Olly Shevchuk: My daughter was invited to her friends birthday party here. What I love is that the kids were always entertained by the staff and because there so many of them they were always looked after so the parents didn’t have to worry about them even running out or being unsafe. The only downside was the downstairs dining area was super dark, loud, and bright. Too many stimulants but again at the same time the kids were completely busy with activities while the parents got to eat and interact, while checking up on the kids through the screens.
Erika Bonilla McHugh: We had our daughter Emma’s 6th birthday party at Max Adventures this weekend and it was wonderful! The staff were fantastic every step of the process, from booking the party to making everything perfect on the day of the event!!! David and Salma in particular were super helpful and attentive to me, Emma and our guests throughout the event. David was wonderful with the kids and Salma kept me posted on every detail - guest arrivals etc!! Every employee went above and beyond and was so sweet with the kods! I am super grateful and would recommend Max to any parent. I am a busy mom and they took care of every detail. The kids and parents were never bored, there were tons of activities but everything was very organized. The parents lounge was a hit! I got tons of compliments from the other parents on the event and Emma was super happy which was most important! I have no complaints. THANKS max! Erika and Brian McHugh

I’m definitely going to have my daughters party here because it was truly an experience I will never forget Saphira was very helpful and my daughter loved playing with her in the soft play gym. Alicia Hunte: Max Adventures was cool, I took my toddler there for a birthday party. The only downside is space. It's very small there and the slide is only for children 4 and up. My suggestion is to maybe bring more activities for the children because there is only a jump house, 2 small cars, and a little ball pit area for children under 3 to play with. But overall my toddler had fun and the staff was nice.

Carruth Leah: A great business to visit in the Bronx area if you are interested in laser tag or airsoft related activities. Me and the boys come here every other Saturday and spend the whole afternoon playing and having a good time. Some of the best customer service that I’ve seen in these parts of the city.

Jennifer Lee: . She was incredibly helpful and patient with the planning and very competitively priced to other party planners. The day of the party, everyone showed up early and even helped me with the party setup when I was running behind! I have to say I was soooo impressed by how talented and skilled everyone was. The balloon artist made the most intricate balloon sculptures and the magician was full-on spectacle. All the kids and their parents loved it and I still get compliments about the party.

Meggie Yuen: We recently had our 6 year old son birthday party here and it was amazing! Very attentive staff and organized. There were about 4 large bouncy houses and some other games. The kids also had the opportunity to play interactive games. The arts n crafts and temporary tattoo station was a hit! I think this definitely distinguishes them from other kids birthday party venues. The space fit about 20 kids + 30 adults comfortably.

Many different bounce houses and actually all in one room so you didn't have to worry about chasing your kid all over. Staff was very good with activities and keeping the kids entertained. Even had a visit from Chase from Paw Patrol. Will be looking here for my sons next party!

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure my child's special day was a success.The place was clean, and it was clear that great care had been taken to create a clean and safe environment for the children to play in, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained for the hours we were there.What I loved most was how attentive the staff was to the children. They truly went out of their way to make my child's party unforgettable.Overall, I can confidently say that this children's party place deserves five stars. If you're looking for a place to host your child's party, I highly recommend this venue. The service, cleanliness, and attention to detail are second to none, and your child is sure to have a blast!
Zory Sandler: Attended 2 birthday parties here. The space is not too big, but there is enough for kids to have a good time and run around. They keep everything clean and they run the party well enough for all the kids to have a great time. One big negative, the food is AWFUL. Based on their website, they only work with one food vendor. Why would they limit you to one vendor where everything is bad. The pizza was just plain bad. This rating would be much higher if you could order your own food, or at least they worked with someone who makes good food.

Just celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday there and let's just say I'm still excited and impressed with the whole event. First of the staffs are very friendly and attentive. They made sure that my guests and I didn't have any issues at all. Also, I locked my keys in my vehicle while bringing in the balloons and party bags. One of the host came outside with nothing but his staff shirt on to make sure we were ok. When he realized we weren't, he went back upstairs to find something to help us get my keys out my car. This place and their staff left me speechless, the whole experience was beyond my expectations. If I can give them 10 stars I would. Also, the catering was well presented and prepared. I can't thank Funtasia enough for making my daughter's 4th birthday one to remember.
Anjelica Caraballo: It was a bit hard to find because it's on the second floor, so the sign is easy to miss. Overall, the space is nice bc it's a private party area and only for the intended guests. Parking can be a bit difficult to find depending on time of day.

