Scott Powers: Poor customer service. No one answers the phone for customer service and order confirmations are very delayed so you’re left unsure if you actually received your tickets.
R M: I attempted to buy ticket online, said payment was successful but didn't get the ticket.I walked to their office, they don't let you walk in and chat to them. The door person at their office isn't allowed to let you in.They emailed me, insinuated their website failed, the booking was never processed, and told me to book direct with the box office.Waste of time and they don't really care about decent customer service.
Marco Fontana: BEWARE- Should've known there were a 3rd party seller. They offer NO TICKET INSURANCE and limited exchanges. Once you buy them you better show up on the date you purchased them since they make it impossible to switch them even when you have COVID-19! Guess they expect showgoers to come in and infect everyone! Poor service and no empathy from the support line. Once you purchase the tickets, you are locked in. No refund, no insurance. Dont forget about the $60+ service fee.
Ce Liu: More
Rachael Bain: ExceptionalLove it 💜💜💜
Sydney Cresap: What a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious show! A fast paced show with amazing costumes, sets, musical numbers, tap dancing, and talent. A definite must see! Oh yes, I am seeing this show again 🧡 🔥🙌🏻 💯#somelikeithotmusical
Vash Stampede: There is no one in the office and they are not responding to emails
loic petit: Attention !! Scam!! We never received the tickets.
ISABELLA MARX COSTA: Do NOT buy from Broadway.com, we booked the tickets and had a death in the family so we couldn't attend on the date that we selected. We called the DAY AFTER we booked and they didn't allow us to change the date or get a refund. So badly managed, they had 4 empty seats in the theater and we lost $600 dollars. So disappointed, we love broadway and want to be able to attend on a regular basis, but cases like this make us extremely upset and not wanting to go so often because their policies are not reasonable.
Jared Diiorio: Absolutely terrible don’t waste your time. Can never get a human on the phone and constant website issues which made me loose tickets I thought I purchased for my anniversary and now they are gone, no help, no care, these people and this place is useless use any other site but this one…. Oh and now I just re purchased tickets through another company which was great but just paid the same price for seats further back in the orchestra. Broadway.com should be ashamed of how they conduct business especially for their customers. They could offer me free stuff and wouldn’t accept it from this place. It’s crazy how a “legit” site comes off as scammers…nuts so again so not use them go anywhere else
T*Bone: Buying tickets was easy. Getting them off the web was a little more challenging. But all worked out ok.Saw Hamilton which was good but not nearly as good as original cast.
Roman Gelman: Warning!!!!! Please be aware before you purchase tickets from Broadway.com and check their service fees, which are triple those of other ticket agencies. Broadway.com is a scam.
Josue Castillo: Excelente para fotos de sus rascacielos
linan huang: Great service, great website! The custom service is excellent and solve your problem really quickly.

Email public mail (notice): broadways hate bad people who should be in prison and carry on with no remorsefullness avoiding PinocchiO in NYC and my life and kids get stolen by same sinning group of people. Led by two creeps who work out of prison.o criminals do not go to prison and use sin because they are stupid and it has seeped in everywhere
Cassandra: Went to see a play here...the play was wonderful!....this is a casual atmosphere...not reality TV....nuff said.
Saldos In sale: Excelente lugar para caminar de día y noche
Van: Too noisy, chaotic, and dirty.

Ruedella Gallon: I recently went to the Minskoff Theatre to see the Lion King. It's a beautiful Theatre
Ray Polakowski: Saw the Lion King. Had high expectations and it exceeded them. And unlike other Disney experiences you are not force fed swag everywhere you turn. Was worth the price of admission.

Beth Polazzo: Hilarious show. Lots of steps to theaters
Roberto Vidal: Ótimo teatro, entrada rápida, fácil acesso e bem organizado.Achei os bares internos muito pequenos e não dão vazão a quantidade de pessoas.
David O'Shaughnessy: Having already seen the London and UK tour versions of Wicked, I was expecting something similar but the Broadway version just hits different. McKenzie Kurtz is the best Glinda I have ever seen, the one true successor to Kristin Chenoweth.
Andrew V. Pestano: We saw Wicked in the first week since Broadway's return and the theater did a great job and handling the COVID protocols. The theater itself is wonderful and the seats are comfortable. The show, spectacular, of course. The mad dash to bathrooms during intermission is a problem but that's true for almost all theaters. Great staff, too!
Michele RUSSOMANNO: Went to see wicked with granddaughter and daughter loved it. Just wish they had more accommodations for people with mobility issues.
Lindsey Gaston: My First Broadway!!A Wicked Review by a 10 year OldHi my name is Gia I am ten years old. This was my first Broadway Show and it was amazing!! I loved it. My favorite part was when The Wicked Witch of the west flew into the air and sang Defying Gravity then when GaLinda said “actually sorry it’s Glinda Now the ga is silent” that was my second favorite part! That was the best first Broadway ever thank you guys for such an amazing show.Gia10 years oldTamarindo Costa Rica
Frank Anthony: Great music, costumes and stage props. Could not understand a lot of the dialogue.
Karen Sokolik: My family had a great time. Wicked is a play I would recommend anyone see and is fun for all ages.
Jason Johnson: Needs more bathrooms
Kaneal Shuler: First time on Broadway and was not disappointed. The birthday girl loved it!
