The Commons: what do users think?

Kristin Olsen: I was a Commons member for years with a private office. Had a wonderful experience with both the facility and staff. I loved my office and it quite literally kept me sane in a remote post-covid workplace environment! Highly recommend it to anyone on the UES.

Michael: Better than Wework

Amos Guetta: We loved every moment at the Commons, Hedy and Savannah are the jewel of the crown!! We'll be back!

Anil Ori: Really just a great co-working spot that is spacious and modern, and in a good location with the metro right outside. It also has multiple floors, great tea and coffee, lots of natural light, and wonderful staff. Can recommend!

Anthony Teng: The Commons is an excellent coworking space with very helpful staff and great facilities. I found myself much more productive working in the office environment.

Sloane Faye: Great staff! I loved the wonderful activities I got to participate in as well as the gorgeous work spaces. I highly recommend The Commons.

Sawyer Bernath: Best coworking space I've been to. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Naga Venu Gopal Kasibhotla: Cookie + Coffee + Co-work + comfy + Cool staff..#coming again and again

Aditya Mankame: Slpender space, good food, amazing coffee... Will visit again...😉

Emely Wu: Their free wifi don't work and they also don't offer alternative options. It's a place for people to work but they can't even get the wifi right. Very disappointing and a waste of time coming here.

Elias T: are attentive, kind, friendly, and excellent baristas. No reason for this not to be a top choice for coffee, a spot to unwind, and get work done.

Workville: what do users think?

Christian Snyder: Workville is a great spot for a collaborative work environment for anyone from remote workers to established businesses. DJ is a great owner and brings great energy for the space. He has built a great culture and environment!

Toby Jacob: The best coworking space, great team I highly recommend

P K: There are quite a few co-working places that don't allow you to work due to one issue or another. This isn't the case with Workville. Conveniently located on Broadway and 39 st., it offers location, quiet, great internet, and a very chill atmosphere. As someone who needs a flexible environment that covers the needs of a business, it would without a doubt be Workville.

Stephen Tackett: We were in New York for 3 days for a movie premiere. Chaos is the norm for these events, however, the space at Workville gave us a home base to really focus on our day to day tasks. It feels spacious, modern, clean, great wi fi, fresh coffee and just overall run really well. They have plenty of options if you want to work in the open, on a couch, outside or in an office. It is a big place. Several nice conference rooms. And the whole place is all glass so you feel very open. They were super accommodating with finding us the perfect size office. We gave this a 5 because it is a true 5. We have been in tons of shared/community office spaces so we know a gem when we see one.

Melisa Paredes: , great tea, you really could find the best mood for you to work.

Rachel Louissaint: I really enjoyed my experience working out of Workville. DJ was very friendly and accommodating. I found the space to be clean, organized, full of amenities and best of all easy to get to!. I will surely be coming back again.

Mario Rossani: Amazing place amazing people

Tommy Budryk: Workville is a 5-stars work place! DJ and his team created a perfect space to work and meet with clients.

Anastasia Chapman: Workville is 5-stars all around! Their spaces are clean, beautiful, comfortable, centrally located, and all of our teammates love our coworking days at Workville. It's been a game changer for our company to work from here.Let's also mention that their team is exceptional! They go above and beyond to ensure we have the best experience every time we book with them, and I'm excited to continue working with their team and out of their spaces for years to come. Can't recommend highly enough.

Melissa Molina: Great to get work done in a beautiful setting!

Michael Hilliard: Lovely people, and a great place to pop in to work.

Becca Berends: This coworking space is incredible. I was able to have a private space to work and felt productive and inspired all day. I ran into several people in the kitchen and everyone was warm and kind. DJ was very welcoming. I am looking forward to returning when I’m back in Manhattan for business.

Oscar Salazar: Being part of Workville has been a blessing. Their spaces are amazing, super clean, beautiful outdoor spaces with view of midtown, and everyone is very respectful and friendly. You can always make yourself a coffee. They host events and create an amazing environment overall for any working professionals. CEO, DJ, personalizes your needs for office space short or long term. Highly recommended, also the location is perfect in Manhattan.

Ray Hurst: It was honestly a great experience with everything you could ask for.

Amanda Cochran: So grateful to have found the best co-working space in New York City. The staff at Workville went out of their way to provide us needed space and accommodate us. They provide top-notch customer service and are pleasant to work with. I am a repeat customer and Workville is the only space I use. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Jon Ebner: The best co-working space I have worked at in years! DJ is the man! Workville is what Wework used to be - if you are looking for a co-working space I highly recommend Workville!

Jamey Poole: Stellar place to hang out and work..easy going environment with friendly staff..seems to be expanding which is a good thing!

