AMC Lincoln Square 13: what do users think?

Shelvin: Always a vibeeee

Stephen K: This theater SUCKS. Their flagship draw is the 70mm IMAX, but they also have another "70mm" that is NOT an IMAX, and it's a huge waste of time and money! Half the seats are broken, and they're the old old old style 90's seats which are awful to sit in. The non-IMAX is indistinguishable from a "regular" movie. Don't waste your time here unless you see the 70mm IMAX. The seats are itchy too, gf and I were both scratching our arms and legs the entire movie.

Nestor Bracho: We went to the premiere of the new series of peacock Twisted Metal it was absolutely amazing

Julian: My favorite movie theater that I go to. And I only go to this one because of how big it is. And because of DOLBY

Andy Phuong: Clean theater and friendly staff and huge screens ! Definetly will be back.

Sean Warpenburg: Best theater in the city 😇

Donell Clark: The theater itself is a great experience but was dissapointed with the food. My entire group got under cooked fries and Mozerella sticks, over cooked chicken tenders and stale popcorn

Jonathan Castillo: My go-to movie theater since I was a kid.

Alex Bota: Outdated

Valentina Simmons: It's a lovely theater. I love the motif for each auditorium entrance. They could use an upgrade to the seats though. Not very comfortable. Also, add the outside motif to the inside of each auditorium? Just saying. It would be a nice touch.

Margarita Ríos: Es un lugar muy pintoresco, grande, limpio y las sillas son muy cómodas. La experiencia vale la pena. Si vienes en horario de matiné puedes obtener 25% de descuento en el precio del boleto.

Chris rivera: First the pros: They have the best screen in the country especially for Oppenheimer. You should still come here for that 100%. Cons: they have a huge Roach problem. I walked into the men’s bathroom and saw 2 huge roaches the ones with wings that fly. I should have took a pic but anyone who was there on Friday at 10:30 am for the Oppenheimer showing in 70mm IMAX you know what in talking about.

Angelika Film Center: what do users think?

C Mck: Favorite theater over the years. Tickets can be booked online. They have a membership program that’s free with some perks. Friendly staff. Basic bathrooms. They have a cafe you can hang out in beforehand with iced coffee and drinks. Great location not too far from WSP and soho

Iuliia Koloskova: . You can buy beer and popcorn. No nonsense.Tickets are pricey as everywhere in NYC. 19$ at the moment.

Kathy Slawinski: Good place, interesting films

Tevin Vuong: If you enjoy independent films, you should definitely check out the Angelika Film Center. The theatre showcases some of the best indie movies and provides a unique and intimate movie experience. The staff is friendly, and the venue has a classic, old-school theater feel. The employees are always welcoming and helpful, making you feel at home. Additionally, the bathroom facilities are clean and hygienic. The only drawback is that the seats could be more comfortable. However, this is a minor issue that is more than compensated for by the overall experience. The Angelika Film Center offers an excellent movie experience for those who appreciate independent films. The theatre is definitely worth a visit, from its friendly staff to its cleanliness.

Kevin Mercurio: Nice theater. Nice staff. Nice cafeThe membership program seems great. Free showing once we month and half off on Wednesdays. 10% off food/drink$19 does seem a little much for one ticket though

Scarlett: Expensive comparing to cinemas with similar style. Small screen

Adam Segal-Isaacson: . Nice that you get to choose how much butter flavoring to put on your popcorn.

FFragnar: Sakin ve güzel bir yer. Astroid city izledik gayet eğlenceliydi.

Leila Habibi: Lovely atmosphere

Mikkel Hendison: which clogged the flow of ingress and egress. escalator was also broken.once inside the theater, there was no formal notice after the extremely lengthy previews and commercials that the movie was going to begin a la “turn off your phones, thanks for coming etc.”there was also no way to tell people outside the theater that the movie was beginning

Jimmy Seo: Great alcohol selection and make sure don’t pick seats that are too far back, the theaters aren’t elevated so you are looking at the screen straight on

Jamila M: Love how small the theater is! Really friendly staff!

wayne miller: . Highly recommend this theater 4 serious movie buffs.

Emily Wang: Independent movie theater that full of nostalgic vibe.

Dakota C: Very nice theater, great for indie flicks.

R Popkin: Show a good mix of indie movies and high grossing movies

Rafael López, Jr.: Always a positive experience.Friendly staff.Clean theater.Great concession choices.

Evonne A: A charming little theater

Hahn Films: We need to keep these small indie theatres alive! Cinema Village is an amazing venue for premiering your independent films and viewing arthouse cinema. Not only is this theatre a gem in the East Village but the staff, led by Lee, are so friendly and accommodating. I cannot wait for a week of fantastic works as I moderate for the Big Apple Film Festival at this awesome establishment.

