Los Tacos No.1: what do users think?

Sam P: Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Adobada Tacos or as They Are Called in Mexico Tacos De Trompo Also Tacos Al Pastor

Suzanne Van Dijk: Taco's waren heerlijk. Typisch mexicaanse sfeer. Goed systeem met bestellen, no ticket no taco. Zeker een aanrader. En vergeet taco bell

Chris Siegle: There is tons of hype about Los Tacos No.1, so we made sure to check out their Times Square location. We had the vegetarian options, nopal, and found it lacking - perhaps the food is truly not meant to be meat free... The service was brisk and packing friendliness. The place has only crowded standing room to eat, and we felt hurried and unable to savour the food at all. I wish I could say it lived up to the hype,.I hope the meaty options provide a better food experience.Vegetarian options: While there are vegetarian options, they don't appear to be the strength of Los Tacos.

Mark Watson: Fantastic place for a quick, good, inexpensive meal

Cheeky Sandwiches: what do users think?

Latinmix Acosta: Good Food a great place to go to. I've been here 3 times. Yes It's open.

Emma Pearlstone: Tasty! Comfort food with a New Orleans twist to it

Peter Strnad: Want to give this 4.5Good value. Tasty. Just misses 5 full... need a few more MPH on fastball to get to 5 stars.

Michael S: Excellent value - great sandwiches!

Andrew Salveson: fantastic sandwich

Brianna Payne: Ordered pickup and the door was locked. No one at the counter, but could see someone in the kitchen.

Chanell: Not to be dramatic but this spot changed the game for me. A hidden budget friendly spot in LES . Everything is home made, including the bread and biscuit used for the sandwiches. I left full, uplifted from the convos, and still had money for the train. Amazing people, dope urban vibes. If you have 20 min, stay and eat, no regrets. Will be back for my future lunch breaks!!!

Josh Zignego: The chicken and the half shrimp half oyster sandwiches were both very good.

Tess Lieber: Don’t go to the new location, weird starchy vibe in there, food takes forever and tastes not as good as the old place :(

Laura C: I’ve eaten here twice several months apart and both times the lack of food safety precautions really grossed me out. Not removing gloves between handling food and money, wearing torn gloves to handle raw chicken and then touching other surfaces with them along with cooked food. I really wanted to like this place especially since the staff is all so friendly and hardworking. Please ensure proper food safety especially with an open kitchen in front of customers.

Sarah Velez: Not what I expected. The chicken sandwich isn't all that. I also had the shrimp sandwich, that tasted a little better. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the service was good.

Dana Coleman: I LOVE THIS PLACE! This is your local hole-in-the-wall sandwich joint. There’s no signage and it’s covered in graffiti and looks abandoned. I walked right past it 4 times before I finally found it and it was well worth the hunt. Not to be hyperbolic, but this was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I had the short rib, but the pork sandwich sounded amazing too, so I’ll definitely be back to try that. There was no wait and I was in and out for under $10 - almost unheard of in NYC. I just can’t say enough good things.

Shanghai 21: what do users think?

Jackie Gordon Singing Chef: UPDATED: this may be my favorite Shanghainese spot in the Manhattan Chinatown.Five of us had dinner there the other night. If you go at a busy time you'll probably going to have to wait but I think it's worth it. After a 45 minute wait, we were very happy to dive into soup dumplings, shumai, tiny steamed buns, cold noodles with sesame sauce, salt and pepper shrimp, wontons in Szechuan sauce, sauteed snow pea shoots with garlic, and pork chops with sweet and sour sauce. My tip is to get the sauce on the side and dip or spoon the sauce over the delicious crunchy pork chop bits. That way they don't get soggy. We ordered sliced chicken with mixed vegetables for one of our guests who is a little on the picky side and they were happyThe first time we got takeout:We have yet to eat here but we've gotten take away from here several times recently. They have excellent dumplings! Here's what we ordered last time. BLove the Cold Noodles with sesame sauce. Pork fried dumplings are very good. Some of the best we've had in Chinatown in the city.Szechuan Style Wonton were delicious.Shrimp & watercress clear dumplings were quite tasty. The Dry Fried String Beans with pork were very good!Hot and Sour Soup very tasty. A lot of places get that soup wrong.