The party was what left a great impression and in turn created wonderful memories. The moment we arrived we were acknowledged and greeted warmly, which sadly does not happen at many establishments in Brooklyn South. This simple etiquette scored high on our charts already and set the tone for what to expect. The entire party was very well planned and the children were engaged particularly well with games and activities by the 3 party hosts. All the STAFF were kind, present, very open and approachable and they ensured all the children had fun. One got the sense that they enjoyed what they do and that they like children. Well done on creating this experience. You all are a rare "breed". A special mention to Dylan, you are on top of your game.The catering for both children and adults was delicious. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and loved that their children had so much fun. I received many messages afterwards from parents telling me that their children cannot stop talking about how much fun they had.In a nutshell, Funtasia is reasonably priced and a step ahead in the party game. I say this with keeping previous birthday parties in mind. Nothing about them is mediocre and they will make your child feel super special.I HIGHLY recommend them and if I could, I would give them 10 stars! Thank you for making this birthday super memorable for my daughter. We will be back, she's already talking about her next birthday party at Funtasia😉.

Everything looked clean and spacious, and the staff was fantastic with engaging them! What I loved best was not only was everything taken care of like the bouncy houses, decor, food, goodie bags but the staff also played games and had other activites for the kids so it wasn't just 2+ hours of running around.Definitely recommend Funtasia for the little human parties and a stress free adult experience.

The folks that are there, who are supposed to be watching over the kids are not paying attention, or go missing for twenty minutes at a time.Even more worrisome, there are a few dangerous spots, including places where inflatables are pushed against one another.Lastly, I didn't appreciate charging kids for air hockey at a birthday party.

Joseph Santos: Worst place to go if you have a child with special needs. My son is 6 years old and is too big to be in the small play house, so he wanted to play in the big fun house. In the front, it states that there's a height requirement of 4"10'inches. My child's mother is only 5"4', not much of a difference. My son needs to be with or be around someone at all times. I begged the manager if she could have a special entry to the big fun house because my son has special needs and can't be left alone. They allowed us special entry previous times. However, the manager stated that she would no longer allow entry and stated it is only for kids and that if my son wanted entry, he'd have to go in alone. Otherwise, he would have to play in the small play house that he is too big for. We opted out to leave because of this, and of course, my son cried the entire way out, begging to go into the big fun house.

Melvin Sims: Funtopia USA is the indoor version of the legendary Coney Island Playland minus the hot scorching sun burning down my back. Your staff treated my family like we were Royalty. Great food and fun was had by all. The only thing that was missing was a Roller Coaster ride. Otherwise, this place was great! Keep up the good work. ❤👍👍👍

Mom Cris of The PM Family: Came in on morning of Mother’s day and there’s really few people perhaps 3 families including us so there’s no wait time. We’ve been going here for years and we love what they did with the Jungle Gym, they now run it every hour with 45 minutes of playtime and 15 minutes to clean the gym. Good thing with this is that the gym isn’t too crowded as it used to be when everyone can just go in at any given time without any time limit. Entrance is $10 per person both kids and adults, they’ll give a reloadable card which has credits that can be applied towards the gym and of any of the other games inside. They also sell food and drinks. Staff are nice. Highly recommend! Always a fun place for the family! 😊

Ava Maybusher: It’s a cute place, but for a limited two hours where you’re waiting on EVERYONE to move about and then charged even more for things is a little crazy. There should be no time limit of two hours at the prices their asking for.
Anthony Heckmann: Went here for a kid's birthday party. It's hard to convey how much has been crammed into a fairly small space: no room is wasted and there is a lot to discover. Feels closer to a science or children's museum. Elevated walkways interlink the majority of the activities with a half-height second level I dare you to explore.
Lauren: Love this place! Perfect party space for kids under 6. We had my daughters 5th here and it was a completely seamless experience - we didn’t have to do a thing. The staff were seasoned pros. Huge shoutout to Alex who was was an amazing host from start to finish. Thank you!

Arabica 4U: My daughter attended 3-k here. I couldn't wish for a better place for her. Teachers are very attentive, kind and amazing overall. Director and stuff made it feel warm and loving place for everybody. They have pet zoo and cooking classes in addition to a music, art and traditional learning activities. I am very glad we found this place as her first separation step.
DAWNING VILLAGE: Katie is great, she is engaging with our students. The instructors come to our preschool center with small animals a few times a year. Our students learn about the animals they bring and get to pet them.