Romario Domi: Nice little independent movie theater with great prices. The screen was on the smaller side but still good. Very, very small seating both in terms of width and legroom. I do not recommend if you're tall and/or heavy. I was so uncomfortable the entire time.

Elizabeth F: $36 covered a 830pm movie for 2, 1 large popcorn and a small drink. This place is great for a no-frills old school theater. I’ll be back

Shant Rising: Fun film experience.

The NYGalavant (TheNYG): Asteroid City; Past Lives

Gian Villarruel: Food is really good. Recommend the Fried Chicken Sandwich and Nitehawk Nachos

Trinity Noriega: pretty neat theater, good options of drinks and food, cool previews of box office movies as well as indie projects. the only negative i had was because of me sitting next to a stranger. the attendee said that they would do separate tabs this time, but to "make sure it doesn't happen next time." i also got charges for the strangers food and the cards got mixed up anyway.. this is really discouraging as someone who likes to watch theaters alone. definitely go with a friend and share a table.

Ofer Baratz: My favorite way to enjoy cinema

Olivia Pasquinelli: Great date night - fun vibes with interesting movies and good food and cocktails

Alexandre Dalyac: The best vegan banh mi this side of the Hudson. Honest.

Jaye Aster Broder: Nice theater with fair priced food and drink. There are a lot of steps. I didn’t seem an elevator but I might have missed. Good movies are shown here.

Juan Cardenas: Great service and atmosphere .... watching asteroid city withy daughter

Duncan Grant: Special

MG: Excellent service. Ok theater and food experience.

Ty: I remember going here back in the days when it was a different name. I like how they renovated the place. Plus it’s now a dine in theater. They get an extra star for having alcoholic frozen drinks.

Regal Union Square 4DX & ScreenX: what do users think?

Jordan Cooper: I want to say I am glad Regal Union Square is still in business. I plan to go there a lot. But I had a very bad experience with Oppenheimer and feel ripped off. I paid extra for two 70mm tickets. The projection was aggressively shaky and unwatchable. I missed the beginning of the film because I went out to complain. An usher told me it was being fixed. What he didn't tell me what that it was fixed by switching to a lower quality digital projection, which became apparent to me as the movie continued. We traveled to the city to watch a 70mm print of this film, not a digital projection, which we could have done a few blocks from where we live. We wanted a refund but there were no employees anywhere when the film ended.

Scott Ellsworth: I had OPPENHEIMER tickets for 4 weeks. No one told me there’s no previews before the movie time starts for a 70MM film. How the hell! And by the way I was there 10 min before the movie started, but had to wait 15min for a hot dog to be ready? Because during the summer for the hottest movie ever we’re not getting hot dogs ready???!!!And then the seats, in Auditorium 17, are extremely uncomfortable. You have to brace your feet on the floor to put pressure on the back of the seat for it to recline less than an airplane seat in coach. And if it’s not reclining, you’re basically being pushed forward. For a movie I waited a year to see, this movie theatre pretty much ruined my experience. The taste left in my mouth will remain. I probably will never visit another Regal cinema theatre again.

felix soto: Neat, clean, refills on lg popcorn & soda organized.

Kai Harvey: Nice theater, but movies are completely unwatchable from the front row. Really shouldn't sell those.

Mei Quinn: I just want to have a word with whoever designed these seats...

Solo Flyer: . But what they failed to update was the seats; this is about Theatre 17. The seats are a tight fit and there is no reclining or putting the arm rests up; like other movie theatres. I watched Oppenheimer

In Kun Chun: customer who has trouble hearing here. Asked if I could get the closed caption glasses, but instead of offering help, the staff members just ignored me.

cailingodeas: The Theatre was freezing. ac blasting and very unpleasant. Chairs were not cleaned off from the previous audience and the bathroom lacked soap and toilet stalls were not cleaned. I paid $33 for a DX ticket which had 2D effects but the volume was not that loud and i could hear the conversation of audience members chatting behind me and 6 seats away. This theatre has declined considerably.

Kathy Wu: The seats were just... unreal. They're at an 80° angle, so you're in a hunchback. You can push back to tilt your seat back, but if you weigh less than 100 lbs, it'll be impossible to keep it in that position. I had to put my whole mind, body, and soul into trying to keep my seat pushed back. Made the movie a stressful experience, and I had a headache by the end of it. I feel like I need to do 3 hours of back yoga.

CC Mizrahi: Nice inside but unfortunately if you're short the chairs are REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE. The default incline is as vertical as a plane seat and the seat is so deep that I couldn't properly reach the floor as someone who's 5'2".

