Spencer Snipes: Consummate professionals!We were likely their smallest customer; a single mid-century armchair that had a cheap leather wrap and after several years needed a new lease on life. But we loved the chair, no reason to give up!As a walk-in we did not ask much but all the same they did not for a moment miss the opportunity to show us what would be a better alternative and in a short 10-14 days later we picked up what was even better than we imagined. They paid attention to small stitching details in the original cushion that we liked but did not necessarily have the understanding to make sure we maintained in the replacement cushion. And this is why you trust people like this.Can I recommend? No doubt!Thanks guys for treating your smallest customer with the same amazing attention to detail you give to your biggest clients. Highly recommend Bettertex for custom fabric paneling, headboards, bed frames, and drapery. Will try to add more photos when the job is completed.

Mahmoud Agha: I found Bettertex during surfing the internet. I contacted them via email with a picture of the swing chair that needed to be reupholstered. Albert sent me immediately a quote with a recommendation to select materials from their show room. At the show room I met Jack who was very helpful in picking the material without any salesman’s pressure. The old chair was picked up from our apartment as scheduled. The newly upholstered chair was delivered on time. The workmanship is excellent, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Bettertex for your next project.
Torricel Angelo: I Bought into bettertex two goose down feather insert size 24x24 and two yards of emboss 100% navy silk to have two custom made pillows constructed. I made the arrangements with the design professional Jack the return pickup time was swift and the custom made outcome of the two pillows are breathtakingly beautiful meeting all my request and my expectation. Saleena piano: I went to Bettertex to inquire about having a slipcover made for my sofa, expecting that it would look like a slipcover, and that I'd remove it when I had company. As it turned out, the slipcover fits so tightly & so well, you can't tell it's a slipcover. Plus it's fastened with velcro underneath the sofa, so it's easy to remove and wash. I also had extra covers made for the cushions and armrests, and was so delighted with the whole project, I decided to have slipcovers made for my two chairs as well. The prices are extremely reasonable, the service is excellent, and both Jack and Albert are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Bettertex; if I need anything done of this nature in the future, I will continue to do business with them

hollister lowe: I recently shot a fashion advertising campaign for a venerable French shoe company. It was shot in a boudoir setting that required extensive set building. Bettertex along with a set designer was able to produce draperies, upholstery, pillows and bed coverings with the utmost professionalism, quality and craftsmanship in a timely manner! They are a rare gem to be found in this day and age!
