Marissa Ward: I recently found a new brand of puzzles that I have fallen in love with, so I've been trying to find as much as them as possible. I found 6 that I wanted on this site, so I went to purchase them, and the website forced me to choose, expedited 2 day shipping for 40 more dollars. But, the shipping took 4 days, which seems like a big deal when I was forced to choose the expensive shipping. Then when they arrived I noticed they sent me one of the wrong puzzles, which wouldnt be that big of a deal except, I already own that on. Fortunately my mother would probably enjoy that puzzle so I'll just give it to her. And lastly all my puzzles boxes were beat up, torn, and dented.

They also professionally mount finished puzzles which I can’t wait to have them do once mine is finished! Excited to return!

Lilou Lilou: It's a children's paradise! Store on several floors with a huge selection of plush toys. It is even possible to create your plush. On each floor a demonstration of toys with really friendly staff.
Blackbeard: Cool place to see, very hands on with staff showing what the toys can do. Playing the big piano was very nostalgic.

Thomas Daly: An awesome Lego lover experience! Tons of Lego exhibits, and retail. You can make a personalized figure too! I must visit for families. Side note, there are no public restrooms in-store, but that is most of NYC businesses.
Anton: Great store, but I had to return some items I got online because it was easier to ship them and take them with me on the plane, but the person who helped me do the returns was not too nice and gave me attitude for returning two big items. Didn't even say welcome or show any kindness.

Joey FLORIDA: Awesome store!! Two stories. They control capacity at the door for a nicer experience and fire code. More assembled LEGO models than the store in Orlando, like a taxi cab that you can get into, Ghostbusters building with Slimer, etc. Some unique NYC only kits. The 'design your own minifig' experience doesn't require an appointment like the one in Orlando. Some clothes for sale. Definitely worth a visit for any LEGO fan.

T_m my: Well stocked, and plenty of variety, although does not have all models. Easy to find products, well staffed and friendly service. Queues not too long, however the build / make your own lego people was overcrowded for a very long time.

A G: . This is because BBB normally charges a higher regular price anyway so their 10-20% off is normal price at Target, Carters, etc. Don't waste your time visiting.

The employee was so helpful since this item was so heavy.The store close by me had a helpful employee who told me where to go. I’m so glad the inventory was correct.I regret not getting names. From the floor, cashier, and the security guard…. I am extremely appreciative to the nice people here and I wish them best of luck wherever they go…