Lukasz Zbylut: Nice theater with high quality seats

Carlos Landy: Good

Hildon “Hilos” Jackson: Love it

Stephen McGroarty: The best movie experience in NYC.

Anna Krasovska: , to be on these seats. Me and my friends moved and seat on the floor and it was better than staying in our seats.

Carlos Ortiz: Excellent

Sai jk: My go to place for movies. Been here since I was a kid in high school.

[DOM] Francisco: It’s not bad, but there are better options for a similar price

Elizabeth Tomas: Very good place for bring young children 👏 very good clean and safe and they sale delicious food 😋 we saw barbie there i loved this movie

Javier Macario: It is a very nice place to share with the family 👪 especially for children

Enrique Solis: Nice place to enjoy a good movie.

Caro Wood: Reclining chairs. Typical concessions. Most importantly blue razz icee.

REBEKAH Mae: Monday afternoon, 5 people, IMAX Theatre 'Indiana Jones, Dial of Destiny'.Need I say more.Fabulous!

christina: great cinema, visit here all the time with my family if we need to watch a movie. the prices for the tickets are decently priced, and they have many snacks to choose from. they also have reclining chairs inside the theaters which is really nice, there’s also arcade games and claw machines as well. overall a generally amazing cinema.

Christopher Lee: This multiplex recently renovated its theatres with reclining chairs and small tables that could be turned to and away from the chairs so that audiences would be able to munch on their snacks without dirtying themselves should they choose to. It's a nice addition to an already great theatre.

dwayne campbell: It's all good 👍 popcorn, drinks and food, good movie selections too, oh yeah, looks nice inside 😋

Jonatan CASTRO: Nice place

Amajean Lawson: Best family time...luxurious seats

Regal E-Walk 4DX & RPX: what do users think?

Peter Shankman: Great seats, but omg I swear it gets more expensive every time I come. Two tickets, popcorn, soda, a water and junior mints: $69. Come on. That's insane. All that to sit next to a bunch of idiots who won't shut up during the entire movie? No thanks. I'll wait for streaming.

Bethany Manies: Went to see Oppenheimer this weekend. First it was so hot my glasses were steaming, finally it started to cool down about 45 minutes in. Then, a fire extinguisher fell off the wall during the showing. People thought there was a fire from the smoke and started to evacuate. Guests realized it wasn’t a fire and sat back down. But the smell was sickening and caused multiple people to have asthma issues. One boy even had an asthma attack. They didn’t rewind or pause the movie, or even acknowledge after the showing was over.On top of that they came around and sprayed the entire room with insane amounts of scented air fresheners which was extremely distracting and caused more allergy issues/ coughing.

Trinity Ann: Good theatre, just going under construction. Hopefully will be done in the near future.

Amelia Bruno: literally under construction???

R O: The theatre itself looked great. The other parts were under construction. It's looked like that for quite a while. GET IT DONE ALREADY.

TaiX LaFlame: Love this place come here sometimes to get away from people and enjoy a movie

shakahnie nelson: . Other than that it was fine. I recently broke my ankle

Michael Osuji: Very comfy seats and the security usually don't care about you bringing in snacks in a backpack.

Rishi Shukla: The construction needs to get a move on. Seats weren't that comfortable.

Brandon Perdue: Maybe you should finish your renovation. I don’t care whether it’s in bankruptcy or not. It’s a disservice to me, your employees, and everyone else. Disgusting and unprofessional.

Wanda Jackson: Still under construction, there were not many food options, but it was good.

Jianyu Zhu: Very old and outdated movie theater like other movie theaters in NYC. Honestly in NYC just don’t go to movie theaters if you are tourists.

Village East by Angelika: what do users think?

Damon Ramos: Beautiful place

john shoemaker: Lovely old theatre.Smaller-than-average screens in some rooms. No reclining seats. But an east village classic spot.

S Bogframe: Beautiful theater built a a Yiddish Theater in the 1920s.

Manny Ruff: Watched Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer and I had the best theater experience of my life. I haven’t experienced the smalls theaters, but the 70 mm room is so gorgeous and the History as well as the architecture enhances the movie going experience immensely. A must do in New York City.

Alec Sottosanti: Beautiful theatre, abysmal audio. I could make out maybe 40% of the dialogue and heard half of the crowd complaining about this as well. Seats are old and uncomfortable, AC isn’t working, heads in front of you obstruct the view. All the things that are somehow charming at the Angelika on Houston are a complete nightmare here.

Alec Bernal: , and excellent repertory programming.

Ray Carter: Nice old school feel

T L: Had a great experience for the Tribeca film festival to see For Khadija.