Address: 248 Mercer St, New York, NY 10012, United States

Schedule: Opens at 7:00

Business type: Coffee shop

Think Coffee: what do users think?

David H. Mason: So you're traveling and need wifi. You go to what looks like a good coffee shop that promises wifi. You buy your $8 coffee, connect to wifi, and find out it's unusably flaky. The staff say, yeah, it's flaky. Please either deliver on your promise, or stop advertising wifi. Thanks.

Reya Jerrya Harris: They close at 7pm, but shut down their espresso machine and anything to make actual coffee with at 6:45pm…..So your name is Think Coffee, but you stop taking coffee orders 15 minutes before your close…Just close at 6:45pm.

Ryan Madden: Terrible. They were open but claimed that they closed their bar so they couldn’t make anything except pre-prepared stuff. Their claimed reason was that they close the bar ten minutes before closing but I came in twenty minutes prior to close and all the three employees were just standing around, not doing a thing. So they weren’t busy. Go to La Colombe a few blocks away where the employees care.

Omer Ilgezdi: Good coffee, disgusting restroom, and disgusting tables.

Devin Lightner: Good vibe, but can get crowded because it's near NYU.In summary, Think Coffee on Mercer Street in NY is a great cafe with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Their coffee is delicious and their food options are appealing. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend trying it out!

Nemat Safarov: Maybe it was too early in the morning but my coffee was terrible. They have no idea what flat white is

Darendra Nareshwara: Very limited power outlets available though the coffee tasted very strong! Wifi was also dependable.

Yaakov Bressler: Cozy cafe. Open late. Good breakfast fare too.

Kaia Morgan: Burnt coffee - old pastries

Park Slope Desk: what do users think?

Emma Stern: Wonderful space to do work! Cosmo runs such a great space. Is very clean and quiet. Provided me with an accommodation so I could pump.

Miriam Toaff: Park Slope Desk was honestly a savior for me when I was studying for my boards. Cosmo is super kind and helpful and the space is just perfectly functional for getting stuff done! I am super grateful for such a wonderful neighborhood spot!

chris eshleman: Highly recommended. This place is a godsend in the age of remote work.

Shahnoza Dusmatova: Park Slope Desk is a terrific and productive area to work, better than at home or in a library. The environment is always clean, peaceful, and well-organized. Cosmo and the other members are respectful and keep the atmosphere focused and engaged at work.If you're searching for a quiet area to concentrate and avoid interruptions, this is the place to be in Park Slope! The prices were reasonable, and I could work at any time that was suitable for me. The office stays open late and is open every day of the week. The area was bright and sunny, with enough of space and a variety of work station and chair configurations to meet a variety of demands. I enjoyed the kitchen as well as the free printer. I would recommend it to everyone.

Eliana Steinberg: Such a wonderful space! Felt like a superhero there. I got so much done. It's a comfortable and uplifting space. Check it out if you are having trouble focusing at home.

Rick Martel: Great place if you need to concentrate. The desks are comfortable. Everyone there is respectful and quiet.

Tiffany Black: This is a fantastic place to focus and get stuff done. Love the exposed brick - the whole place has character. Cosmo is really helpful with getting situated. Would definitely recommend!

May Elaswany: I was preparing for my CFA exam and spent weeks trying to look for a good study place. Ever since I found park slope desk, I couldn't stop going whenever I was trying to get things done wether study or work.It is set up nicely, where you could be really efficient and focus with no distractions. There is a new room now with more desks with more sunlight which is amazing. Everything I need is there: printer, small notes, desk lamp, monitors etc. A kitchen with hot/cold water, different kinds of coffee and tea. even a fridge where I could keep my sandwiches/prepped meals! I rented a locker to keep my books and an extra charger.I would go every day after work not carrying anything but my laptop. It is very quiet and all members strictly respect the rules. No food or drink or calls at their desk. Everyone is there to focus which is great.I think the membership is great value to services offered and the hours are pretty amazing too.The day before my exam, my charger stopped working and I started panicking. I emailed Cosmo, the owner, and he comes back with two cables in less than 15 minutes. I will always be very grateful for this kind gesture.

Nazim Ahmed: Great place! Highly recommend! All you can drink tea and coffee!

Jennifer Williams: Park Slope Desk is the work space I’ve been searching for. As a writer with a day job I needed a space that I could use after-hours and on weekends, and was quiet. Other shared work spaces I looked at were not specifically quiet-only spaces. They usually had music and/or the hum of conversations in the background. That was not going to work for me. Quiet is what I needed and that’s what you get at Park Slope Desk plus a whole lot more. The owner Cosmo Lee, has created a lovely looking space geared toward people who want to get work done. Whether you like working in a cubicle, out on an open desk, near a window or in a corner – Park Slope Desk offers that variety. And all the chairs, which tilt, swivel and roll, are comfortable. So be ready to sit your butt down for hours of work! Keyboards and laptop stands are also available if you need more ergonomic options. These extras illustrate Lee’s attention to what a serious worker needs! Plus he’s friendly, helpful and very accommodating when he can be to special requests.Overall, Park Slope Desk fills a special and much needed niche in the land of local co-working/ shared work spaces.

