abc carpet & home: what do users think?

Michelle Cohen: Snooty customer service and unhelpful sales people. I bought a sectional from abc and the fabric got damaged. So I called to see if they can provide help on procuring fabric so I can repair. They didn't even bother looking into it. For the kind of money I spent I would have expected more friendly and helpful service. They act like they can't be bothered with. Overpriced and not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Mona P.: Well, I will say for all of you who have money to shop for some unusual and well made things for your home, and also for jewelry, go to ABC! I hadn't been back in years, and they no longer have an upstairs but they do have a downstairs, but I was going to lunch and didn't get the opportunity to look. It's a special place to get some of the best quality lamps, bedding, glasses, etc.Anyone looking for a unique gift should be able to find it here! I went around 'oohing and ahhing'! Lovely.

Jordan Bates: Excellent service, great staff and reasonable price!

Karen R: Love this store and their selection. If you go, ask for Diego! He is super knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with! Came for one items and left with a houseful!

HERM PAZ: Shame the store shrank to 1-1/2 floors. Still very entertaining.

Francesco Ascenso: Speravo meglio. Molto moderno e prezzi esagerati

Shawn P: I was very disappointed to find that what once was a wide variety over multiple floors has now been reduced to the main floor and basement which includes both Home and Carpet. Was done in about 10 minutes. Unfortunate.

Billy Orbach: Beautiful. LOVE shopping here!!

Crowned Head: Worst experience ever, register guy was a totally rude

ililili lililii: 카펫 종류가 다양하지만.. 그릇은 뭔가 엉성한 것들 뿐

Jeanne “beanso6” Waxman: Beautiful store! Lots of wonderful dishes, unusual items , I have a large wish list!

G V: Cute store. Great home decor.

Macy's: what do users think?

malika lankoande: A nice selection. However for the size of the store it seems like their shoes selection is less nice than the location next to Jay street or the one in Kings Plaza. They do have more lingerie and make up/perfume than other Macy's.

Dawn Girard: Beautiful store to see, very busy especially during the Holidays.

Wolf Gugler: Very nice flagship store, all seven floors of it. The escalators are in great condition, store is impeccably merchandised with plenty of staff.

Adrián Castillo: Simply the best place to shop at NY

Mimi Peeters: Hier vind je voor elk wat wils

Orlagh D: EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there. Due to the euro exchange, there wasn't any value for money unfortunately however you do get you discount at the till of you have your passport so there's some perks too. Huge store, lovely staff.

lola orrego: I went for shoes and walked out with them, lots of deals on great brands.Do not stop going, look at each design, you will always find super discounts.Recommended!!!!❤️

Robert Wadolowski: Great place to shop, love the old wooden escalators. A lot if options for food here as well and just the best overall experience.

Carlos Guzmán: Excellent place to buy

Marie-Jeanne Dupont: Excellent promotions!

Zeljko Grgincic: All the best !!!!

Crate & Barrel: what do users think?

Nastya Nikolaevna: team at the Soho location ignored my time-sensitive emails and phone calls, and Crate and Barrel's online delivery tracker is a nightmare.I interacted with four salespeople in total at Crate & Barrel Soho. Three of them were very helpful, and I really regret not remembering their names, but I placed my order with the fourth one--Kate G--who just happened to be around when I needed it done right before the store closed for the day. She was eager to seal the deal and did not adequately prepare me on what to expect for the delivery process. She said a COI would be sent to my building manager immediately. She also said the delivery crew would call me an hour ahead of arrival. All in all, she kept reassuring that I had nothing to worry about.I sent Kate and the COI team at Crate & Barrel Soho all the information requested within minutes of her initial email. Four days later my building manager still had not received the COI, and I was stressed out due to my building's rule of requiring a COI days ahead of delivery. By that point I had emailed Kate and the Soho COI team three times without hearing back. I also tried calling Kate's number on her name card, but the extension number led to a different sales associate's inbox.I had to march myself down to the store during my work lunch break to resolve this issue, so beware that you can't count on any timely customer service through phone or email. Kate wasn't even around to help me in store, and she finally responded to my initial email 2 days after the COI was already sent.On the day of my scheduled delivery I was never called an hour ahead of time--another broken promise by Kate. The online tracker showed my order moving closer to my address for half an hour, and suddenly switched to "Order Cancelled". At this point my head was spinning--I had to take time off work just to be home for this--and I received no help but a generic email saying I would need to get in the queue of their corporate customer service hotline to reschedule my delivery. I was almost about to give up for the day and go back to work when I suddenly received a phone call from the delivery crew leader who said they would be arriving in 5 minutes. Highly confused, I asked how that could be the case given the cancellation notice sent to me, and the gentleman on the phone said he received no such thing on his end

