Noodle Village: what do users think?

JasonthedrummerNYC: Begs for tips not professionalService: 1/5 …

Vincent Keller: Das waren mit Abstand die besten gebratenen Nudeln jemals!!!!Nur zu empfehlen 👍

Queer Eats NYC: We had a large group of ten and Noodle Village was extremely accommodating. They let us split the bill individually, the service was fantastic, and the food was great! Everything came out so fast and was piping hot. There were so many awesome options, I ordered the pan fried vegetable dumplings and the vegetable fried noodles. Both were fantastic, the dumplings were huge and delicious. The noodle portion was also large enough for two meals. Everyone at our table really enjoyed their food and felt comfortable in the space. We will definitely be back!Review from one of our members: Noodle Village has really amazing shrimp and pork wonton soup with a flavorful broth. Make sure to go here for friendly service, great ambience, and delicious Chinese food that won’t break the bank!

Rosie: Best hongkong style food in Manhattan. The shrimp wonton was delightful and perfectly plump. The soup dumpling is actually one of the best I tried in new York so far. Much better than nan Xiang Xiao long bao in flushing. The beef chow fun was also everything I crave for. The noodle had the perfect texture and a lot of “wok hei” I can tell that they have perfected their technique in that dish. The price overall is not expensive compared to other place in Manhattan.

We’ve lost a lot of great restaurants in the past few years because of illegal gas hookups that may have passed the savings on to the customer but our lives at risk in the process and decided that it wasn’t worth running their energy source legally.

Shanghai 21: what do users think?

Jackie Gordon Singing Chef: UPDATED: this may be my favorite Shanghainese spot in the Manhattan Chinatown.Five of us had dinner there the other night. If you go at a busy time you'll probably going to have to wait but I think it's worth it. After a 45 minute wait, we were very happy to dive into soup dumplings, shumai, tiny steamed buns, cold noodles with sesame sauce, salt and pepper shrimp, wontons in Szechuan sauce, sauteed snow pea shoots with garlic, and pork chops with sweet and sour sauce. My tip is to get the sauce on the side and dip or spoon the sauce over the delicious crunchy pork chop bits. That way they don't get soggy. We ordered sliced chicken with mixed vegetables for one of our guests who is a little on the picky side and they were happyThe first time we got takeout:We have yet to eat here but we've gotten take away from here several times recently. They have excellent dumplings! Here's what we ordered last time. BLove the Cold Noodles with sesame sauce. Pork fried dumplings are very good. Some of the best we've had in Chinatown in the city.Szechuan Style Wonton were delicious.Shrimp & watercress clear dumplings were quite tasty. The Dry Fried String Beans with pork were very good!Hot and Sour Soup very tasty. A lot of places get that soup wrong.

Priscilla Shannon: The food was excellent! It was definitely worth the hour long plus wait. It’s not the biggest restaurant and was a bit crowded so seating for five wasn’t the most accommodating. Restrooms weren’t the cleanest and the build up of trash spring outside the restaurant while we’re waiting was a bit smelly. Rating on food alone is a 5. The service was quick and to the point.

Maxime Rao: La nourriture servie y est très bonne. Les prix sont très abordables pour une telle qualité à New York.

Betsy Van Die: and the Steamed Watercress and Shrimp Dumplings - incredible deliciousness housed in gorgeous green dough. We wanted the Steamed Snow Pea Leaves with Shrimp Dumplings, but they were out of snow peas. The service was attentive and excellent. The only downside is that two nearby tables with many people caused a noise level that was uncomfortable. Additional kudos for the super clean bathroom!

BMW S1000 RR: Byliśmy w godzinach szczytu i trzeba było chwilkę poczekać za stolikiem co tylko dobrze świadczy o miejscu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, palce lizać.

Big Wong: what do users think?

