Aggie Wang: Pros:Location: unbeatable. Only 3 minutes walk to/from Grand Central which could lead you to almost everywhere. Even it’s so centrally located, it’s quiet.Room: rooms are clean. Modern design with USB plugs. There is a corner table and sofa to eat on or rest.Service: self check in and check out with three machines. It’s efficient. On each floor there is a water station where there are plenty of water bottles and a water machine. It’s easy to serve yourself to get water.Cons:Room size: the room is small with limited space between the bed and the TV and the window. I stayed at a lower floor. The outside of the window looks like just walls. Feel like staying in a small black box.Bed: the bed is too soft for me. And now it’s summer time, they still use down comforter which made me sweat a lot even with air conditioning. Will i stay here again next time when visiting NYC? Perhaps. Depending on the price it offers.
George Viron: Nice hotel located in Mid-town. More reasonably priced than others downtown or upper East-side. Close to most everything. Rooms are clean but keep in mind this is more or a "boutique" type hotel with no large public areas, lounges or things to do within the hotel. There is a terrace on the upper floor but no bar or restaurant so you need to provide your own food and beverages. Also, no actual parking within the hotel, instead they work with a parking lot a few streets away so keep that in mind if you plan on using your car throughout the day as it is not unlimited entrance/exit either.

Kaylee Jerome: We loved our stay here! The only issue was that the Air conditioning wasn’t working. I didn’t want to complain to staff since we did hear another guest speaking with someone regarding this. I did hear they were working on it. It was not fixed during our stay, but we made the best of it and enjoyed everything else this hotel has to offer! The staff was great! We will be back!

SaltyFryMageTv: Great place to stay at, willing to hold your baggage before and after your stay; clean rooms and very friendly staff!!
Carol Hominac: My stay at Club Quarters was very good! My room was very clean and comfortable. The space is not large but it’s very well appointed. The shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. Justin even called my room after check in to make sure everything in my room was good. I would definitely stay here again.
adrianna ortiz: Rooms are small but not uncomfortable, we really didn't spend too much time in the room. Service at the hotel is great, everyone I talked to was kind and helpful during our whole time there.Nearby activities: GMA / Today show/ Broadway shows / summit of Vanderbilt/ time square.Safety: Felt pretty safe, never had any issues being there
Alice H: I had to book a hotel last minute due to a hiccup in plans and quickly booked this one since reviews were decent. But omg this hotel is in need of a lot of upgrading!! Thankfully I only needed a place for a short stay but I couldn’t wait to get out. Bathrooms are comically small. Online photos are not reflective of the actual hotel - beware!! This place is in vast need of maintenance. You can also hear everything that’s going on.l with the paper thin walls. There are also no porters to help with luggage. The plus side was that the front desk and other staff were very helpful, friendly and kind.
Jessica: , these rooms are cramped and dark. I am a petite woman and could hardly shower here as it was so small, not to mention the water did not stay within the shower and soaked the entire bathroom. I ended up spending 2 of my 3 nights there at a friend's place so I guess it was at least good for storing my luggage and freshening up. Again, the staff was great and I appreciate their assistance throughout my stay.
Adrian Rojas: Stayed here for 5 nights in June and it was the best decision I've ever made. For the price and the location of the hotel, you're really not going to find anything like it! A quick walk to Time Square, Bryant Park and a 24/7 Walgreens around the corner. The rooms are cozy and a bit cramped for some, but you'll more than likely be spending most of your days exploring the city and the other Burroughs, so really not a bad deal. Tia checked us in and she was the best, most lively employee I encountered on the premises. 10/10 would SERIOUSLY recommend!
Nu Tran: Booked here last minute for a midnight check in after a delayed flight and it was everything we could have hoped for. We were exhausted and glad you could self check in and it was a smooth and simple process. Do be careful as there are multiple Club Quarters hotels so don’t end up at the wrong one like we did as they’re all along the same street so it’s easy to get confused. The bed was the comfiest we’ve had in a long time and the bathroom amenities were good quality and the room was clean. The front desk staff were friendly when we interacted with them in the morning and overall for NYC prices this was quite reasonable. The location was easily accessible to all the main sites. Would stay here again.
Emily: . However, that isn't their fault which is why I didn't take points off. Just DON'T USE THE PARKING GARAGE!
Brette Grice: UPDATE! Happy hour should be until 7PM, why did it change?!?! William is awesome!I come here often, please KEEP HH until 7pm!!!The hotel is designed for business travel so there are water bottles and filtered water on each floor, Wi-Fi for all guests, and this location has a small bar that I ❤️❤️❤️. The bartender William is down to earth, chill, friendly, and his drinks are perfect!
Sean Oates: This a nice hotel with fairly nice rooms and the proximity to Times Square and many other tourist destinations in the area ..
Heather Yaple: The rooms are small- to be expected in NYC, but my room was also dark. One small corner window. The toilet was the kind you flush with your foot. Two narrow elevators- i ended up taking the stairs the whole time to the 9th floor. The hotel layout is also odd. It reminds me of an old apartment building. I had to enter the stairwell to get to my room.If you want a gym, do not stay here. The “gym” is in the basement and consists of a Peloton and a treadmill. And weights.Coffee machine was the best feature. And location.

Yenitze Molina: A Gem in New York - Excellent Location, Exceptional Customer Service, and Comfortable, Clean Rooms!I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Jewel Hotel during my visit to New York, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's prime location was absolutely fantastic, allowing easy access to popular attractions and convenient transportation options. One aspect that truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the staff members were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were always available to assist with any inquiries, provide recommendations, and make me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room was inviting and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city.I would highly recommend The Jewel Hotel to anyone visiting New York. With its unbeatable location, excellent customer service, and clean, comfortable rooms, it truly exceeded my expectations. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to staying at The Jewel Hotel again on my future visits to the city.Nearby activities: Prime Location - Steps from 5th Avenue, Saint Patrick's Church, and Time Square!
Michel Helal: One of the best hotels, cost-benefit that I stayed in Manhattan. Comfortable bed and room. I love how the staff is so helpful. Location is perfect. Near Central Park, Times Square and Rockefeller. Certain that I will stay and recommend this place to all my friends.Rooms: Very comfortable. Lighted and at the same time Dark for a really nice night of sleep. Very comfortable beds.Nearby activities: Shopping in 5th ave and Madison. Rockefeller rink. Central Park.Walkability: Near Times Square, Rockefeller and Central Park.
C Shaw: Really great stay with a good price and great location. Although we were just a few floors off the street, noise wasn’t an issue at all. Fantastic location - just a short walk to nearby sights and the metro, and felt safe walking around even later at night. Also great service. We had family send us a package to the hotel prior to when we came and the staff held it onto it for us. They had staff all the time at the entrance so it felt very safe. Cleaning was also done regularly and well. Hotel is a bit older and not fancy but it’s clean and comfortable, and well priced.
Gemma Bryant: The Jewel is in the best location. The rooms were great. It's small but beautiful. However the one thing I will say and that I found humourous is that our King bed was actually two twin mattresses pushed together. Also, the one lady in the lobby that checked us out was very friendly and informed us that they were able to hold our luggage even though we checked out which helped a lot since there was more we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.
Divyanshu Sharma: Best location at affordable price, rooms are little small but it’s well designed.