Priscilla Shannon: The food was excellent! It was definitely worth the hour long plus wait. It’s not the biggest restaurant and was a bit crowded so seating for five wasn’t the most accommodating. Restrooms weren’t the cleanest and the build up of trash spring outside the restaurant while we’re waiting was a bit smelly. Rating on food alone is a 5. The service was quick and to the point.

Maxime Rao: La nourriture servie y est très bonne. Les prix sont très abordables pour une telle qualité à New York.

Betsy Van Die: and the Steamed Watercress and Shrimp Dumplings - incredible deliciousness housed in gorgeous green dough. We wanted the Steamed Snow Pea Leaves with Shrimp Dumplings, but they were out of snow peas. The service was attentive and excellent. The only downside is that two nearby tables with many people caused a noise level that was uncomfortable. Additional kudos for the super clean bathroom!

BMW S1000 RR: Byliśmy w godzinach szczytu i trzeba było chwilkę poczekać za stolikiem co tylko dobrze świadczy o miejscu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, palce lizać.

Melt Shop: what do users think?

Kal D: This place is great!!! Fair prices and clean atmosphere. The burgers are very good❤️❤️Not so hustle and bustle. Very chill placeKid-friendliness: My kid loved the chicken tenders

Your Mom’s: Chicken tenders and sandwiches are always crispy and well seasoned. Even delivered. The Nashville Hot isn’t that spicy.Tots are mid, ditto the fries.Overpriced. But good.

Erika Knight: . I went up to see if they could do anything and he was so kind about it.Its refreshing to have such nice hospitality in a city full of people rushing around from place to place!Thank you so much!

Jessica Tan: This place is a bit overrated but overall decent. The buffalo chicken mac and cheese was very salty to the extent that I was unable to finish the entire thing. Ordered other dishes was they were okay.Food: 3/5 …

Alexandra Gunišová: Before I start I must say that I am a tourist visiting NYC so my taste in food might be a bit different but anyways. I would normally never rate a fast food restaurant but i felt I needed to for this one. For starters when we ordered we did not get a receipt from the machine we ordered trought. A very nice lady told us that the machines don't give out receipts which took me by surprise as at this point i had no proof of what i purchased. Turns out we would be needing this nonexistent receipt later. We ordered our food and ended up getting the wrong tater tots for both portions we ordered and we were missing a portion of fries. No big deal could be an honest mistake. Anyways we got to eating and it was not good. The tater tots and chicken were both fried in overburnt oil it left a terrible taste. In addition the In general the food had a weird taste especially the potatoes and burgers. The chicken was not bad actually but all of it was ruined by the obviously burnt oil it was fried in. In general the experience was bad compared to our expectations especially considering the good rating. I feel we might have just gotten a bad batch but the fact that our order was not only wrong but also missing food was the main reason I rate this so low.

Ed Gatzke: Food was good and decently priced. Only real complaint was lack of ice for drinks on a hot day. Flat warm coke is not that great.Chairs are tilted oddly and you feel like you are falling out.Pretty decent quick cheap food near Times Square. Melt was tasty. Salads were plentiful and cheesy but had some sketchy lettuce.

Michael Surita: Yummy food 😋Recommended dishes Grilled Chicken …

Benjamin Fu: Still closed as of 7/21Food: 5/5 …

Johnny Pomatto: Anyone else concerned that this “gas line repair” was actually a “gas line violation?” I’d hate for them to be facing ConEd fines and be forbidden from reopening until they’re up to code and passed an inspection. We’ve lost a lot of great restaurants in the past few years because of illegal gas hookups that may have passed the savings on to the customer but our lives at risk in the process and decided that it wasn’t worth running their energy source legally.

