Alex Rivera: Typical AT&T store. The only difference that sets this one apart from most is that it's in Times Sq. Not exactly convenient but I understand the pros of a location as such. I've bought Iphones, Galaxies, Air Pods, wireless charges, etc etc from this location and there has never been a problem. The staff has always been great as far as I've noticed and have been treated as such, despite the obvious stress they have to deal with due to all of the unsavory people who congregate in Times Sq. All in all, it's a great location to purchase products, make an appointment to speak more in depth with an associate, or start a new phone plan/jump from a previous carrier. This has always been my go-to AT&T since moving to Hells Kitchen and it will remain so.

Was told that we would receive $400 credit towards new phone- lady working here named Tamik then lied to us and tried to rip us off $300 in trade-in credit. She was extremely rude, lied about the transaction, began yelling and calling me stupid when asked about the credit, and refused to give me my phone back. 1 star is generous.

I haven’t been capable of retrieving my verifications, nor reaching my family, and there no one to hold accountable. Verizon should buy me a ticket home to go retrieve my phone line that they’ve neglected and thrown away!Also! In the process, I have broken my iPhone screen again. So the last time I was in NYC was about 45 days and I came to 212 repairs and they did a fast and good job. I decided to take a visit while in NYC to have 212 repairs fix my phone. So, first thing in the morning I went there and thought it open at 9:30 "Google Said" they open at 10 AM.I have the repair guy if you can accept payment on three different cardsI had money but was limited. He repairs the iPhone X in 30 Minutes times. But I had an issue with my Phone being Disabled due to the broken screen.I didn't know what was going on and why Itunes didn't want to detect the phone but from the information I gather, it was in DFU mode it needs to be in order to unlock the device but at Apple, they wanted me to upgrade and want to not really services me but they were so stupid and I meant "STUPID" when I went back to 212 repairs later in the day after visiting INS and the consulate for my replacement passports. I was broke after spending 800 dollars on new Passport books. "Dual citizen"212 repair charge a $49 dollar charge for fixing this and I had no money left to spend and it will take 24 hours to transfer money to my US bank account. My phone was going off and my friend and family in Japan worried about me not having communication but the 212 repair guy fix it for "FREE" because I was in a really bad situation and the consulate is closed now and it's 5 PM. I'd thank him so much because I do everything on my phone when it comes to payments and transferring money from one account to another. It goes to show that the little guy "NOT APPLE" has a bigger heart than the giants that just want to take your money and force you to upgrade when your phone is completely fine. I will go back again for services and will recommend to you all that you also do. He is a fast but extremely busy guy so please " I felt bad" asking him but I don't trust Apple anymore after that stunt they just pull on me Yesterday July 22nd, 2021 and my name is Keiki but everyone calls me PandaBy the way, there is an amazon fruit and veggie stand right in front and wow, those prices are so good, if you waiting, I do recommend also pick up some fruits or veggies while you wait.

Leo Leo: Brought my phone for a battery replacement. First one that they changed was not holding the charge. Brought it back again, they replaced it and broke a part of the phone body. That disabled volume control buttons. Brought it back again. They fixed the buttons, but couldn't fix the damages to the body. To my question "What should I do with this hole now?" They told me to buy a case to cover up the damage. When I asked for a refund, they told me that I am stealing from them. They did their job - replaced the battery, and the fact that they damaged my phone in the process is not their problem/fault. Upon further investigation I've noticed that there is a damage to the camera as well.update:They agreed to issue a refund, and told me that I should be reasonable and delete this review.However, the fact remains that now I have a phone with irreparable damage: broken camera and broken phone body.

He was always a pleasure but my last 2 times including today, I was met with behavior unlike the reputation I've knownThe first horrible incident, I brought my daughter's phone, and there was nothing wrong with the screen and this was visible after taking off the screen protection, only the charging port needed to be repaired bc my charger got stuck in the phone. When I picked up the phone, my screen protection was completely cracked as well as my phone, and the technician had the nerve to blame me. I said lets look at the camera and see that I gave you a flawless phone. Immediately he apologized and offered to replace for free. It should have been free bc he damaged it upon repair.Today, my husband brought in his phone. I received a call from the worker stating that they needed another day to fix the phone bc the screen wouldn't turn on. I told them I would take the phone back and purchase a new phone from Boost. Five minutes later, my husband called me from the phone and said the phone turned on.How is it within 5 minutes you went from needing more time to fix and costing more money to a phone magically working. The worker nor the technician could explain what they did to fix the phone, and I was harassed and threatened via phone by the workers bc my husband got upset within reason, that he was being scammed!!!The worker should stop defending the technician for scamming and being sneaky. It will ruin his business and no one should be called at home and yelled at by a worker. Very disrespectful!
