Shannon Barr: Seth at the front desk went out if his way to make our stay extra special. We were traveling for my daughter’s graduation and my son’s birthday and he set up a surprise for us when we checked in. What a wonderful asset to your company. Also, your concierge/bellmen were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional! Thank you for an enjoyable experience ✨
vickie gonzales: We got a room which was really bad the shower door wouldn’t close all the way and water was leaking which I could have easily fell and then second of all under one of the beds there was an ugly mark/stain and also there was like a coffee looking stain on my bed sheets and then they gave us a refrigerator that looked broken down. The only good part about it is that they moved our room quickly and it was cleaner and better in there also the elevators seem like they were broken down and the floors were breaking apart and also in the halls it looks really dirty in there and they only gave us one bag for our clothes and other then that the service was good and the location was ok it was just dirty in front and thats really it they should work to make it look a little better here and then it would be good

Kobi Cohen: very kind Excellent and quiet location. You just need patience with the elevator 🤭Rooms: Not big but that is new york so it's ok
Roxana Huffstutler: Leftover food items in fridge from previous guest. Almost no shampoo had to call twice to get more shampoo to our room. In room coffee items never replenished.Rooms: Too small. I have visited NYC before and know NYC hotels have small rooms but this was by far the smallest I have ever occupied.
