Ralph Tufano: Called Sal on Thursday, told I had a big party on Saturday and needed 15 sleeves of ice,, he said come in Saturday with a pickup and he will have dry Ice to put in pickup bed and then I would cover the ice with an insulated blanket and the ice should last all day. I said sounds like a great idea, borrowed a pickup, went there Saturday, Sal wasn't there , told worker needed 15 sleeves of ice and some Dry Ice that Sal promised. Employee said he had no Dry Ice, finally got a hold of Sal on phone after about 1/2 hour. I told Sal it was your idea to use dry ice, now you don't have any. Sal says I couldn't guarantee I would have some. Not a Great business tactic Sal. Not good for business, Thank God my local Beer Distributor had a truck load of ice delivered , it wasn't Piazza. Cant trust businesses Like this.