שרה רוזנבלום: חנות כלי בית ורהיטים מ ד ה י מ ה! חידושים ופטנטים למטבח מבחר ענק. ממליצה לכל מי שאוהב את המטבח.

Fiona Y: this store is always short of staff, not because there are too many customers, but that most of the sales there are not working but chitchatting around

Parnuwat Sridaranop: I ordered the sectional for my new apartment. When I ordered, they said it would be delivered in early June but ended up delivered on mid June. That's OK for me. When the sectional were delivered, they were wrong item. I spoke to customer service on the phone, and they said they would get back to me in 30 mins to an hour to replace the item. I waited for 2 days, and no one had contacted me back. I went to the store for this issue. They said I needed to purchase a new one in order for them to deliver and take the wrong item back. If not, they will pick up the wrong one and deliver a new one in another 4 days. Why do I have to pay again on they fault. This is the crazy situation I ever had.---below is 1 day after the original posted above ----I contacted Crate & Barrel back after their response post. The customer service on the phone could ship the new one and take back the wrong one on the same day. I just wonder how it is possible? What is their standard policy for thier mistake.BTW, thank you for making up. Love the sectional.

AE: I couldn't be happier with my experience with Crate & Barrel. A large portion of our wedding registry was with Crate & Barrel and we've purchased some furniture as well. The quality of their products has been excellent, and they've been incredibly easy to work with in resolving any issues. I highly recommend the brand and the folks at this store specifically have been great.

Rasa B A: Crate&Barrel delivery dates are deceptive. You get a feeling as if you are dealing with a cheap garage, where they rush to collect the money, but then they keep pushing out the delivery date. I ordered some furniture in mid-May, with the availability date "Expected Early June." On the day of the order, I was charged $1,700 deposit, which is 60% of the total order. In early June, the expected date of my order changed to early July. After a week, I got an apologetic email that a piece of order will come in mid-July. A week later, it was changed yet again to late August. It seems that C&B is generating cashflow in expense of their customers. P.s. C&B removed this review from their website.

Kevin M: Wish it was bigger because there's stuff that is not on display like the website shows, overall great quality but sometimes value does not match the prices, you kinda have to wait until they are on sale to actually buy certain items that you know they are not going to last anyway.

Daniel Rothman: We ordered a couch and ottoman in February expecting delivery in early April. It has just been delayed until July… we sold our couch in anticipation of the new coaches arrival. That same day crate and barrel told us our order was mixed up and it actually won’t come until early june. That was 1 month ago. We are now being told July!!!! I’ll happily do the math for you - that’s a total of 5 months wait if we get it in July. It was supposed to take 2 months.Hi Tyler,I am understanding to the supply shortages, but we were told about that when ordering. Unfortunately covid is not really effecting the world like it was 2years ago. We ordered with an expectation that the couch was going to take over 2 months to come. Now it will take 5 months to receive it. What makes it worse, we were given a delivery date a month ago. after waiting 5 hours for the couch to be delivered we then called to find out that the couch was mis marked and we would not get it until this week... we are now being told july. sorry thats completely unacceptable.