Marysa Capofari: Excellent place to get stuff done! I am studying for the NY Bar Exam while working full time and I knew before I even began to study that it was hard for me to get stuff done at home. I began looking into coworking spaces but the costs were far too prohibitive, especially if I only needed entry at night and on weekends.I came across Park Slope Desk in December and am happy to say that I've been a member here ever since. The space is exceptionally suited for hard, focused work. The coworkers here are respectful and quiet. The space is lofty, sun-filled, and open from 7AM-1AM. I currently rent a larger sized desk and there's usually a space with an external monitor that I can use. They have external keyboards and mice I can borrow too so I can feel like I am working at a desktop.By far the best part about this spot is the Chief Coworker Cosmo, who is more than accommodating to weird scheduling requests and will help you use the fancy coffee maker, if need be. I am going to be really sad when I don't have a reason to come here anymore, but I want to spread the Park Slope Desk love to those in need of an awesome coworking space.

Amelia Kahaney: Park Slope Desk has been a lifesaver for me. I wrote nearly 100 pages in my first month of membership here and was able to meet a deadline for the first draft of a novel. I'm not sure what I love most about the place--the quiet hum of productivity that lasts until 1am, the excellent location, the free espresso and printer, or the adjustable chairs that have eradicated my back pain--but I know it has all added up to create an invaluable resource for me as a writer.

Pur Univ: PSD offers an environment for seriously getting things done. The space is quiet and I have been ultra-productive there. Working there gets me away from conscious and unconscious distractions at home. Cafes are too busy for getting real work done - you think you're working, but after hours there it turns out you're not getting much accomplished - it's costing you in time. I didn't truly appreciate this until I became a member, but it makes a huge difference in productivity.

Dana Guerriero: It's even a nice sanctuary to escape to from one's own living room, as working from home can often lead to feeling stir crazy and distracted by an array of factors. Sometimes a change of environment can really help in increasing productivity.I highly recommend this awesome and serene little haven and would encourage anyone looking for a study-spot or a co-working space to definitely check it out!

laura mazel: Very comfortable co-working space. Easy to concentrate and get a lot of work done! A gem for freelancers in the heart of Park Slope.

Rahti Gorfien: Awesome space. My new home away from home! Great amenities like printer, copier, fax...even a laminator! Not to mention the coffee maker being a superb experience. So glad there's something in the South Slope now.

Paul Krieg: I am an older student that could not get anything done at home. I am so glad that I found Park Slope Desk! The space is nice and very quiet. Everything is here to help you be productive. Cosmo the owner, has thought of everything. There are "ear muffs" to reduce distractions, free nice strong coffee, even a meeting room. The location is great too, with many places to grab a bite to eat or unwind. the B67 and B69 are just around the corner and the F is two short blocks away. So stop pulling your hair out at home or at coffee shop and start getting things done. Paul Krieg,

The Farm SoHo NYC - Coworking Office Space: what do users think?

Rhea Galsim: Clean and well organized coworking spot right in the heart of soho and in walking distance to LES and Chinatown. Wifi is great and a good amount of phone booths. A little small for me but that may work for others interested in a cozy spot.

Michelle Nezolosky: Love the FarmSoho! Affordable, clean space for you to conduct an efficient work session.

Konnie Xu: Such a great space for working. The sunlight in the front of the space, location and staff are wonderful!

Sarah Weaver: Excellent coworking space! Great vibe, reliable entry, and convenient location.

Rachel Udeh-Jackson: Nice conference rooms. Phone booths are a bit small. Great view from the upstairs sitting space overlooking Broadway. I loved my commute from Brooklyn either via subway or by cab, and it’s conveniently located by the Canal St station and by the Poke Bowl spot. It’s also located by a great Asian grocery store right next door for after work food shopping. I only gave it four stars because it was often times difficult to print things with help from the staff.

Celeste E Barrientos: The Farm Soho has been a positive addition to my work week as I greatly enjoy the environment, amenities, and location of this spot. I started going a few weeks back and cannot speak enough about how welcoming the Farm staff is and inviting the community spaces are - there are plenty of seats, the ability to bring lunch and store it in a community fridge, wifi, plenty of outlets, and a charming vibe above all. The coffee and tea selection they have for the community is also quite nice, and I must say it has brought a lot of positivity and a nice change to the WFH - I could not recommend this place more for anyone on the grind and wanting to do so from such a fabulous spot overlooking one of the loveliest streets in NYC! 11/10 to the Farm and it's organization!

