The list of florals I had is quite long and they really delivered - 8 bouquets, 7 boutonnieres , ceremony arch, arrangements lining the aisle, dried petals for tossing, flower girl petals, cocktail hour centerpieces and accents, fireplace mantel draping, on top of seating chart accent, sweetheart table draping, 15 centerpieces in beautiful gold vases, lots of arrangements for card/gift table and dessert table. I sent inspiration pictures of what I wanted and then let them decide which flowers were best suited and in season. I am so happy with what they choose and everything looked better than my inspo pictures. Please look at how amazing the florals are in my photos. Absolutely stunning and elevated the wedding all together. They surpassed my expectations and I would hire them 1000x again. They worked so hard the day of setting up outside on a hot August day and still had a smile on their faces. They communicated in the morning making sure everything was exactly how I wanted. I am so grateful for having such a talented florist. Such a pleasure working with them and recommend to everyone!

Arseniy Shabashvili: This is the first time I'm writing a review for a business, because admittedly this place got to me. Placed an order online yesterday morning for same day delivery, received no communication other than the automatic confirmation email, stating that I will get a notification when the order is out the door. Waited for about 24 hours, nothing. Called this morning during the indicated hours, no one picked up, left a VM. Also sent an email to try to follow-up, nothing. In short, this place appears to have gone out of business, but continues to nominally accept orders and collect cash. If you have too much money, my recommendation is to donate it to a charity for a cause you care about, rather than giving it to these guys. I wish I did.

We planned our wedding rather last minute and Richard and his team were more than accommodating even with the last minute order. The flowers were delivered to our venue on time and looked beautiful. On top of that, Flowers by Richard was significantly more affordable than any other florist I found in Manhattan. I could not recommend Richard's shop more! Even though they guaranteed the quality , yet when we called he told us he will not replace the old roses with fresh arrangement. Their guarantee is worthless and they were rude in addition. We shall never buy any flowers from such a disreputable flower shop.

What you say is patently untrue.The flowers were sent as a gift to a dying man. You’ve now succeeded in making everyone more upset rather than cheering them up. The doorman threw out the flowers by mistake. BECAUSE THEY WERE DEAD and he misunderstood the sign that they were to be collected. No one suggested a dog ate them and no one is getting in trouble either. You’re supposed to be in a service business not harrasing people. You should not treat your customers in such a nasty manner. You serve negative stars because you have actively harassed us and made us feel even worse

Lis Rosario: Their hours of operation state they open at 8 AM. I showed up at 8:30 AM and the business was not fully open. This is disappointing because I came here the morning of my mom‘s birthday to surprise her before she got in from work. And the business was not open. Kindly update your hours as there are people who have time sensitive schedules and rely on A businesses hours of operation to be reliable.This is in response to the business as google review does not let me respond directly. I am a local in the area and have lived here my entire life. I do not however frequent this establishment. I understand that updating your hours through Google it is out of your control but your website which you should have access to edit also states incorrect hours. Putting it back on the consumer about not being a local or regular is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Tell them I don’t even need an arrangement I’d just like to purchase a few plants as is. I’m asked… what time will they arrive, I tell her as soon as I can pay whatever the travel time is… aaaaand again with the “no, sorry” we closed at 7. The info online is wrong. I tell her I understand and would not want to patronize her business after such disaffected customer service anyway!Good on you who were graced with great service.

It was the end of the night but that is no excuse to have such nasty treatment twards paying customers. She needs to show more respect infront of customers and treat your staff with respect. Ruined my entire experience buying anything in this store. The older shorter lady with the glasses that arrages the flowers is very sweet and respectful. That nasty manager should learn from her.

Xen WIlliams: I ordered a flower bouquet with very specific instructions not to include pink roses. I even called three times before delivery to confirm. Unfortunately, a bouquet of all pink roses was sent. When I called to ask why this bouquet was sent despite my proactive direction. The first response was there were a few pink roses added & it was a misunderstanding, in actuality a full pink bouquet was sent. I was told that the florist didn’t get the directions to not include pink roses and nothing could be done.Once the florist confirmed the note & direction of no pink flowers I had to ask if there was anything that could be done to remedy the situation several times. I was offered a possible discount for a future purchase as if I would spend money here again. All in all I wasted my time & money. I wouldn’t suggest for delivery orders.

I took my flowers in after a few days to ask for help to keep them fresh because they were dying. The gentleman was very helpful and gave me tips. The shop smells wonderful.
