Mia Mia: I don't know where to start, after God because of course God is #1. New york Fertility Institute did a Miracle on me. I had an endometrial ablation procedure years ago and every clinic or any fertlity doctor that I use to go they told me "no you can never get pregnant is impossible" well good news this clinic did a miracle. I'm 50 year's old and I am 3 months pregnant now, I'm super happy . I can't believe it. Soon the picture of my newborn baby will be on the wall of the clinic. All the staff is increidible, oustanding, always checking on you, they go step by step with you on everything they are amazing. I highly recomend it 120% everything Clean on point, staff Christine, Glenda, Kara, Dr Sultan, Dr Fateh and Dr Obasaju oustanding staff. God bless their hands is unbelievable what they did for me to get pregnant thank you thank you, God bless all of you guys. You guys did tremendous job. Too much knowledge in this clinic very professional. 10+ stars

natan shelzer: and asked them to pay for everything and now 2 years after they gave me a bill of 6k, this place is a freaking mess, deal with anyone you can and not with this center, Dr forman is ok he tried to help even though it felt like we're talking to a robot The nurses were great but the experience with billing took us to such a bad experience !!I would not recommend this center to my worst enemies !
Gulnara Zaynullina: Terrible billing team. I have an insurance and instead of charging insurance, the facility keeps charging me. Every time I have to call in and ask the billing staff to re-process the claim and send the bill to my insurance. When I called in today again to correct the situation, I asked the staff member how can I make sure that all bills go insurance. The answer I received was ridiculous. I was told that I have to call in every time and ask them to send it to insurance even though my insurance information is on file. After asking to be transferred to a supervisor, the billing rep hung up the phone.
Anonymous: It has taken me a while to write this review. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here and after a couple of years, I am still processing what happened. This facility seems antiquated in their approach and not very sensitive to unique circumstances. This is also reflected in some of their public speeches or contributions to published articles.You are primarily dealing with a care team instead of a doctor directly. While some are kind and professional, others are not. The doctor I met with early on and spoke to sporadically seemed particularly cold, even her comments in my file reflect her disregard for my treatment simply due to my age. I know that usually in this industry you are treated like a number so that wasn't completely shocking. However, as both an alumna and employee of the University at the time, I expected better from Columbia.Still, bad experiences sometimes have a way of leading to better things and this bad experience led me elsewhere where I was able to successfully conceive my beautiful baby girl so for this I am eternally grateful.
Leah W.: Dr. Wiltshire was absolutely amazing! She is an exceptional communicator, taking time to clearly explain what was happening in terms that made sense to me. Striking the right tone can be so hard for doctors but she nailed it without dumbing things down or relying only on medical jargon. She reached out throughout the process to make sure she answered all my questions and always felt accessible. I never felt rushed and she listened carefully to my concerns to make sure she offered options that met my needs.Dr. Wiltshire was extremely knowledgeable. Because she explained the process so well, I always felt fully informed about my treatment and I trusted her. When there were decisions I needed to make about how to proceed, she equipped me with the necessary information to weigh my options and make the best choice.Dr. Wiltshire demonstrated she cared about me as a patient. She came in on a holiday to perform my procedure, which I really appreciated. Also, I mentioned having difficulty reaching someone for an administrative issue and she made sure they reached out to me so things moved forward, which was super helpful.The clinic was very professional. It was easy to make appointments and I didn't have to wait long.
Sara L: Treatment here was a great experience. I didn't see my doctor every visit during treatment, but the other doctors and staff were also kind and helpful. Monitoring visits are quick. My IVF was successful and I will be returning for number two.

Supriya M: , but he is extremely non judgemental, always available to respond to questions via email, even in the middle of the night. His bed side manners are so welcoming and polite. I had done an IVF before which causes me tremendous pain for many months after, but the protocol Dr Forman applied cause me shockingly no pain. He isn't the "by the book" doctor- he will tweak standard processes to apply what is best for your body and your medical needs and perhaps that's why we were able to have a successful process with him. Ever so grateful to him and his team.
Emerald Zhang: , and Dr. Bishop listened to me and suggested ways that I could gather reliable information so I don't freak out googling my symptoms online. The five person team assigned to every patient: the doctor, care coordinator, financial coordinator, nurse and medication coordinator worked really well together. I know I always have ways to reach out to a specific person if I have any specific questions. I liked even with multiple morning monitory appointments, I had the option to schedule it as early as 7am and I never had to take a day off for that. My husband and I felt very much supported by Dr. Bishop and the team during the whole process. The nurses, receptionists, technicians and everyone who work there were so pleasant and kind. They all listen to our concerns and questions, and they respond real fast and we were never left confused or concerned. Even during weekends, the nurse on call would call you back within 20min to address your questions. We had a great experience here and we are more than grateful. Highly recommend!
Frances Panunto: so I called the office and STILL couldn't connect when they transferred me to the next department. I had to call 3 times to be able to talk to someone on the phone. THEN I finally get someone on the phone and all of the information they have in my chart was wrong including my appointment time. THEN I finally get the virtual appointment working and they scheduled me with a doctor who IS NOT A REPRODUCTIVE IMMUNOLOGIST! I confirmed several times with the woman on the phone that this other doctor dealt with that specialty and she said she did. The doctor was very nice but the staff was some of the worst I've ever encountered. I'm absolutely furious. This could be the reason my upcoming IVF cycle fails.

