Stacey Arvidson: Two years ago I was looking for a womens armored hoodie and I stumbled on Heroics web page. I loved the fact that the hoodies were specifically designed for women and not just a shrunken down mens size. The attention to detail is fantastic. The hoodie has made it through two full riding seasons and still looks brand new. I went to Laconia bike week last summer and stopped at the Heroic booth. I wound up buying a pair of the shorty gloves. The next day I rode through heat, pouring rain, mud, and freezing cold. I was soWorried that the rain would destroy the gloves but they held up great! The attention to detail in everything I’ve bought is absolutely incredible. I’m hoping they are in Daytona in March because I want to buy boots from them.Their products are reasonably priced and the quality and attention to detail are second to none.
Robert Merida: Bar none the best quality products are a decent price. The only company I know that anyone can speak with the owner directly with no gate keepers. Custom-made merchandise and the list would keep on going.
Plan Kalkul: I have been looking for good gear small enough to fit my 8 year old daughter for some time. At the IMS Show in Nashville last fall, the folks at Heroic were willing to dig through their boxes for the smallest possible hoodie they could find. It fits my daughter well, and I feel secure that she is safe. The owners of Heroic are great people, and the gear is of excellent quality. I also bought the ST-R shorty gloves for myself, and love them. Unlike many of the leather gloves I own, they are supple and easy to get on and off. They breathe well in the summer, and feel super protective.
Ryan Ramirez: Always great quality work and fast to respond! I've had both track suit and gloves patched up after a crash. Todd fixed all the seams/patches that were damaged and sent my gear back quickly and looking like new.

Jim McConville: i've been wearing heroic suits and gloves since 2013. i'm currently on my 3rd pair of racing gloves, 3rd suit, and 1 pair of shorty gloves for the street. The gloves are the best i've used, and i've raced on Held and Spidi gloves. just one hot session on a new pair of Heroic's and they're good to go. no other break-in needed, unlike many other brands out there.as far as the suit, i havent needed to do any break-in process. i've never had that awkward stiff suit walk around the paddock like everyone has seen before. these suits simply fit and are good to go. i've also had many unfortunate situations where i've crash tested these suits and they hold up very well.

The two wheeled introvert: My Heroic SP-R Gloves arrived today, and while I haven't had a chance to ride in them, I did want to comment on their fit. One of the differences between Heroic and many other brands, is the number of different sizes they offer their gloves in. Using the measurement technique they outline on their website, I was able to order a pair that fits beautifully. Thank you team.

Samuel Mercadante: I had a really great experience at the heroic racing shop. I got fitted for a two piece suit. Todd has an eye for design and had awesome ideas for the color combos. He also fitted me for a pair of custom gloves. A pair that I would have been happy to take home as is, he insisted that he adjust them which I thought was cool because he wanted them to be perfect. You want a perfectionist when it comes to someone making your motorcycle track gear. If you are in the market for a suit or jacket definitely go check heroic racing apparel out. anthony simone: I mistakenly bought two hoody’s that were NYC Harley Davison hoodies…. They were crazy money and are not even the quality of the normal HD clothing….. matter of fact for 140$ each one would think you could fit your hand in the pocket however the hoody is literally made in a nicaraguan sweat shop so one side of the pocket is too small to get my hand in it. Zero quality and what they charge for a hoody that’s worse quality than you would buy at Kohls is criminal…. Total garbage and they are about to get them both back tomorrow. I’d rather give my money to a homeless person than make this mistake again. Live and learned for 272$

Alex Rivera: They did my clutch for a Harley Davidson 2011 883. And it lasted 1 month. I had another mechanic look at the clutch and come to find out the clutch basket and cover are damaged to a point the plates got all damaged due to the mechanic not changing the basket and top. Now I have to pay another mechanic to do the job right. This store for Motorcycle is the worst. They have attitude issues and they also tale to long to do some repairs. All in all is the worst store in the MC world..

Erick Villanueva: I went here for a routine inspection for my motorcycle on Tuesday 4/25/23 @ 1000h. There were two individuals working to put together a motorcycle in the shop when I walked up. I politely told them what I needed and one of them yelled to someone in the back for an inspection to which another individual yelled back “10 minutes”. I waited patiently and 10 minutes turned to 20 minutes, and then 30 minutes. No one came out of the shop and the individuals working on the motorcycle gave no further acknowledgement of me. During the whole time I was there they didn’t even turn towards me to where I could even see their faces. This place has terrible customer service, were rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. A very big waste of time.

I called all the Kawasaki dealers in New York and NY Motorcycle was the only one that got right down to what needed to be done when I had an issue with my Kawasaki Jetski. We set-up everything ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. When I got there at least 3 employees were working on it. It took quite some assembly but I was in/out in 1-2 hours. If you're buying Kawasaki, get a warranty.

Tony T: I picked up a vintage BMW from Joe V at Gotham Motorcycles. He and Mark made the entire transaction hassle free. Joe is a real rider and went out on his bike with me while I test rode the Beemer. Had a great chat with them about the history of the business. Alessandro Sorci: I did buy victory cross country tour 2014, i understand was consignment bike, but I did find so many issue on my bike, already I did spend almost 2000 dollars, and I Need more repair, my mechanic find, on this bike car tire was mount on the rear, I have at lot misfired, engine oil was so dirty, I am so so disappointed about this dealership, I did spend 13,000 cash, but I repented till less penny I spend on the dealership, I am so honest person, I did tell joe, is general manager about dealership , I am new rider, I do not have any experience , but I think he’s go advantage on me, and is not fair, consignment bike they don’t care and lie to the people who want buy, I don’t advice this dealership 100%, they stole my sacrifice money and I need do spend more money for repay my bike….
