Emre Mordeniz: SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST!They do not deserve even one single star.I had a mice infestation for the first time in my life in my studio in Manhattan so I immediately called this nearby company and paid 320 dollars without hesitation to have peace of mind.Their inspection was not thorough enough and the traps and baits they left were completely ineffective. They basically cover to close several random spots with a 10 dollars worth wire without any professional knowledge or skill. I kept having the mice issue for weeks and in the end I had to figure out everything myself, searching entry points and closing them DIY, buying new traps, chasing mice. When I contacted them again to complain about the issue, the only recommendation they gave was to insert a door sweep which was like a joke and completely irrelevant in the solution of the issue.I had to go through all the struggle of dealing with this issue by myself anyways without any smallest benefit from this company's service except being ripped off 320 dollars.My suggestion to everyone suffering from mice infestation is that just buy wool wires, quality traps and peanut butter for less than quarter of their service instead of losing money, energy, and composure or look for some real professionals out there instead of these scammers.

Kimberly George: Honestly, their customer service and work was incredible!! I couldn't believe how fast, attentively, and persistently they responded to my rodent infestation (and right before the holidays). They also got to the root of the issue—that my floor and wall in my kitchen (hidden behind the cabinets) are totally deteriorating and I needed a contractor ASAP. They gave me a referral to a trusted contractor, who came for 10 hours on Christmas Eve the next day and did his best to create a temporary barrier (the most patient person I ever met!), but also showed me that the damage was huge to my walls/floors of the apartment I had just moved into, just as Benny had indicated. (The contractor said it was unlivable without further action to rebuild the wall and floors). Benny, Leah, and the team at Positive Pest Control of NYC—and their referral networks—got to the root of a big and serious issue fast, and while my dream NYC apartment has turned into a NYC nightmare, their kindness, care, and truly going out of their way to help me in a crisis (right before Christmas!!) simply meant the world to me. jeffrey nunez: So I contacted this company back in September because I was having a really bad roach problem in my house. I wrote a lengthy email about how bad it has gotten over the years compared to when I first moved in. I couldn't even wash the dishes, take a shower or even relax in my own dang room without seeing a roach. So I called this company with my expectations lowered just in case. Positive Pest Control came to my house right on time, inspected every inch of my house and explained to me exactly what they were going to do and how it was going to work. They even recommended I weather strip my door to prevent the roaches from returning, they weren't trying to upsell me on anything because they don't sell or install those things, just a genuine recommendation to keep the roaches or any pest away from my home. Anyways, it's November now and I have not seen a single roach. I don't see them ANYWHERE, the guy who came to exterminate my house said I was going to war with the roaches and boy he was right... and we won. I promised the owner I would write a good review on Google if they made my wish come true.. and here I am. From now on this will be my go-to company for any pest control I need in the future and I will be recommending it to anyone who suffered like me. Also I hope those two guys who came to my house are getting paid handsomely, better not lose them. Thank you so much.

Between Leah, the General Manager, and my technician, Tito, I feel such relief. Leah was so patient in explaining the process and setting expectations. Jermell, came within an hour of me calling and walked me through where all the problems were. He was patient and educated me on what to do. I called this company and spoke with Frank he came by the same day and removed the birds, cleaned out the vents, and installed a metal mesh outside the vent opening. brian padrino: One of the exterminators that does my apt 2 weeks ago, rang my bell and went to the next apt, told me he will be back. I prepped my apt for him and he never came back. I called the company and they said he already left the area. Company would not discipline him and I the customer, am at a loss. I called the company 1 hour later and they said he left the area and will not return. This is a contracted service and if your employees DON"T want to do the job; someone else does. the owner responded to my remarks and told me to call but you need to be the undercover boss and check your people. Now I have to wait another month. I would not recommend them for efficiency. and i stand behind my remarks!