I had an amazing experience with the doctor and with his staff, Doctor Forman will reply to your emails for any questions and the nurses are the same super attentive to their patient. After my first try I am blessed to be pregnant of a beautiful baby, I am 16 weeks now.
Mary Irizarry: Unfortunately, my experience was horrible. Still processing my discomfort. The procedures and action plan taken in my case was totally unacceptable and lack of coherence. They did an egg retrieval and after waking up from the anestesia the doctor said that they didn’t found any eggs. I was there early, I follow all the procedures. The bloodwork and ultrasound results were great according to them. However they are charging and IVF and ICSI procedures without having any eggs to fertilize. I feel that I waste my time, energy and still emotional and devastated.
Silvia: I am forever grateful to Dr. Forman for helping us through our journey to have our little girl. IVF is a bumpy road and a roller coaster of emotions. Throughout our struggle, Dr. Forman remained positive, level headed, and gave us hope. He was easy to communicate with-always there to answer questions, made himself available to talk on weekends, returned emails in a timely manner, etc. The nurses and staff at Columbia Fertility were also great, and very helpful and knowledgeable. I always felt supported, and that I was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Linda Michalik: My experience was absolutely positive, and i can without a doubt recommend it. My journey was not easy and it took almost 2 years. But through the whole process the entire staff has been nothing but amazing, helpful and very responsive. I also love how organized the whole process is. I never sat in the waiting room for a long time and every visit was always very smooth. And the best of all, is the result. We can't wait to meet our little miracle in July.

I was later slapped with a $3,000 bill after one consultation/ visit as they turned out to be out of network, and this $3,000 bill only covered bloodwork, ultrasound and a consultation from that one visit. I would not recommend or trust that the clinic will convey the right insurance coverage to potential patients. You would be in much ethical hands elsewhere.

Kajal Gayadien: location. I loved her instantly, so I chose to drive back and forth to the city, just to stay with her. I was able to do routine tests out of the Brooklyn location which made it all a lot easier. After trying and failing for years, I got pregnant with my now 3 month old, healthy baby boy through IVF. I still can’t believe it’s all real! Dr. SP was incredibly patient and handled my anxiety so well. She made me feel at ease, and made me laugh so much! And so did the wider staff! You need some light and laughter when you’re having fertility issues and she provides that on top of top quality medical care. The other doctors I met at Kofinas were also brilliant and the staff is so warm and sweet - they became family during a dark and difficult time in my life. Convenience is also where Kofinas excels. All the procedures take place at the surgery located a couple floors above Kofinas Broadway clinic! I cannot recommend Kofinas and Dr. Sullivan-Pyke enough!

Maureen Moster: This is the best facility. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are amazing. They are caring and understanding and as hard as the process is they make it so much better. I cannot say enough of how special this practice is. I’m so thankful I found them.
Jen Strat: Dr Gleicher is a king, he is on the highest level of experience and knowledge. I met some IVF doctors before and no one came even close to his professionalism and wisdom. This generation of doctors are the real doctors, that know IVF inside out. And fight for their patients and not treat them like numbers like most others in that industry. They want the best outcome and actually investigate your issue based on their vast knowledge, almost like a detective. I am so thankful I met him.

Ingrid Sheleg: I have been with CHR since 2018. I came in for a second opinion when my last fertility Dr advised I would need to consider egg donation. I was devastated. When I consulted with Dr. Gleicher on 12/5/2018 he told me you will get pregnant with your own egg. I left positive that I was going to get pregnant. He got to the root of my infertility which the previous Dr did not and managed my treatment to my need. 2/3/2019 I went in for retrieval 2/7/2019, transfer on 2/19/2019. I was pronounced pregnant & on 10/19/2019 my baby girl made me a mommy. Because of Dr Barad & Dr. Gleicher I have been blessed. I am now back for my second & the experience has been the same even with a bit more complications now that I’m a bit older. Dr Barad is a gem he makes you feel so secure & makes you feel like everything will be ok. I have referred 2 friends who also had success with CHR & I will continue referring all woman who want to be a mommy but just need a little help & specific treatment to their need. CHR does not give up on you!

