Jung Chun: Jason at GC Showroom held my hand during my gut bathroom and kitchen renos. He listened and learned my tastes, budget, and what mattered to me. He told me what was important to spend money on and when I could go cheap. His pricing was very competitive. He helped me pick out all my fixtures. The only time I didn't go with what we selected together was my kitchen faucet, and it's the only fixture I really dislike in my reno.He communicated well about availability and kept on top of delivery dates and told me when my contractor was wrong. For instance, my contractor told me both my toilets were 12" and it turned out one was 14", so the toilet did not fit. My contractor told me to order a new toilet. I called Jason and he told me I could buy a converter kit to make the existing toilet fit.

Aashish Chandarana - Personal: Terrible team. Horrible customer service. Caused a $2000 overspend. Terrible product support team - you follow their advice and recs but all turn out to be lies. Verbally abused and lied to. Not interested unless you’re rich enough. Avoid like the plague - Rosie the manager is the epitome of awful.
J Lee: Although their designs are nice, the handles for their faucet do not hold in place. I had 2 plumbers take a look. Both of them couldn't do it. I believe it's a design flaw. Rather than design, the item must first be functional. I can't have a plumber living with me full time to tighten the faucets.
Alicia Parnell: The sales lady was really patient and sweet. I was able to see the brass color in person and got other amazing ideas.

Steve Gelfzone1: We recently did a renovation of our apartment. It required us to install 6 ceiling fixtures. There are many different types and sizes. For example, ceiling mounts, pendants, LED's, non-LED's, 16 inches, 20 inches. Lumens and "color temperature" were not in our vocabulary prior to our search. There were literally many hundreds of choices. Jamie at Ferguson lighting was a valuable resource. With kindness and patience, she guided us as we sorted through all of the choices. With her help, we purchased our fixtures, confident that they will provide the consistent style that we wanted while also providing the necessary lighting: both lumens and warmth levels. We are confident that Jamie will be an excellent resource for those looking to purchase lighting for their home.
