R7 p7: This is the best ebike I've bought and staying with them.. period. I got the Adventure and it ride wonderful especially over bumps it on. The customer service is A 1 as for as repairs. There a repair store guys ! Now how much more better can that get. I love it and appreciate A and Joulvert.
AlexOh Magah: I initially had a great experience. I bought a bike in 2020 and had a positive experience. Until today I called to get some information on a battery and the guy who answered was so rude. I need a new battery and just needed some info so I bought the right one but he didn't wasn't to give me a straight answer.. I spent 2k here and I guess once they have your money they don't seem to care about you after. I wouldn't buy from them again after today. Fyi I was getting a new battery so I can gift my current bike and get myself a new one. . I'll take my $ elsewhere

So I went to this store and the lady was really nice she checked and explained to me what was happening with 2 available options. She was also very transparent about the pricing and the time required to complete the job. Once we agreed upon a solution they fixed my bike with the new tires within 30 minutes. Best place for e-bike solution as they have the best knowledge and don’t waste your time.

Adam Jakubowski: NYC Apollo Servicing is the best. Those guys saved me three times already! It’s really amazing to have a local shop run by knowledgeable techs stocked with spare parts and abundance of good advice! Always easy to schedule and there for you 100% once you get through the Apollo firewall.This last visit I thought I had an issue with my charger and Apollo had me getting a new one not knowing what the issue might be. Peter found a crack that caused the issue almost instantly and had me all fixed before I even realized! Thank you!
Curtis A: I had to have my scooter serviced due to a flat tire, and a stem bolt replacement. Nate the Apollo technician there was extremely helpful and got me back on the road quickly on the same day. Plus he is very knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips & advice regarding scooter maintenance. If you are an Apollo scooter owner, highly recommend visiting here for any issues with your ride!

Maria K: This place was a lifesaver! It is one of the few in the city open past 6pm. I was riding around Central Park, but after my Tern foldable back bike tire kept deflating I started calling bike shops to get it fixed. That’s when I realized most of the bike shops were already closed. NYC Bike and Scooter shop fixed the tire in front of me. It took 10 minutes and they also had an extra inner tube and a patch kit for sale. I was going to ride the Five Borough Bike Tour the next day and thanks to Sal and Pedro I actually am!!!
