I recently decided to get one of my drawings professionally framed and my experience with Frames and Stretchers was leaps and bounds above my past custom framing experience at a different business. They treated my work with the utmost care and respect and worked with me to figure out what type of frame would work best with my piece, unlike other framers who just want to sell you on the most expensive option. The price is very reasonable for the quality and service provided—highly recommend!

There’s nothing he can’t do, and it is worth every penny!Update: We did another project with the neon frames & museum glass with Pronoy. Definitely an investment, but they are unbelievable!!!! He also framed the white piece to the left, which had been a curled poster for many years. You can’t even tell it had damaged cornered or any irregularity in the texture. Absolutely stellar work, every time!

Try to justify the approximately $1,800 in two different bills. We signed only one receipt.

I'm pretty handy, yet lacked the skills to attempt the repair with confidence. Tutul of METRO Frame Art said, “Bring it in, let me have a look”. When we arrived, he analyzed the damage & carved out the time to make an expert repair right before our very eyes. It was amazing. And that’s not to mention their impressive array of options & styles. METRO Frame Art is our go-to frame place, & Tuttol is our go-to frame guy!

We had our wedding photos framed here, and also had a massive WWI poster done with a heavy frame, double velvet mats, and museum glass. You could hang these in a museum and they’d look right at home. Pricing is commensurate with the quality of work. If I have something nice, I take it to West Side Frame Shop. Highly, highly recommend.👍

C. M.: Cannot recommend this shop enough! I had a poster I've been meaning to frame for over a year. Finally, I ordered a frame through Amazon that didn't fit my poster and looked/felt cheaply made. After returning, I went to this shop and got an incredible price on a framing job for the poster. It only took a few days for them to have it ready for pickup, the service was great, and the framing job was incredible! It might be more money than a cheap frame at Amazon but you will not regret the result and you get to support a local business during this time. I will definitely be back when I have to frame something else.

They were very patient with me and their craft proved perfect. I was extremely impressed.
