ItReallyisn'tPersonal B: The place was not the easiest to locate but wasn't the hardest either. Just so you all know don't look for a big elaborate parking garage or building this is a lot one might even confuse it with just a parking lot or a mechanics repair lock. The cars are lined up in this lot. The office is in a trailer with the name attached on the outside. When I entered the lot I was greeted by a middle-aged Spanish men. He seemed to be very friendly and that alone brightened up my day as I was having a rough day. I approached the trailer there were two men speaking on outside of the trailer as I entered in one of them came in behind me. He did say good morning and ask how can I help you he introduced himself I forgotten his name. I was disappointed that the vehicle that I received was not what I asked for. He did not have such vehicle on the lot nor were they offered there. So I was placed in a another vehicle which did not satisfy me due to the vehicle being very low. People with disabilities may not want to rent this vehicle as it may take a while to become adjusted to its height or you might not be comfortable with it at all. I'm speaking of the Toyota corolla. Nonetheless the gentleman had me in and out with an approximately 15 minutes. Once again on the outside I spoke with the Spanish gentleman who retrieve my vehicle we walked around took pictures everything seem to be intact. This place would have received the five star had the following items been met. The first is more advertisement so the customer can know that this is the place of business. Number two it is a lot that is congested with vehicles as well as debris from vehicle parts the ground is not stable and it's okay to have an unstable ground provided at your customers don't come on to the property. However the customers have to come on to the property in order to retrieve the vehicle and do the paperwork. Third, the vehicle was dirty. I received a white vehicle and it had dirt street marks all over the vehicle it had rain marks on the vehicle and inside the vehicle they were stains on the steering wheel there were stains on the seating. I understand it may be a no frills rental facility however everyone should have a clean vehicle. Lastly, not having the vehicle that I requested online was really a big deal because of spacing in the bucket seat. It is of great importance to me that if such vehicles are not offered here then it should not be generated as one of the places that offer this vehicle. Sometimes upgrade just doesn't cut it. It was also been helpful had the cost of the vehicle per day been lowered because it was not a holiday weekend or a holiday at all. In my case the upgrade was the worst to upgrade to. However, the same gentleman who wrote my contract; once I return the vehicle at the end of my rental stated that he will make things better upon the next time I rent. So I hope this will be the word he sticks to. As more than likely I shall return. All of the Stars receive for this location was well deserving. Thank you easy car rental for making it such: easy to rent a car.

They have their sign saying yhey start at 8 and the sign specifically saying that they honor reservation within 1.5 hours of operation. NO ONE IS HERE AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. What an irresponsible behavior. This caused me to cancel my whole trip. A horrible experience. Not up to the Hertz standard

Yuleima Gonzalez: Worst customer service ever. Rented a car over 2 weeks ago, and after waiting over 45 minutes, they didn't have the car I paid for. They didn't even try to accommodate me. Their answer was they were too busy and they had to leave . In the meantime, the staff is on their phones with their friends talking about their evening plans instead of helping the customers. AVOID don't waste your time.

Christopher Alex: , I made several phone calls over the course of four hours, and then finally got through to someone who sounded like they were upset that I was even calling then put me on hold in silence for 15 minutes without even letting me speak. I hung up and called Statefarm and completed my rental with Enterprise. I recommend going with Enterprise. They have better customer service and they actually answer the phone. Now I know why this Hertz location hasn’t received a good review in 9 months.

Jacob Wildfong: I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad experience renting a car before. Upon arriving, there was a line of people who informed me they had been waiting multiple hours despite having pre-booked, pre-paid, and checked-in online. No one had their reservation time honored, myself included. One woman who had been at the rental office asked if she could receive some sort of discount for waiting over 4 hours, and the worker bluntly replied “No.” I waited over 2.5 hours to get the car, missed an appointment because of it. Once it was finally my turn to finalize the rental agreement, I was told that the car I had reserved was not available. Ok, no problem. I’m then told that it will be more expensive because THIS car is nicer. I didn’t ask for an upgrade, I reserved a car for a specific price. I pleaded with the worker to either honor my reservation or to not force me to pay more for an upgrade that I did not ask for. Of course, I had to eat the additional costs if I wanted to leave there with a car. They go and get the car, and pull it around front of the office. I’m now realizing this is no “upgrade.” The car is smaller, the battery is not fully charged, the car has not been cleaned, and it’s just a Kia. I was told I was paying a luxury fee because I was being upgraded to a luxury car. Fast forward, I’ve returned the tiny more expensive car I didn’t ask for, and call Hertz customer service about the experience. Their repayment? A $50 gift certificate redeemable BY MAIL on my next rental through them. Not only did they force me to pay more for a car I didn’t want, a size I didn’t want, given VERY late and given dirty and uncharged…my compensation is to spend more money with them? My rental agreement when booking online was $270, now after all said and done, I paid over $500. There was also no option to drop off after hours like most rental places so I was forced to keep the car an extra day. Seems suspiciously convenient that they don’t accept returns on Sunday’s, when everyone returns from their weekend endeavors. I’d rather go all the way to JFK to rent after this experience.

Michael Thomas: They do not provide windshield washer fluid or clean their cars.I have rented from this location 3 or 4 times. The first time I rented from them, which was early in the pandemic, the vehicle was relatively clean. Ever since then, the vehicle have gotten dirtier and dirtier. I picked up the most recent time and there was a giant white stain in the trunk.I also never get windshield washer fluid which has almost caused me to crash twice. When driving in the winter, salt from the road gets on your windshield and clouds your view. When you try and clear yhe windshield it smeers and clouds your view even more. Not being able to see on a highway is clearly a safety issue and Hertz is going to get someone killed one of these days. By not providing any windshield washer fluid, Hertz is putting their customers in danger.Their fleet of electric vehicles is also very small.Overall, I would not recommend this location. If you have to, make sure they provide windshield washer fluid before you leave.

Derek Johnson: Expect to WAIT a long time picking up your reservation. One person working a Saturday morning when everyone is trying to pickup their rental to leave the city for the weekend, and little enthusiasm shown to quickly help everyone.

I've been calling for a straight month after Ive been renting with them, they never ever pick up the phone and when they picked up 3 weeks after is to put me on hold the second they pick up. This is why all Hertz reviews are crazy low your customer service support is horrible. This is how you treat the people who put money in the register.