More importantly, he is digging deeper on my overall health to find out or exclude any health issues that prevents me from achieving my family expansion goal. That's what I have been looking for. I believe in Dr. Gleicher, and I also believe with his help I will succeed in the near future. My confidence in him started me viewing all his Youtube videos. They are very helpful. I already liked him since then. Strongly recommend Dr. Gleicher to anyone who hasn't found out the reasons and corresponding solutions. He provides customized plans, just for you!

You will have a better outcome and money saved.

Caity Doherty: Can’t say enough about Dr. Dondik and the team at RSOFNY Brooklyn. Dr. Dondik is who you want as your doctor during a really stressful time. She explains everything thoroughly and never rushes you. She always wants you to understand the process and has a calm, relaxed nature about her that makes you instantly feel comfortable. She’s an incredible doctor you can trust. The other doctors and the nurse, Elena, are also very thorough and answer any questions you have. Appointments are quick and easy and the office is actually really beautiful with an amazing view. Everyone I’ve encountered has been kind and professional. We are still going through treatments but feel confident we selected the best fertility specialists to address our needs and highly recommend RSOFNY.
Dawn: The staff is kind and friendly. Going thru fertility treatments is very stressful for any couple. I am glad that they are warm and caring . Dr Trivax is very thorough and wants to make sure you are successful. I am writing this post as I told my almost 2 month old daughter.

Elizabeth E H: They didn’t know which lab my frozen embryos were in. My original doctor who was responsible for my embryos ignored me for weeks and I had to switch doctors. My medicine was totally screwed up to the point I was injured. These guys are a big machine run for profit. There are too many teams and they don’t communicate. Their patient portal is not up to date and has errors. You also can never call direct to the people in charge of your care - everything goes through a call centre. Avoid at all costs

Staci Santana: Women are already stressed about going through this situation and maybe even nervous. They make it difficult from the beginning by scaring you and asking you to provide a credit card so they can charge 450 if you don’t make it. Giving the situation at hand I don’t think this is right just because this is a huge step in a couple life and it takes a lot of courage to actually take the step. Wish they were more encouraging.
Sara Walters: Everything about my experiences at RMA has been amazing. Dr. Stein gave me hope that I would be able to have a child. He was very honest about what to expect. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is super important when going through such an emotional time. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to RMA, because this year, mine and my husbands dreams of having a baby are coming true. I can't seem to find the right words to express my gratitude to Dr. Stein and the entire RMA team. I will and have recommended this office to friends!
Salman Naqvi: Friendly doctors … billing department has no idea what they are doing, just started telling me everything was covered when it reality it wasn’t. They didn’t even verify the insurance. Really terrible and unreasonable finance and insurance billing department. Nobody answers the phones or emails.
Stephanie Saucedo: Update review: I DO NOT RECOMMEND RMA. Dr Stein was a wonderful doctor and this review is not about him. I would never choose RMA again. They charged me a storage fee and never gave me notice that this charge would occur. I didn’t need the storage but I had purchased extra vials for my IUI process b/c I was not given accurate info. Without any assistance about their processes or reminders, I suddenly get a $600 storage fee bill. They don’t send reminders I was told. Ha! But they send reminders to get their money! Such poor practice. On top of that, after being told RMA uses their own lab and therefore cover the cost of whatever insurance does not cover for bloodwork, I get a $400 bill for lab work AFTER having a baby. I am so grateful for my baby boy but if I had to choose again, there are so many other fertility clinics my friends have used that do not scourge you for money. RMA is awful and greedy.

Dr. Stein was always encouraging, patient, and compassionate. We are forever grateful to he and his staff for helping us succeed in our dream of having a family. We will miss seeing him as well as the rest of the staff, and they will always hold a special place in our hearts. We can see why Dr. Stein and RMANY are so highly regarded.

