celebration!Karen is a creative talent who was able to understand my vision and make it a reality. The other ladies Rosalind and Adrianna were also amazing! Rosalind put together the perfect balloon garland for us, also understanding exactly what I was hoping for without much effort at all on my end. They were very kind and attentive to all my guests and when it was time to go, they weren’t pushing us out the door, they allowed us the time we needed to get ourselves together.I highly recommend HHOP to anyone who needs all hands on deck for the perfect birthday party for their perfect little girl or boy, or for those who just prefer not to stress over preparations or simply just don’t have the time to make it as special as they’d like. HHOP is also affiliated with the best bakery I’ve ever come across. You would think that something that looks so beautiful could possibly taste so good, yet it did!!Regardless of parties, I will be returning and taking my little ones back to play. They had such a blast playing pretend on this very adult-look-alike world and didn’t want to leave! Plus, everything was pristine! Cleanliness, organization, and all safety measures clear, so I felt very comfortable for my toddlers and guest toddlers.Again I can’t say enough!! Thank you Karen and your team yet again!!

Nella McDi: We knew that we weren’t going to be able to do the whole park with the limited time we had. We visited the last Saturday in June. We started at the southern end. With a quick visit to the Plaza hotel. Someone online had suggested doing the park in this order and it worked out fantastically.Our first stop was Gapstow Bridge, it was beautiful with the city skyline as a gorgeous backdrop. Woolman rink was the next stop which had an enormous number of tennis courts.Central Park carousel was very nice. Went down to the Mall, there is a bandshell and bunch of buskers. We really enjoyed Bethesda terrace and the fountain with the backdrop of a lake, beautiful setting. Wagner cove has the bow bridge, a couple were getting engaged while we were there. Strawberry fields was very nice, not what I expected, I thought it would be a huge open area but it was a treed area very peaceful had lots of benches. There is circle on the ground that says imagine that people get their picture taken. There was a young lady Star span, had a great voice and sang Beatles music By this point we were hungry and still had a good chunk of the park to go. We went to the 72nd street diner and split a grilled chicken sandwich. It was amazing and best of all reasonably priced. They had an awesome selection of foods. Would definitely come back, wish we had a place like that back home.We stopped at the ladies pavillion to have our lunch, they had covered benches by the water and best of all there was a gentleman playing music and singing. It was awesome.Walked through the ramble. Then went to Belvedere castle make sure to climb the stairs to the top, it is free to get in. Beautiful scenery from both observation decks. Walked past the obelisk and behind the met and walked to the Guggenheim. We did that all in 3.5 hours with some breaks to sit and have lunch. Central Park is beautiful, so many different areas to explore. I’m sure we just scratched the surface. There are so many benches all over the park and many artists playing and singing scattered all over. We saw people selling water, fruit cups and ice cream. I was expecting to see actual food venues, maybe they are in different parts of the park that we did not go to. So if we came back I would pick up lunch before coming into the park so that we could avoid having to leave the park to get food.It is an amazing park that you could visit again and again. We had no time to actually go into the museums, maybe the next time we are back.

robert wakeland: If you're going to rent a bike, rent an E bike at a shop instead of city bikes. You'll get charged a little less, and the regular bikes will tax you if you're not used to it. The experience was so enjoyable to cruise through the park.
