Business type: Movie theater

Spectacle: what do users think?

Tidalus: Strange but interesting movie. Great ticket price. Saw some great trailers so I'll probably be going again.

Mark Dighton: Great place! Cool people! Movies you'll never see anywhere else... Things you've never even heard of, but always interesting

Calvin Lu: One of the few DIY film spots in Brooklyn. I’ve been around twice now, and enjoyed the films I’ve seen here. That being said, it’s a relatively small spot with limited seating, so I would arrive a bit ahead of time. The sound system also leaves a bit to be desired, but there’s not much you can really do about that without capex.

Flossie Henry: No cheap price

Lucas Larriera: great place, great films, really important and necessary film programing!

Rock Saty: Awesome

Ian Thomas: The culture is alive here. Long live Spectacle

SAC arts: Uncomfortable seats. Sound is okay.

rah dollas: Nice music good drinks

Gunnar K: A Brooklyn institution. There is no other film experience in NYC quite like spectacle.

Johnny Zito: Love this theater. Always showing the rarest of films. Films you can't see streaming or home video. And at an amazingly low admission price

Film at Lincoln Center: what do users think?

Amy Meyer: Films, films and more films and great festivals

E L: It was a good experience though to have a movie at Lincoln center.

Jakob W. Plummer: The theatre - the films - the prices are all great here.Student discounts available. And there’s a great cafe with more than your average movie-going fare you can take in with you.

Jordan Timmerman: The single greatest movie theater I have ever been to.

patrick devitt: Horrible since they rebranded

Jean-William Guibert: Good

Stephen B: Love this place. Very comfortable.

REGINALD CEASER: The Theater Grate, The Film was FantasticRed Words, a must See for any one who canHandle the Truth

DJF: We attended a screening for the first time at the NYFF recently and truly loved the experience. The theater for our film was spacious, clean, and an auditory and visual delight. It is a pleasure to support Film at Lincoln Center and we're grateful to have such a world-renowned venue for arthouse/international film here in the Upper West Side.

Shaopeng Yuan: Very good place for some classics.

Ken Chin: Great room for new, retro and foreign films. Even front row seats are not too close to the screen. Been going to the New York Asian Film Festival for years and hope to continue do so.

Harris H: Would give zero stars if i could. Nasty and rude staff from the Asian Film festival. Been coming for years and will not be returning anytime soon. Two staff members particularly from the korean film showings who treats the audience members with disrespect

Marcos Dos Santos: Parece cinema em casa. E pouca gente frequenta

Juliana Ferrone: An array of iconic, foreign and mainstream movies. Lots of variety...comfy chairs and great bar with lunch and coffee

Tia Wong: Seats were comfortable. It was a bit hard to find because Google took us to the other theatre across the street, but the staff were super helpful and knew where to direct us for the film we had tickets for.

Museum of the Moving Image: what do users think?

Mike Silangil: Great for cinephiles. Always have a solid schedule of classic movies, especially on celluloid.

Robert F: This museum specializes in TV and movies and everything related to it. There are permanent exhibits of old cameras and other equipment used in the industry, an exhibit about the Muppet's and other exhibits. There is usually a temporary exhibit.Besides its exhibits , the museum has a movie theater and shows various foreign and independent films; often people associated with the movie talk afterwards about the film. I recently attended a preview showing of the first two episodes of the third season of a show on HBO called "How to with John Wilson.".

Janine M: Visited on Weekday

Marbara Stivers: Had a wonderful time here! The Jim Henson exhibit with the Muppets, Fraggle Rock and Dark Crystal characters was amazing. The TV show memorabilia was nostalgic. The rotating exhibit we saw was all about makeup, wigs, etc. Several interactive exhibits were quite interesting: puppet show, stop-action movie, sound dubbing, etc. Buy your movie tickets ahead of time and then add on the museum for just $5 when you get there.

Dylan Paul: A/C has been broken for two weeks so it’s quite uncomfortable in there during the peak of summer weather. They only told us this after buying tickets, which were at full price. Sort reviews by recent to track how long this has been an issue. Their HVAC was upgraded in 2021 — is it broken? Or does it cost too much? The muppets are soggy!

Tử Nhi Cố: This place is so beautiful I need to goVisited on Public holiday Wait time Up to 10 min …

David Fischer: Really enjoyed our visit to the Museum of the Moving Image. The highlight here is the exhibit featuring the story of Jim Henson and the Muppets. I learned a lot and it was a ton of fun. The exhibit could have taken up the entire building. They just need more about my favorite muppet, Animal. The exhibit showcasing the history of TVs, cameras, and sound equipment was fascinating as well. Worth the trip to Astoria!

Diana Wells: give your employees hazard pay, 2

Elise Ott: Cool exhibits but couldn’t fully enjoy it because there was no A/C! Was sweating and dying of heat the entire time

alina lalta: Super educational and very entertaining. Staff is extremely nice, and after student discount I only had to pay $12!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry $16–20 …