Sarah Atzlan: . Dr. Stein performed our first IUI procedure, and did so clearly explaining each step, and injecting just the right amount of humor into it all to help us feel more relaxed! While we did not necessarily see Dr. Stein or Eliza at all of those appointments over the three months, we felt very comfortable and in great hands with the doctors and nurses we did see.When we had an unsuccessful third IUI attempt, we were obviously upset and disappointed. I spoke with Eliza, who was the support I needed at the time, as I did not know what to do next as I was so accustomed to going in for day 1 blood work to start my next IUI cycle. As our follow up appointment with Dr. Stein was not for another two weeks, she suggested that my husband and I consider trying just one more time so we did not have to spend two weeks just waiting around. We decided to give it one more go.After the fourth IUI procedure, before it was time to take a pregnancy test, we had our follow up with Dr. Stein to discuss next steps. He went over the entire IVF process. We left that appointment feeling hopeful and excited to get that next process started. We felt that we were in the best hands. I was more relaxed after that meeting than I had been since before we initially met with him to start IUI... perhaps that is what helped lead to a positive pregnancy test with our fourth IUI cycle! I got the call from Eliza confirming that the blood work showed I was pregnant - she was as happy as we were!Tomorrow I will be 20 weeks pregnant with our son. We are so thankful to Dr. Stein, Eliza, and the entire team at RMA of NY Westside for their support throughout this process. I would highly recommend them to anyone encountering fertility issues. We definitely plan on going back when we are ready for baby number 2.
BRETT NOMBERG: Worst office and staff. They push for the highest priced procedure, Dr. Stein graces your presence for a brief moment, look elsewhere for real doctors.
Esther Shin Smith: We went to RMA for about 8 months because my partner and had trouble conceiving our second child after almost 2 years of trying on our own. We saw Dr. Stein and he was very thorough during our consult visit. And with each visit and throughout the whole IVF process I was able to talk to someone on my doctor's team about any questions or concerns I had. IVF is a very hard, lonely grueling, disappointing and long process and just having the right people on your side makes all the difference.
sarah hansen: Dr. Stein was wonderful to work with. He was honest, straightforward and professional. Working with the coordinator was less than ideal but nurses were helpful and responsive. Overall a good experience.

Then I was ready to leave even though IVF was fully paid for and I met Jess.. the best NURSE that ever existed. She and Larry are a great team! She is empathetic, super smart, kind and reliable. Larry is proactive and very chill. I really appreciate both of them and would not have stayed due to my horrific experience with everyone else if it wasn't for them.

Chris: Kind Body doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic; my sister was relieved to find such a unicorn -- a great GYN that accepts Medicaid!Unfortunately, Kind Body has recently chosen the unethical path of patient abandonment.Without warning, they collectively chose to abandon their Medicaid patients -- a move that I consider highly unethical.My sister was their patient for one year until Kind Body chose to abandon her without notice. They couldn't even be bothered to notify her of this change before she arrived for her most recent appointment.The ethical path would have been to allow their patients time to find replacement providers, and to ensure these providers receive medical records.Better still, they could have chosen to grandfather in their current Medicaid patients, opting to decline new Medicaid patients.Doctors of Kind Body, you can still make this right.
K: I appreciate Kindbody's mission to make fertility and gynecology more accessible, and I had a positive experience with Dr. Messenger during my fertility assessment. The modern and cozy space added to the overall pleasant experience.However, I do feel that there are areas in which Kindbody can improve their business practices, particularly around transparency. I was disappointed to learn after my appointment that the $100 off code I had received at one of their marketing events could not be applied to my appointment, and this was not disclosed upfront. The carrier screening test during the appointment has an out-of-pocket cost of $249 for you and $100 for your partner after discounts from the third party laboratory. Furthermore, it was difficult to obtain an estimate of the final bill, as my assigned financial contact was vague and it took me several attempts to get a rough estimate. The fertility assessment was advertised as $300, but the total cost for the female alone ended up being $800 due to additional required testing for the Fallopian tubes and uterus.I believe that Kindbody has the potential to be a great resource for those seeking fertility and gynecological services, but more transparency and clear communication about costs would make the experience much better for customers.

My nail salon is more professional.The person in the portal never follows up and now just keeps sand bagging. I wouldnt be surprised if they lost the eggs. Stay away! This is too important to take risks.
Z K: This place is great to get an overview of your fertility to have all the info, knowledge and awareness of where you are at time-line wise.My husband and I had a pact of no kids before 10 years of marriage, well fast-forward almost 14 years and we wanted to be educated on our situation so we can plan for potential next steps. All the staff is great and the process has been seamless so far. We were not sold fear, ivf or egg freezing at all. Just pure information. The doctor is really great and patient.Wish they had kind man at this location because the kindbody in bryant park is quite terrible...