Maria Pilar A.: Great atmosphere and lovely theater feels unique!

Wesley Works: Classic East Village theater and multiple screens. Big screens and almost all seats have great visibility. This is one of the Tribeca Festival screening locations each June.

Joe Cabrera: Old but classic theater, great place to catch an indie film.

Tyshana Dunston: It’s very clean, staff are friendly and patient and i love how it have that old school movie theater vibe to it and you dont have to worry about it being overcrowded its definitely the best hidden gem!

Nina Mairs: Great small theater

Ahsan Kareem: It was nice but old school

David Liu: They check your bags for contraband. Nice cozy movie theater.

A Pagan (La Loca): Great

Ruby M: Love coming here! Reminds me of my childhood.

Hao: projection for mission impossible was horrible. people in front of us saw cockroaches. avoid

Ferris Bueller: Excellent dive cinema. Seats are trash. Food is trash. Screens are trash. Old school theatre and I love this place.

Alex Shehadi: honestly i don't have the heart to give my childhood cinema any less than five stars. the theaters are small and usually empty, so it's easy to get affordable tickets. the food is absurdly priced but not that different than other cinemas in the area. as for seating, it's fairly comfortable, but i do recommend you to bring a sweater and some earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

RC Manning: Nice neighborhood theater

Jacob Ungrey: my favorite local cinema

Jamie B: Saw the little mermaid here. Gives the feel of a small town, classic movie theatre. The chairs arent leaning back chairs or feet up or anything, but its a nice experience.

Todd Simmons: An absolute NYC classic.

Lazer Kaufman: This is a cozy cinema. It’s not your Manhattan Times Square Megacinemagiplex with stadium barka lounge seating and personal hibachi grills. I like those, too. But Cobble Hill Cinemas is smaller and more personal.

Paul Schreiber: This is a nice, small theater. Crowds are generally quiet and respectful.

IPIC Theaters: what do users think?

angel: . No server came, apparently they clicked over us? I don’t know man. Then I had to order my food myself and the food took mad long on its own. My club soda and coke DID NOT EVEN HAVE ICE. IT WAS NOT EVEN COLD WHATTTTTTTT

Ella Thompson: Called to check if there were gluten free options since their online menu doesn’t have anything marked. The lady on the phone said there were not any gluten free options whatsoever. I asked my question again since I saw some items that are typically gluten free and found it hard to believe not a single thing on the menu would be an option. She rudely said no nothing was gluten free and then hung up on me. Because of this I ate beforehand for a double date and then show up to find that they indeed have many gluten free options and even a gluten free pizza crust. I was pretty upset because I had just eaten and was not able to eat with the group. Please make your menu more allergy-friendly or educate your employees better

Katie McKenzie: for a ticket, it's a little surprising. Also surprising, they were out of one of the sodas. Like, fully out for the day. It's surprising bc I went during the most popular movie weekend in a looong time

Azim Salomov: Great theater and clean and the food was so good

Zarshed Djamaliddinov: but worth it. Definitely recommend and worth it!

Ryan Bird: Unfortunately, the movie we wanted to see was nearly sold out so our only option was the very front row. The seats are comfortable, but so close to the screen that it makes watching the movie nearly impossible without a severe tension headache. Ticketing and bartending staff were rude.

Anna D: Foods though have always been very disappointing… e.g., “fried” is not really fried.

Ryan Werner: This is not premium

Logan Porter: Looking for a date to escape the summer heat, we decided on iPic Theaters. Now keep in mind that this is my first time experiencing a full service movie theater where there are waiters bringing food and beverages/and being able to lounge comfortable in a seat. Safe to say, I’m probably not going back to any normal movie theater from here on out. The theater was extremely clean, the chairs were super comfortable, and an added perk that the movie was phenomenal as well.Great date idea to escape the rain or the hot weather.

Kevin M.: The best movie theater experience possible, with a unique drink and food menu.

S S: I went to the ipic theater on Thursday to see Mission Impossible. It was very clean, however I felt the volume of the movie was a little low. I got the burger and fries which I probably wouldn’t get again, I didn’t like the taste at all. I’d recommend the theater though and definitely go to ‘The Tuck Room’ upstairs!

See Swim: Beautiful&clean!!!!!

Dwight Cole: Great place to watch a movie and good food

AnnaaMariee: Great movie theater , love the vibes

Viktoria Holoiukh: Obviously, it could be better. Everything, except the service in the cinema hall, is good. We have been waiting for our order for the whole movie, but WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! We paid for the tickets, which included the possibility to order food delivery to the cinema room, but they accepted our order and did not bring food at all.

C M: Top notch cool concept cinema and very good food with friendly staff 👍🏼 👌🏽
