B L: Absolutely amazing! We went on the New York Bateaux Premier Plus glass side/rooftop dinner cruise and everything was fantastic. From the very start we had amazing customer service from the house manager Cassandra/Cass that went above and beyond the entire cruise. Thank you so much. Our waitress Eme was the best ever and made us feel like family. Matt the 1st mate was so friendly and also went above and beyond. The food was the best and I'm still licking my lips from how good it was. The musical entertainment was perfect to an elegant evening out and we loved the band and singer. We can't wait to come back. Can't believe we went right up to The Statue of Liberty and saw the city from the Hudson to the East rivers and went under the Brooklyn Bridge. Fantastic cruise. Thanks to all the amazing staff. Well done.

Nia Johnson: SCAM SCAM SCAM! If I could leave zero stars I would. The Cruise left port 61 before 7pm on Wednesday July 19th and now I can’t reschedule even thought this was not my fault. Anniversary Dinner ruined !!

gabriel vieira: long queue, people getting sick from the heat, there is no water nearby, many people give up because they can't stand the queue and the heat, they should go through a covered tunnel to the entrance of the boat

vicky adelson: My mother celebrated her birthday over the weekend and had a phenomenal time. We were a large party I think of 20 or so people and everyone raved about it.We went on spirit of new York cruise line. I was beautiful inside.The attendants ushering us on and off the boat were so patient especially with older guests and children.The host and waiters were so nice and accommodating. They made sure everything was perfect for my mother. They anticipated all our needs and went above and beyond.The food was better than I expected. Many went back for seconds.The DJ was on point with the music and ensured everyone had a great time.I would absolutely do this again.

Glenda G.: ,and they had a ball. The food was great, the DJ was on the money, and the staff and crew were friendly and nice. If you are driving in, get there early to get parking at the pier. It fills up pretty fast, and it's first come, first served. We drove down from orange county NY so we were early. The ship begins boarding at 11:30am and leaves promptly at 12 noon, SO be on time, or you will get left. Other than that, have a great time!!

Melissa Kephart: We also paid extra for the group photo taken before departure by their photographer. When you're enjoying the views you sometimes forget to take a group photo so I'm glad we have one of the 4 of us together. We enjoyed the live music entertainment which made for a nice atmosphere. The service was top notch. If we left our food on the table to step outside & catch the views, they made sure to cover our plates to keep them warm. Richard Reyna: Pier was easily accessible. The captain greeted us. Service was good. Food was delicious. Boat ride was smooth. DJ and music were fun. Got to see the 2 bridges, all of Manhattan, and the statute of liberty. I wish the tour would have been a little later when it got dark, so we could see the city skyline lit up.

Cece Barrett: My boyfriend and I went here last night. Even though we made the best of it this experience was overrated. The ride last 2 hours and by the time you get your food it's more than an hour into the ride which doesn't give you much time to enjoy your food before getting off the boat. The parking and passes are already close to 100 depending on the day and it's not even including the food or drinks. For these prices plus the prices on the menu my experience should have been a lot better.

Izzy: I booked tickets in 2020 but the establishment closed because of COVID. I never received a refund and I was told to wait until further notice to reschedule when they are open. I reached out to them to ask if they would honor a reschedule or a refund And they said no, I would have to rebuy the tickets.

Ed Berzanskis: Service was quite slow and unresponsive. Had to ask for water 3 times and and on the fourth had to wait and pester at the bar.We asked if there was space outside and they said no which is whatever but then another group after us asked and they brought an extra table for them to sit outside. If you can’t sit outside not worth it because it’s loud hot and not pleasant inside.

Nora Hunt: . Gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline as you approach the George Washington Bridge and then head back. Highly recommend if you have people visiting or you just want something new and fun to do like we did!

Cleddy Manrique: This was a flash date plan, and It was wonderful and more!.. great option any day, good food, good music, amazing view of the city, buildings, statue of liberty, and Sunset, Matty G was our server, he was simply amazing, He was so kind and friendly, He suggested the best drinks and food, always patient and kind. I really want come back with friends and find him here, 100% recommend this plan for any day at Sunset in Summer… this was on a Sunday and it was a great option. I love NY and its things…