Mélanie DANTUNG: We came to this neighborhood during our trip, we love Chinese food but here I am disgusted with the community and the food, greasy, expensive and above all a very unpleasant staff so much so that they forgot us a dish, they wanted to make us pay for it but fortunately we know how to count. I absolutely do not recommend and especially a very different behavior with tourists. go your way

Stephen Bennett: Great way to experience Chinese food in NY - the waiters are no-nonsense but prompt. Make sure you are ready with your food order! It is cash only but there is an ATM - also worth noting they include the service charge in the bill so don’t over tip! We ordered:157 - Chicken with broccoli159 - chicken ding with cashew nut156 - sweet and sour chicken91 - roast pork fried rice128 - pork chop with peking sauceIt was great!!

Sherry Z: . Really fresh you tiao

flipper88881: and were not the least bit interested in making this a pleasant experience for us. Food was not good at all and the place was dirty. On top of all that "tip" was mandatory on the bill

Angelo Luchetti: lack of air conditioningdirty dishes left out.worse than hospital food.we all got stomach pains.-5 stars

Mariah Macon: I went here for lunch with my husband and two friends. The first thing I noticed is they do not greet you at all and are cash only. The next thing I noticed is the luke warm air which ain’t to much of a concern. I went up and asked for a table and was given one in the back in between two other tightly placed tables. One of the people in my party saw how tight the tables are and he is 6 5’ and realized he won’t fit and even if he could possible make it work, he would of been very uncomfortable. He decided to wait outside. This made the rest of my group uncomfortable as well but we were starving. We got quick appetizers due to our waiting friend and it took them about 15 minutes before they came to take our order. Someone did keep coming by the table to fill the water which was the only polite service we received during our time here. Once the order was placed it came pretty quickly within about 10 minutes. The only issue was I ordered the same appetizer as my friend and only one came out? They also brought the bill to my husband when we need a two separate bills. I decided to just get the cash from my friend to add to the bill and gave her a $20 for our part. The bill was $16. My plan was to give her $25 and to use separate money to tip I wanted the change from my $20 back. The lady goes “ YOU’RE NOT GOING TO TIP !!!?” I explained our bill not being separate and she reluctantly went to give me my change back and we were so uncomfortable I told her to keep it. I was planning on tipping based on service and was still planning to give her more than $4. Honestly though based on the long time to take my order, incorrectly taking my order, assuming my husband is paying the bill and then not giving us two bills, I honestly feel like the service was bad and a tip wasn’t deserved to her but to the person who kept our waters full. I did check and other reviews have also pointed out the awful customer service too. I will say the food was good but there are many other places to eat in this area I would go anywhere but here.

Great China: what do users think?

Ashley McIver: he picks and chooses who to do it to.Either give him the exact amount or expect to be robbed because that’s how it felt. Not to mention he’s very rude absolutely no professionalism. Imagine someone feeling entitled to your money. And the sad thing is I was fully prepared to give him the whole 20 dollars being that my food was about $14….but when you’re greedy like that he deserved NOTHING !! Will never do delivery with this place again .

ayikahS H: I was all prepared to give them five stars because of how tasty the food is. I didn’t need to add any of the sauces. I had to reduce it to three stars because one of my chicken wings were under cooked and was red and no, it wasn’t the ketchup either.

Piero Ramos: This family owned restaurant has been in the neighborhood for over 30 years.

Marquis Hairston: I ordered food they got it wrong and instead of fixing my order they gave me my money back and it was a piece of hair in my rice

Mickey Miguel: Good food at a great priceFeatures: Social distancing is respectedVegetarian options: They can make it anything you wantKid-friendliness: Very good with childrenParking: Most of the time at front of the storeWheelchair accessibility: It's street level

Meakmeak Hill: The food tastes very good ...

Kristjenz Unit: Had a long hair in my fried rice. Never going back again. Gross experience.

George: Great place to go for Chinese takeout good service and the food is delicious

Elsa Marlene Ramos F.: Muy puntuales y buen sabor en la comida

New Double Dragon: what do users think?

Julius Cuello: The worst place for delivery food is not that great. It took an hour and 10 minutes for order chicken wing and French fries.

Tapas Das: Excellent food and customer service

Sarah C: Good food but don't bother with the qmenu online order form. It doesn't work. Either call or go in-person.

