babigrado: Love this place!
Thomas Chow: Beautiful

cat wrangler: As the person who actually lives there posted, this building is under constant construction. They seemed to have finished the deck areas surrounding the outdoor pools half way up, but are now taking that surface up and adding. . . I don't know what. Looks like many walls, floors, etc were not finished properly, and are being redone. This is a very loud neighborhood - you can say Hudson Square, but most accurately you would say entrance to Holland Tunnel - of course there is honking and yelling. Add THREE high rise buildings going up at the same time, with nighttime construction, and the fact that the sounds can now bounce on up the glass walls of the high rises - VERY NOISY.Surprised that at those prices the exterior floor to ceiling window / walls AND interior are not soundproof.

Rizki Nugraha: Bed are comfy, room smell funky, no ventilation feels like in the hot box. No fridge Or Water. But I do like the area, if you wanted spend lot of time on in the lower east side you might consider staying here.Won’t come back here that for sure.
Ryan Tyndall: The hotel walls are exposed brick so it is pretty but the hotel itself is not good. They charge a hidden fee when you check in. They don’t give you water. The rooms are extremely small. Overall, bad hotel.
Zone 63: Schönes, kleines Hotel in guter Lage.
m.a pianca usa: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE NOT AFRAID OF TRANSMISSIBLE DISEASES FROM INSECTS AND PARASSITES!!!!THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST I EVER STAYED AT!! I ever stayed at! Dirty, unfriendly and rude people!I checked in at 1.00 am, went to my room and, the moment i put my key on the desk a huge cockroach walked under my suitcase and under the bed. I went to the reception in panic, the front desk man came, killed the cockroach and was getting ready to leave. i told him i did not want to stay in that room. he put me in another room for one night only, for the following night he had no availability. I slept dressed, had horrible nightmares about insects. the following morning I had to look for a last minute hotel which cost me a fortune. I asked the hotel to credit me the terrible night i had to spend and, after countless phone calls and emails, the hotel management refused and suggested that i may contact them for a future stay!!Rooms: scarafaggi in camera!sono venuti, li hanno uccisi e, per loro, problema risolto!Per me un incubo! STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO HOTEL
Maggie Cooke: Rooms: Great room 2 nd floor. Loved decor, loved the reuse of old pipes from the renovation.Nearby activities: Walked to everything. Chinatown Soho etc.
Samantha Deur: Friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
Mary Fortune-Burns: The hotel was clean and within easy walking distance to Soho, Little Italy, and Chinatown. Coffee was available in the lobby each morning. Room was TINY, even by NYC standards; I needed to crab walk to get around bed. Shower was great, but be careful not to bump into the wall when turning around. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily, so you’re on own for tidying up. Be ready to climb stairs as there isn’t an elevator. Rooms start on the third floor; which is challenging with heavy or large luggage. Hotel’s website advertised restaurants attached to hotel, but found them to be open limited hours.
Gediminas: Best location you can wish for in Soho district. The staff was extremely friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Will be back!
Squala Orphan: Horrible
Karen Ramsey: Fantastic! Right between Chinatown and Little Italy. Very helpful staff. Great room!