Sahil Sen: Excellent Vibe at night, great coworking space with amazing facilities

Raven: I love this place! A calm environment in a great location. It's price was also by far the best I could find, making it an easy decision for me. It's been great for working on my projects and it really helps my productivity. The free coffee is also nice.

Francesco Battista: Awesome place to work. Nice people, I was able to stay super focused all day!

Isabel Biricik: Great space! Really loved the decorations. Really feels like your out of the city and you can clear your head and think. What I love about it also is there are two entrances one from Broadway if you want to be in the mix of people and one on Mercer to avoid the crowds. Most of all love the vibe of people that are at my table it makes for a very creative conducive space. The only problem I have is I hate the cold of winter so I head to California to my other co working space. Wish there were in Cali too...

Lunaa: I had a mixed experience at The Farm SoHo NYC - Coworking Office Space. The space was quite big, but the decor felt outdated. There was a small area next to the window with two tables, but it was quite noisy, possibly due to building-related sounds. On a positive note, the front lounge area was nice and had a speaker for connecting devices. In terms of functionality and affordability, it served its purpose as a coworking space. However, I hope to see more innovation and modernization in the future to enhance the overall experience.

Mahir Eusufzai: Great space with plenty of desks, 24 hr access, several phone booths, lockers, and a fridge. Also great location in the heart of Soho

Jonathan Espiritu: Ok place to cowork. The main coworking area doesn’t really have any windows. They go for a “rustic” look but it just feels outdated

Monica La Borde: Great spot as it wasn't too busy and everyone was extremely friendly.

Rylee Glassman: Great place to work! Quiet and clean with free coffee!

Michelle Singh: Loved this coworking space! Simple to use and great ammenities.

Pierce Hunter: I bought a day pass and was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked the place. Check in was seamless and I really liked that I could stay there through the night to do work. At 3 am, I noticed that I was the only one there but felt completely safe as there are cameras covering the entire area and the fact you can’t get in without the app. The unlimited coffee/tea was also great bc it wasn’t just a pot of coffee but a fully working expresso machine. I just wish they had a nap area just like some of the other coworking spaces.

Stephen K: Really solid coworking space. Tons of seating in the open table area; half is reserved for "dedicated desk members", the other half for "communal desk members". There's a couple dedicated meeting rooms, a handful of "phone booths", and a nice little foyer section with lots of windows. The kitchenette is a bit "no frills" but has the essentials, coffee maker, water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, all available for communal use. There's quite a lot of bathroom facilities too. The best part, in my opinion, is the availability of rental lockers. So you can lock up your laptop and leave it here and come back later. This feature alone makes the place a huge bargain, since we all know how hard it is to find a rental locker in the city. The WiFi is also really strong despite the number of users, and membership gives you 24/7 access. The location is also fantastic. It's right near Chinatown near Canal Street, so it's close to the subway and there's plenty of food options in the vicinity. There's a Starbucks across the street, and a Duane Reade on the same block. If you're commuting from NJ, it's an easy walk from the World Trade Center PATH station. There's not a lot of downsides here, and most of the ones I would point out are all minor. The floor is really squeaky when you're walking back and forth, which can become quite considerable given the number of people attending during the day. So bring quality headphones. The heat is always turned up a little higher than one might like, usually it's pegged at 74F. So dress accordingly despite what the weather outside feels like. And it's good to note that access to the building and the facility are via an app you must install on your phone, so don't forget your phone in the facility when you step out for lunch and make sure you have service.Overall, I've been pretty satisfied with this place. If you're a remote worker and want a place to go during the day, give this location a shot.

Maya Levy: I’m in New York for the next week so I bought the week pass. It’s very easy to access you just have to download an app and it’s open 24h so that is great specially when you have to work at weird hours ! The place is huge and it’s very functional, I appreciate a lot the photobooth to make some calls.

Stumptown Coffee Roasters: what do users think?

Selena Patterson: Great coffee, lovely ambiance.

Murphy: Truly mystified at the price gouging here. Stumptown didn’t use to nickel and dime their customers so much?? The over priced $1.50 for vanilla syrup I can look past but the $0.25 for ice?? Making a small iced vanilla latte $7.50?? Just such a joke. No regard for customers, honestly.

mjlee921: 라떼가 진햐면서 풍미가 엄청 좋아요. 텀블러 그래픽이 재밌어서 두 개나 삼.

Jessy tara: Recommended dishes Stumptown Coffee Roasters

Priscella Payne: Love the iced lavender matcha! Friendly and quick service