Sagie Mofsowitz: DO NOT ORDER ONLINEOrdered through the qmenu online portal, payment received, order never received. Tried calling, got yelled at and hung up on.

Gasharee Francis: They food taste so good I love it and I love this place

Lacey Jordan: They're food is usually decent. Its basic Chinese American food. They're chicken wings are good. I ask them to fry them soft because they made them a little too crispy for me.

Trisha Mercury: This place is hot or miss. I only eat shrimp and broccoli. And wontons soup.

Ackeem Duggan: I love this restaurant they follow protocol and do it with no problemTakeout: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes …

Sharon Reissman: The food wasn't the best but it was very affordable. You can't complain too much because of the low price.

milly barretto: I give them 2 stars because they are disrespectful. I recently called to have food delivered to my apartment and the man that answered the phone refused to send them in the building. Now I understand why they choose to do that but how he went about it was disrespectful. I am wheelchair bound and was home alone with my 6 year old son and grandmother who suffers from dementia. She's already "escaped " the house twice and was missing for days so I didn't want that to happen again and as I was explaining why I couldn't come down to get the food the man was laughing at my situation. And said no Chinese restaurant delivers to apartments. I corrected him and told him while he was closed for months I had to find another restaurant to order from and they all delivered to my apartment. Then then laughed again and said then order from them and hung up on me. I felt so disrespected. And yes I know I can order from another place which I did but I prefer there food because it is better than others in the neighborhood and cheaper but he dint have to laugh at me that was uncalled for disrespectful and unprofessional.

Niles Mackinnon: Really dry chicken. No flavor. We ordered so much food but no one wanted to finish any of it.

Nom Wah Tea Parlor: what do users think?

Linda Lee: It smells like fried dumplings.Xiao Mai was ok, but it smells like eggsThe most tasteless house I ate Gaji dimsum

Ed Westberg: Service was fast and friendly. Food taste good.

Pamela L: This is where Gwen breaks up with Peter Parker in Spiderman 2 and where Justin Timberlake filmed his video - Take Back the Night on Doyers. Law and Order did a few esposide here, too. Service is excellent. Servers were friendly and attentive. Only the dim sum menu is printed. If you want to order non dim sum, you have to use your phone to scan a code. Since I have an Android, I am not able to scan. If you want dim sum

Diana Mai: Every item was delicious! They have a small dim sum selection from what I'm used to. I went on a Friday afternoon and surprisingly there was no lineup. Fast service. They only accept Amex and cash. The dumplings have a lot of filling. I really liked it.

Vizi I: Loved their sesame balls . Busy place

Kyle Grady: Overall experience was okay. Food wasn't bad, service wasn't bad, tea wasn't bad.Had to wait about 30 or so minutes outside to get a seat, so I'd recommend you get there ax early as you can since they're known to have a line out the doorParking: Limited parkingWheelchair accessibility: Not accessible

K: 만두 수프 드세요 진짜 맛있음...리뷰보고 시킨 2번은 난 별로였음

Aaron Stanek: The service is awful, and the restaurant only accepts cash and American Express. But the food is so good that I can't give less than 5 stars.Dietary restrictions: Amazing gluten-free dim sum.IMPORTANT NOTE:To get gluten-free food, you have to explicitly request the gluten-free version of a dish before you hand over your order slip!

Great NY Noodletown: what do users think?

tran10022: This restaurant is very special. Have been coming here for at least 20 years. There is nothing on the menu that can go wrong. Even If you close your eyes and pick a random dish. It will be very tasty. The best roast duck, roast pork in chinatown. Very very busy spot. Beef chow fun, lo mein, fried rice is always ordered. This place was also one of anthony Bourdains favorite places to eat Love seeing repeat customers and tourists coming in from word of mouth. Everyone is always happily enjoying their food and looking at other tables asking people what dish they ordered lol. The owner and staff are always so sweet and kind and funny. Love them.