Paige Rothman: DON’T LISTEN TO FALSE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES. Ordered a couch late February with an estimated delivery timeline of late April. Totally fine! But then…couch was set to be delivered and a day before they called to say it actually was not in the warehouse and we needed to reschedule for the following week. Fine again. But a day before that delivery date I receive an email stating that actually the couch has not been made yet. NOT OKAY. New timeline was early June. Without any phone or email communication looks like we are delayed again until July according to my account. Will this couch ever arrive?

Jan Capek (JC): I had a rather frustrating customer experience with this location, which would have made me never shop with C&B again. However, the issue was resolved to my full satisfaction, in an old-school "customer first" mode that is quite atypical these days. Sincere thanks to Joshua, whose professionalism and grace made me regret my initially upfront tone, and Jackie. Best people to deal with customer issues, i.e. customer retention.

Paul Rivera: Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. In every aspect. Excellent.

Annette Terry: It's always a pleasure to explore and meet the amazing team members.

abc carpet & home outlet: what do users think?

T Shells: Wide selection of rugs on first floor. Furniture, mirrors, lights, and various decorative accessories upstairs.Absolutely LOVE Aydan - Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

C D: Saturday salesman was a rude, unhelpful, denigrating, sloth who rolled his eyes at us and gave us no meaningful assistance. We were ready to drop a few grand on some rugs but we so disgusted by his attitude that we left. I complained to the manger for whatever it was worth.

Thomas Curis: My experience with ABC Carpet & Home Outlet was a high quality, professional experience. I worked w/ Aydan Sahin, she was very knowledgeable about every product on the showroom floor! She answered questions informatively, NOT as a pushy sales associate. I thought the pricing and selection were great. I'll also mention that there was a significant positive difference with keen attentiveness and professionalism compared to other furniture store

Scott Laine: I had not been to abc since they moved locations in Brooklyn but I was thrilled to see all the great staff are still there making it happen for design professionals.David Rosario in the carpet/rug section is my guy. He knows everything there is to know and couldn’t be more helpful.Whether it’s a hand knotted rug or a scissile runner abc has it all and the team to find it for you.Oh…and this is an outlet so there are deals to be had.

Ava Alemazkoor: really set a bad taste for me and my boyfriend. We came 45 min this way to peak into stores and wanted to do a quick walk through before they closed to decide whether we should come back the next day for a longer look and to shop. Instead, the manager/worker had the doors closed and said that the store was closed. No – – the store is not closed. It’s 10 minutes before closing. They had the door shut and when we walked in told us to leave. This is extremely unprofessional. Anybody who works in customer service knows that a store that says it’s closed at a certain time is the time that it’s closed. Not 10 minutes before. ABC has lost two paying customers ready to furnish a loft.

Lisa Gorlitsky: and made sure we would have delivery that very same night. Her delivery staff showed up, but despite MANY patient tries the couch simply didn’t fit into our home! Boy did Mousa try! Not only did they try once, they came back with the amazing Aydan and her associate

Miyishia Slay: Came here to look for a couch for my new apartment. First, I was never greeted or approached in the store to ask what I needed during my shopping experience. I had questions for sizes and no one got back to me. On top of that, the prices are exactly the same as in the regular store. Wasn't worth it, don't waste time coming out here

Maddie Deutch: david @ abc brooklyn is THE GREATEST. i can't recommend working with him enough. he helped me buy a couch remotely and was so helpful, texting with me for a whole week to make sure i got exactly what i needed. so happy.

Miriam G: Stuff are beautiful but still pricey. Go to West Elm Outlet across the courtyard for actually good deals.

Kelsy Postlethwait: Aydan made my day!

Mike Agar: Go if your shopping for a rug

Lillian Lopez: Beautiful but VERY EXPENSIVE furniture and rugs.

hema dhalli: Good shop

Arianne W: Fun store worth a visit for discounted Abc furniture, books, etc. Very nice variety and products with helpful sales representative.

Robbie Rempley: Lovely selection
