Alexandra Fellowes: I have done a number of projects around my apartment including built in closets and bookcases. NONE of them would have been possible without Mike’s Lumber. It’s not just that they custom cut wood. It’s that they talk me through every project to work out what I actually need. Invaluable and irreplaceable.
Max Prokopy: Great service and prices. They did custom cuts of a delicate set of wood pieces, fastened them, and it worked out better than I could have hoped for. It looked like they did custom work on larger items. Highly recommended.
Caroline Chao: . One piece was 1/2” off, the others were perfect. I also did not check when picking up, so would recommend that. In the end, I felt their price was so competitive and the process so easy that I will take 1/2” off every now and then, no problem. I will definitely be using them again.

I wasn’t a huge customer for them but they treated me as one and I really appreciate it. Going into places like this can be intimidating but they made it easy. Jeffrey Rodriguez: I was beyond impressed with the level of friendliness and customer service here! We came in to the store minutes before they were about to close and had a complicated ask of cutting multiple lengths of chain. The woman working there took extra care to help us and made sure we had what we needed. I wish more places like this existed! Simple customer service goes such a long way— I would definitely recommend this place over big-box hardware stores like Home Depot.

AMUSE THE MUSES: Very nice and helpful. Went to buy a replacement screw and they got their hands dirty and helped me fix my scooter’s pin, at least temporarily until the replacement part came in.
