She knows her color and how to make different brands and color formulas work!! Danielle did my blow dry to a perfect and lasting bounce. These ladies and this salon are fabulous. Daniele never spoke a word throughout the haircut and had a high handed demeanor which leads me to presume that she may not be happy at her workplace. I’m ok to send you pics of my poorly done haircut should you need any proof. I mean this in the best possible way when I say I can very well afford you at $450 a haircut but this time really wanted to see if there was any fairness and equity in treatment to some who book elite haircuts and others who go to the same place with a Groupon. Truly disappointed with this very poor experience by a so called great stylist Daniele and I hope your customers who are planning to go with a Groupon change their minds and book another salon down the street. Do not book Daniele and save yourself the trouble of going through such a discriminatory experience. Ava took me in, lightened it to ashy blonde, pulled the color up to my roots, and blended it seamlessly to remove the growth line. Added bonus: the thorough wash and quick blowout. I went in a week ago, Jennifer gave me my cut and now two hair washes later, I still love my hair, so that means a lot for me. She also did a quick gloss to cover up my greys and suggested two hair products - a leave in and an oil. I use them as recommended. The vibe is friendly and inviting. The hair wash by Daniel was also thorough and relaxing. Mark Goldstein: Do not go for mens haircut!! By far the worst haircut I’ve gotten in 15 years and I paid $35 plus tip. Can go to any cheap barbershop and pay $10 for this haircut. I asked for slight trim just to clean up and he butchered my hair with electric trimmers. I don't know about their other services but definitely don’t go for mens haircut. Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews like I did you’ll regret it.

Caitlin Beard: to do root touch ups, I had a full head of highlights but my hair was very healthy, it was a warm blonde like Blake lovely/Gigi hadid. I walked out with half my hair falling out and platinum blonde. Not highlights. She did not just bleach my roots she bleached all my hair down to my ends. Left the bleach in way too long and I had to remind her several times to wash out the bleach. I paid $450 for this service and still. Still now over a year and a half later my hair is terrible and I’m growing my natural hair putt because I could not keep putting highlight with what had been done to my hair. Ayelet Survivor: Lies and incompetence from start to finish. First I went for a regular single process/pull-through. I told Gizelle I wanted medium brown. She made it dark brown but said it would lighten. It didn't.When my roots were showing I saw Olivia, and she said she would match the roots with the rest. She left me sitting too long and the roots were a completely different shade.I emailed the salon and they said they would get back to me to schedule a color correction. They didn't; I had to call and email repeatedly. Then they told me I couldn't come in that Sunday. I checked their schedule, and there were available appointments.I asked them again to help me out. I spoke with Tracy, who said they would color correct my whole head, even though during our conversation she kept trying to put words in my mouth. When I came in, she said they would only color correct the roots. I said that wasn't what she said on the phone, and she said I was rude and they weren't going to do anything but refund me for the second experience.So: incompetence? Check. Dishonesty? Check. For my last experience, Tracey Gransden went above and beyond what any hairstylist I have know has done. I came in for a hair cut and coloring, and she treated me so well, checking in and making sure things were what I wanted. When the color didn't turn out as we originally expected, she worked with me to reschedule a new appointment and get the hair coloring that I wanted for my hair.