Lauren Z: Go-to roast duck place. It’s very affordable and tasty. We usually get takeout and order at the counter, but theres tables inside for dine in. Get anything over rice and ask for extra sauce. So good!Cash only

Kimora White: I've been coming here for years. I usually get roast duck or chicken, the food isnt fantastic but I was used to it. Today I walked out without ordering and I'll never return. The 2 men at the counter, looked up at me multiple times and refused to acknowledge me while I stood AT the counter. One was in uniform so I have no qualms with him. The other could have been the owner or manager, in regular clothes with a long ponytail, I don't know but I'm baffled how he ignored a customer infrastructure of his face. Maybe he felt my race didn't deserve his attention but one thing I'm sure of my money was green. Don't go here if you want to be ignored.

Tiffany Chen: Recommended dishes Roast Pig

Sam Hahn: Soft shell crab in season!!!Roast duck noodle soup very reliable...Was featured in 비밀이야...Yes... confirms good food. Excellent prices. Thank you for maintaining good value and taste!

Brendan Zhang: Tastes good and cheap

Carlo Fong Luy: . I also got their eggplant and salted fish casserole and clams and watercress. It was good value for money for the amount of seafood that we got.

Wonton Noodle Garden: what do users think?

Kevin Michalski: Mei Lai Wah serves Chinese food in a simple and unassuming place. There was no seating available indoors so we sat outside on the street. It felt like the waitstaff did not pay much attention to guests seated outside, it took a long time for the waiter to take our order and bring us our bill.We had the wonton noodle soup, and lo mein with dumplings. I thought the portion size was perfect, and the prices were good too!

Honestly Name a better place if you have one: 7/23New location and a merge?Bland fish, vegetables riceGood dumplings noodles3/23Their dumplings had chunks of fat in them. Salt and pepper pork chops probably used the same oil that they fried fries in because the dish smells like french fries more than pork chops.Broth was good, sui gao were tasty, noodles were al dente, but vegetables had a bit of grit.Wontons tasted the same as sui gaos. DisappointedBeef hor fun is ok not super oily little wok hei nice flavorYoung chow fan is mediocre with probably expired shrimpsPepper and salt pork chop are very doughy but tasted goodFried rice tasted like soy sauce fried rice that anyone can make from home especially because of the soggy rice they usedBeef n rice ok but small quantity

Good Chinese: what do users think?

L M: Recommended dishes Hot and Sour Soup

Jordan Bagg: The food is okay. It's not spicy enough for me, but it's pretty fresh. The rice is great. If you order delivery you might not know there's a B in the window from Health Department inspections. Personally, I haven't had any problems.

AISHA MOHAMMED BELLO: Ordering from them is usually a good idea.Sometimes not going as smooth.

Josh Stenslien: Very confused by the bad reviews of this place. The delivery time is always fast and the food is always delicious. Love this spot.

Deja Bond: get the hunan chickennnnnn and sweet donuts

Skye G: Food is terrible. I got chicken wings and fried rice . The wings were black and they gave me honey instead of regular wings . Rice was the only good thing . Chicken was chewy and it looked fake

Danny Hatch: This is the greatest Chinese restaurant at which I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I used to live down the block from this place and ordered from them all the time. I had the chance to eat there again last year after many years away and it was even better than I remembered. I got nostalgic about it and decided to write this 5 star review out of nowhere, that’s how good it is.

He Wi: . The lamb soup taste was so comforting, the beef brisket was a bit spicy

காதுகள்: vegetarian options were really good— I got the spicy vegetarian chicken hui mei and it was really good! Food came in ~15-20 minutes and it wasn't that expensive at all. 100% RecommendVegetarian options: Vegetarian options slay

Neil D'Souza: A server at a bar we were at recommended this place for some late night eats. This spot did not disappoint. Little hole in the wall but the food and service was amazing. We go their dried noodles with braised beef, dumplings and spicy chicken with rice. Everything was so tasty. The staff were so nice they gave us extra cutlery and plates as we told them we were going back to our hotel. Would definitely stop by again whenever I’m in town next.