Coldnosoul: As of July 11 2023, still not open

Superiority Burger: what do users think?

nicolas8ish: This place used to be rad and affordable. In its new space as a full-fledged restaurant, it suffers the fate of nyc restaurant openings these days: overpriced, tiny portions. The burger was good, though not as good as I remember, and more expensive than I remember at $15. The sweet potato was half a roasted sweet potato for $13. The special the night I went was barbecue okra, which sounded great, but was a side of white rice with some grilled onions, a few flecks of corn, and maybe 5 pieces of grilled okra on top, also $13. I could, and have, made the same thing at home, easily, for far less.If there is one good thing about this new iteration, it is that it is further proof that Pete Wells is a hack.

Ella Bromblin: but not a WOW and small. Definitely not coming back.

Erin Carden: on top, and farmers market fruit. Everything was so so good but the desserts were expensive for the teeny tiny portions, kind of a rip off. But overall the food was delicious and the atmosphere inside is a fun diner vibe.

Natalie Geisel: ! While it was absolutely delicious, it was about half the size of a standard slice of pie -- and for $15! I really would love to come here again to try all of their other sides, seasonal specialities, and desserts, but it feels too expensive for how little food you get. The whole "diner" vibe doesn't feel right when we left feeling a bit hungry after spending $40 each, and we didn't even get drinks :

Angelena R. Cassady: I loved the Vegan food and our waitress was spot on! We tried the Vegan Creme Brulee. Magnifique!Vegetarian options: Actually, they have Vegan options too!

Sush Krishnamoorthy: I was skeptical of the new restaurant experience, but the the food is still just as delicious!

Amanda W.: We got lucky and were sat right away when we walked in, but within minutes it filled up and remained packed the entire time we were there. We ordered the broccoli salad, sloppy Dave, veggie burger and spicy lentils, and all were great, although we liked the sloppy Dave and spicy lentils the best. My vegetarian kid was very into the fact that she could eat anything on the menu. Dessert was gelato and it was given an an enthusiastic thumbs up.

Sangeeta Yesley: . Please make some effort to have a courteous hostess who can think independently and is quick to figure out alternative options, should a situation present itself!

Mrudula sathe: It’s a vegetarian place so that’s great! We ordered the house soda, superiority burger, sloppy Joe, broccoli salad, which was my favorite, spicy lentils, tasty yuba verde and stuffed cabbage. The spicy lentils and broccoli salad was tasty! Yuba verde was too bland and it was 19$ for a very small portion of bread and some veggies. the sandwiches needed some hot sauce. To me everything was overpriced. It was almost tapas size, not what you expect when you go to a burger place and the soda was $10, while it was tasty and not sweet it was a small glass and really overpriced. So the food is tasty but to me not worth the $$$$ and the 1.15 hour long wait.

Laura Litton: This was a fantastic meal! We had the chicken Arepa de choclo. It was very tender and delicious. All that cheese, you can't go wrong!!Vegetarian options: They have so many great vegetarian options!

Radames Rosas: The arepas are perfect. At first I said I could eat a few of these… I can’t. 1 is definitely enough. Of the sauces the green sauce adds something more to the arepa. Everything is seasoned and when take a bite. The combinations of textures and flavors are perfect. The only thing I can complain about is. The water is room temp. That’s it that’s all I can say negatively.

Patzeria Perfect Pizza: what do users think?

Lady Laura: Like the name says, it is perfect NYC pizza. Only draw back is that the only seating available is outside bc it's virtually a hole in the wall, but by NYC standards that's actually pretty typical. If you're looking for a quick bite, this place is for you. Like the options in pizza, vegetables pizza had the hugest toppings I ever had on a vegetable pizza. Also the lasagna pizza is filling just like regular lasagna. Thumbs up overall for food and serving time.Vegetarian options: Vegetable pizza, mozzarella sticks

Angel Guerrero: Recommended dishes Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza, Garlic Knots

Brandon Jeffrey: We make small round pizzas with toppings in it.Recommended dishes Pizza by the Slice …

Garrison Pease: Perfect spot for quick delicious slice of pizza before or after a show! Some really good cheese! Good every time!Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Pizza by the Slice …

EUNHYE LEE:
